Australian Military Bank Broker Portal: Help and Access

Confirm Australian Military Bank's broker route and current help for eligibility, account access, applications and relationship support.

For Australian Military Bank broker portal access, start with the bank’s broker enquiry team at accreditation@australianmilitarybank.com.au. That is the professional contact on its Contact Us page, as at October 2026. Use it for access and accreditation enquiries before entering credentials on an unfamiliar page.

If you’re already handling a file, keep the bank’s broker access details separate from your client’s member banking details. A member number doesn’t establish your authority to act as the broker.

Australian Military Bank Broker Access

Australian Military Bank’s current public broker enquiry route is accreditation@australianmilitarybank.com.au, as at October 2026. Its Broker Guide, effective 1 October 2025, also lists the bank’s broker portal shortcut. If that shortcut fails or opens an unexpected service, use the broker enquiry address to obtain the correct destination for your account.

Follow this order when setting up or recovering access.

  1. Start from the Australian bank’s website at australianmilitarybank.com.au. Check the spelling of the domain before following a broker link.
  2. Match the destination to the task. Broker resources and application lodgement need professional access. The bank’s main member banking login is for the client’s own banking.
  3. Use your bank-issued or approved lodgement details. If you’re given a third-party application platform, match it to the bank’s instructions before signing in.
  4. Confirm the result. You must reach the broker resources or application service named in those instructions, using your own authorised account.

The bank’s Internet Banking registration help requires a member number. Don’t register for member banking to solve a broker access problem or ask your client to share their banking password.

For other lenders, use the broker portal directory to find the relevant professional channel.

Eligibility, Accreditation and Accounts

Send Australian Military Bank accreditation enquiries to accreditation@australianmilitarybank.com.au, as at October 2026. An enquiry starts the conversation about eligibility. It doesn’t establish approval to lodge a loan or create an active broker account.

Include your name, brokerage and contact details in the enquiry. Name your aggregator, if you have one, and explain whether you need first-time accreditation or help with an existing broker account. Ask for the entry requirements and the next onboarding step for that arrangement.

Separate the access problem by the stage at which it occurs.

What happensWhat to checkNext action
You haven’t received accreditation approvalWhether the bank has accepted your request and sent onboarding instructionsContinue the accreditation enquiry before trying to create a login
Approval exists, but access hasn’t been activatedThe bank’s activation instructions and the email address used for the accountAsk the broker enquiry team to route the activation issue
Your approved account rejects credentialsWhether you’re on the service named in your access instructions and using your own accountUse that service’s recovery option or its named support contact
Sign-in works, but a resource or file is unavailableWhether your account is authorised for that resource or applicationRequest a permission check through the broker contact for your account

A successful password reset solves a credential problem. It doesn’t grant accreditation or permission to view someone else’s application.

Application and Relationship Support

Route Australian Military Bank application questions through the broker contact handling your file. The bank’s guide, effective 1 October 2025, lists brokers@australianmilitarybank.com.au for home loan scenarios and says home loans can be submitted through aggregator software. Keep application lodgement separate from access to broker information.

For an existing application, use its reference and the bank’s correspondence to identify the responsible broker team. Ask that team about progress, missing documents or a settlement deadline. For a sign-in fault in aggregator software, use the platform’s support route and tell the bank if the fault blocks a time-sensitive submission.

If you don’t yet have an assigned contact or a working broker route, use accreditation@australianmilitarybank.com.au. Australian Military Bank lists it for broker enquiries as at October 2026. State whether you need account support, the team responsible for an application or a relationship contact for your brokerage.

Prepare enough information for the receiving team to route the enquiry.

  • Give your brokerage, aggregator and broker identifier, if one has been issued.
  • Include the application reference for an existing file and the action you need to complete.
  • Record the page address, exact error and time of the failed attempt for a technical issue.
  • State the relevant finance or settlement deadline and the date of your last contact.

Keep passwords and security codes out of the enquiry. Redact unrelated client information from screenshots, and use the bank’s instructed channel for supporting documents.

Access is restored when your own account reaches the intended service and permits the required action. For a file enquiry, retain the receiving team’s name and its next action so you can follow up the same application without starting a duplicate submission.
