Azora X Broker Portal: Login and Broker Support
Open Azora X, start partner onboarding and route consumer, commercial or home-loan questions to the right Azora broker team.

The Azora broker portal is Azora X, reached through “Login to Azora X” on Azora’s official broker page. Existing brokers use the login route. New partners use “Partner with us” to start accreditation.
Choose the support team for your lending channel before escalating an application. A consumer car-loan enquiry, a commercial asset-finance deal and a home-loan enquiry need different handling.
Log in to Azora X
Start on Azora’s broker page and follow its login link to the Azora-owned portal. As at October 2026, the link uses www.azora.com.au/x and redirects to brokerportal.azora.com.au.
- Open the official broker page using the link above.
- Select “Login to Azora X”. Check that the browser address is
brokerportal.azora.com.aubefore entering credentials. - Sign in with your existing Azora details. Azora’s 14 October 2025 platform introduction says existing login details carry over to Azora X.
- Confirm that the lending features you need are available under your accreditation. If you can sign in but cannot access the expected channel, send that specific access issue to Broker Support.
For new access, “Partner with us” opens the broker enquiry form. Enter your contact details and postcode, then describe the lending channel for which you want accreditation.
Submitting an enquiry starts the conversation about access. It does not itself establish accreditation or a working portal login.
If the login page fails to load, return to the official broker page and retry its link. If it still fails, report the destination address, error text and time to Broker Support. Keep your password out of the report.
Choose the Lending Channel
Choose Consumer Loans for a car-loan task, Commercial Asset Finance for a business asset deal and Home Loans for a mortgage enquiry. Those are Azora’s broker-page channels as at October 2026.
Azora’s October 2025 platform introduction describes a shared consumer and commercial login. Your accreditation determines whether you see consumer features, commercial features or both. A shared platform still needs the right channel’s team to answer the question.
For home-loan enquiries, use the Azora home-loan specialist callback route. State that you are a broker and describe whether you need partner access, a scenario discussion or help with an existing application. Ask the home-loan team to direct the enquiry to its responsible contact.
For destinations at other lenders, use the broker portal directory.
Broker Support, BDM and Credit Escalation
Send access problems to Broker Support, relationship questions to your channel’s business development manager (BDM) or state manager, and assessment questions to credit. As at October 2026, Azora’s broker page lists these contact routes.
| Question | Contact route |
|---|---|
| Consumer or commercial platform access | Broker Support Team Leader Elizabeth Taylor: 02 9293 6160 or etaylor@azora.com.au |
| Commercial relationship enquiry | Jacob Byrne for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory; Tanya White for Queensland and the Northern Territory; Salim Wahed for Victoria and Tasmania |
| Consumer relationship enquiry | Varun Chaudhary for New South Wales and Queensland; Nadine Rostom for Victoria and Tasmania |
| Consumer or commercial enquiry in Western Australia | State Manager Belinda Mackey |
| Home-loan enquiry | Home-loan specialist callback route |
| State or channel without a listed contact | Broker enquiry form or 1300 184 000 |
The broker page’s sales-team list gives the named managers’ phone and email details. For a general enquiry, the broker enquiry page lists 1300 184 000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Azora’s October 2025 introduction describes built-in Broker Support and live chat, with credit staff contacting brokers about deals. Use that support route to request the credit contact for your channel when a scenario needs assessment.
Direct credit access lets you explain the facts and obtain an answer. The credit discussion itself does not establish approval or a policy exception.
Application Visibility and Evidence
Use Azora X to follow the application and identify the action that needs attention. As at October 2026, Azora describes visibility from submission to settlement. Its platform introduction also describes deal tracking in one place.
When an application stops progressing, prepare a short escalation with enough detail for the team to locate it.
- Your name, brokerage and registered contact email.
- The lending channel and application reference.
- The current stage shown in the portal, with the time you last checked it.
- The missing action or question, plus any relevant deadline.
- The exact error text if the problem is technical.
Separate what the portal shows from what you need the team to explain. For example, say that a submitted application still displays its current stage, then ask which outstanding action is preventing progress. Do not infer a credit decision from an unchanged status.
Keep the team’s response with the application notes. Before closing the escalation, confirm who owns the next action and whether it belongs to you, Broker Support or credit.
