Simple pricing for every brokerage

Bulma bills each plan as one subscription, not per user. Solo covers one broker, Team covers up to five members and Enterprise is quoted for aggregators and large brokerages with unlimited members.

The plan cards at the top of this page show the Solo and Team prices for monthly and yearly billing. Prices include GST.

Monthly billing charges the plan price each month. Yearly billing charges once for 12 months, and the yearly price equals 10 monthly payments. Get 2 months free on a yearly plan.

Your plan price is the recurring charge, and it renews each month or each year. Upgrading part-way through a billing period adds a one-off charge for the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect from your next billing period.

Team's price covers up to five members, so with five members each one costs a fifth of the Team price. Adding or removing members within those five seats doesn't change the price. Beyond five, each extra member adds a per-seat fee, so ask Bulma for the current seat fee before you add a sixth member.

Every Bulma plan has generous usage limits and starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. Solo already includes Policy Advisor and Scenario Planner, so Team adds members, team features and support rather than extra research tools.

The trial starts when you create an account with your email address and a password. It runs for 14 days, and because no card is on file, it doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself. To keep using Bulma after day 14, choose Solo or Team and add your payment details, or contact sales about Enterprise.

To cancel a paid plan, contact Bulma through the contact page or at solutions@bulma.com.au. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next monthly or yearly charge. A free trial needs no cancelling, because no payment details are on file.

Choose Solo if you're the only person in your brokerage who'll use Bulma. Choose Team once two to five people need access, because one subscription covers every member. Solo includes email support, and the founder answers every support question personally.

Team adds shared conversation history, so members can see each other's research, plus team usage analytics and priority support.

Enterprise is relevant when you run an aggregator or a large brokerage. It adds unlimited members, custom lender coverage, custom integrations and a dedicated account manager. Bulma prices it by quote, with volume discounts for larger groups.
