The Bank First broker portal entry is the bank’s Broker Resource Centre, which displays a Broker Login. Use this destination for broker access and Bank First’s public contact channel when you need help reaching the right team.
Bank First Broker Entry
Open Bank First’s Broker Resource Centre to reach its broker login, as at October 2026. Keep that page bookmarked separately from the customer Internet Banking login in the main website header.
- Open the Broker Resource Centre through the link above. The page address ends in
/brokers-pageon Bank First’s Australian website. - Find the Broker Login area in the page content. The general Login control in the website header is a separate entry.
- Use the access details issued for your broker access. If you need initial access or the login won’t load, use the contact route below.
The expected starting point is the Broker Login area. A customer Internet Banking session gives access to the customer’s banking services and must not be used as your broker login. Keep the client’s banking password with the client.
For another lender’s destination, use the broker portal directory.
Eligibility and Access Recovery
For new Bank First broker access, call 1300 654 822 and identify yourself as a mortgage broker. As at October 2026, Bank First publishes this number and an online enquiry form on its Contact Us page.
Ask to be connected to the team handling broker onboarding. Give your brokerage name and any existing Bank First broker reference. Ask that team for the eligibility requirements, accreditation process and access instructions that apply to your brokerage before submitting onboarding documents.
Keep customer membership and broker access separate. Opening a member account or resetting a customer’s Internet Banking password doesn’t establish your authority to work through the broker channel.
Use the same public contact route when an existing broker account is blocked. Describe the symptom so the bank can route the request.
| What you see | What to tell Bank First | Result to request |
|---|---|---|
| You have no initial access details | Brokerage name, work email and any onboarding reference | The broker onboarding owner and instructions for your access |
| Your credentials are rejected | The exact error and whether these details previously worked | Help restoring your own broker login |
| The profile is disabled | The message shown and your broker reference | The team authorised to review or reactivate the profile |
| You can log in but a resource is unavailable | The resource name and the task you need to complete | Review of your access permissions |
After recovery, return to the Broker Resource Centre using your own details. Confirm that you can reach the resource needed for your task before treating the access issue as resolved.
Application and BDM Help
For a Bank First application issue, separate account access from the progress of the loan file. As at October 2026, Bank First’s public Contact Us page has a home-loan enquiry route as well as its general telephone, email and online form.
If Bank First has already assigned a contact to your file, send processing questions to that contact. For a new or unassigned enquiry, call 1300 654 822 or use the contact form and state that you need broker support.
Ask for the owner appropriate to the problem. A login failure needs account-access support. A missing file needs the person responsible for the application’s broker assignment or visibility.
A request for documents or an outstanding assessment condition belongs with the person handling the application. For accreditation or relationship questions, request the broker relationship contact or business development manager (BDM).
Keep a short record before you contact the bank. Include your broker reference, any application reference and the date of the last lender message. For a technical issue, add the page address, error text and time it occurred.
State any settlement deadline explicitly. For example, tell the bank that you can sign in but can’t locate an existing application with a known reference. Ask it to check that record and its assignment before you create another application.
Leave client identity documents and banking credentials out of the first general enquiry. Use the secure document channel Bank First directs you to after it identifies the file and your authority.
Before you end the support call, record who owns the next action and how to follow up. For a file issue, confirm that the bank has identified the correct application and told you where to send the outstanding item.
