Banjo Broker Portal: Partner Access and Support
Register or sign in as a Banjo partner, distinguish broker access from the borrower login, and prepare application or loan-specialist support.

The Banjo broker portal is the partner route for registering with Banjo or signing in to apply for clients. Existing accredited partners use Partner Login. New partners start with partner registration.
Banjo’s partner program includes brokers, accountants and financial advisers. Borrower Login is a separate route for the business customer.
Choose Partner Registration or Login
Choose registration for a new partnership and login for an existing partner account. As at October 2026, Banjo’s registration page has a “Login now” link for accredited partners.
- Open the partner registration page if you haven’t registered with Banjo.
- Enter your business and contact details, select your partner type and accept the partner terms before submitting.
- If you already have an account, open Partner Login. Use its “Reset” link when you need to recover your password.
- If recovery doesn’t restore access, contact Banjo and identify the existing partner account. Ask for account help before creating another registration.
After registration, follow Banjo’s account instructions. Verify that you can sign in through Partner Login before treating the account as ready for client work.
Check Accredited Partner Requirements
Banjo’s public registration form asks for the business identity, your professional role and contact details. As at October 2026, its partner-type choices include Broker, Accountant, Bookkeeper and Financial Planner, plus Other.
Prepare the company name and Australian Business Number (ABN), your full name, work email, mobile number and state. The form also requests your primary aggregator and association. It has options for applicants who don’t have an aggregator or association, so enter your actual arrangements.
Read the linked partner terms before accepting them. A completed registration is different from a working account with the permissions you need. If Banjo sends further account instructions, complete those before trying to manage a client’s application.
If you can sign in but can’t perform the required task, describe that task to Banjo. Include the registered work email and any partner identifier Banjo has supplied. Ask whether the account needs an access change or another registration step.
Avoid the Borrower Login
Use Accredited Partner Login when acting for a client. As at October 2026, Banjo’s public navigation separately labels Borrower Login and Borrower Quick Apply for business customers.
Both account routes can use the same Banjo domain, so check the role as well as the address. The verified partner sign-in address is on my.banjoloans.com and has /partner/Account/Login/ in its path.
Before entering client information, read the full hostname and confirm that you’ve opened the partner route. A name containing “Banjo” elsewhere in an address doesn’t establish that it belongs to Banjo. If you’re on Borrower Login while working as a partner, return to the partner link above.
For other lender destinations, use the broker portal directory.
Get Application or Specialist Support
Route client scenarios and referral questions to your Banjo relationship manager. As at October 2026, Banjo’s partner guidance directs partners to call or email their business development manager (BDM) to discuss scenarios. It identifies the Partner Portal as the application-submission route.
For a submitted application, start with its named Banjo contact or your relationship manager. Banjo’s contact page also directs application questions to customer service on 1300 22 65 65. The same page lists customerservice@banjoloans.com for general enquiries.
For portal recovery or account permissions, explain that you need help with a partner account. If you don’t yet have a relationship manager, call the published number and ask to reach the local Banjo loan specialist for your state.
Prepare these details for the handoff:
- Your registered business, work email and partner identifier, if issued.
- The business applicant’s name and application reference, if one exists.
- The product category and funding purpose.
- The exact access problem or application question.
- The deadline and the action you need Banjo to confirm.
Record who owns the next action and when you’ll follow up. For an access problem, confirm recovery by signing into your own partner account and completing the affected task.
