Bank of China Broker Portal: Access and Broker Support

Verify Bank of China's Australian broker route and find current accreditation, account, application and BDM support.

For Bank of China broker portal access in Australia, start with the bank’s Australian Home Loan Products contact: (02) 9212 7288 or hmlendingteam.au@bankofchina.com. Identify yourself as a mortgage broker and request the access or application-support contact for your aggregator. This puts your enquiry with the Australian mortgage channel before you enter credentials or send client documents.

Bank of China Australia Broker Route

Use Bank of China’s Australian website to reach the local mortgage channel. As at October 2026, its Home Loan Products page sits under the Australian personal-loans section. The country path is /au/en/ and the site identifies Australia at the top.

The Australian site labels its banking sign-ins Personal Banking Login and Corporate Banking Login. Those labels identify banking services. Use a broker access destination supplied by the Australian lending team or your aggregator for mortgage work.

  1. Open the Australian site and select Home Loan Products, or open the linked page above.
  2. Use the bank’s Australian home-loan contact details to request the broker channel for your task.
  3. Record the destination supplied and the team responsible for your enquiry. Before entering credentials, match the address with that instruction.

If a search lands on a UK, Hong Kong or mainland China service, return to the Australian page. Bank of China branding alone doesn’t establish that a login handles Australian mortgage applications.

For a different lender, use the Australian broker portal directory. For borrower requirements, use the separate Bank of China home-loan policy guide.

Accreditation and Account Access

Bank of China’s broker distribution route for its Standard Variable Rate home loans includes panel aggregators and their accredited member brokers. Its target market determination dated 6 May 2026 states this condition. It also requires those distributors to comply with the obligations of an Australian credit licence holder or a representative of a relevant licensee.

Start an accreditation enquiry through your aggregator’s lender-accreditation team. Give them your brokerage name and ask for the Bank of China application process for their panel. If you need the bank’s local contact, use the Home Loan Products team above and request the person who handles broker onboarding.

For an existing account, describe the failure precisely. An activation email that never arrived needs a different enquiry from a rejected password or an application that you can’t access.

Prepare your broker identifier, brokerage and aggregator name. Include the email registered for access and the date you received the activation or access instruction. Ask the lending team to route the enquiry to the person responsible for activation, credential recovery or application permissions.

Use the recovery method supplied for that specific broker service. Keep your password and one-time security codes private. If an assistant needs access, request the permitted access arrangement instead of sharing your login.

Confirm recovery by signing in with your own account and opening the application you are authorised to handle. If sign-in works but that application stays unavailable, report the application reference and ask for its access permissions to be reviewed.

Application and BDM Support

Route Australian mortgage application enquiries through Bank of China’s Home Loan Products team. The bank’s contact page, dated 25 July 2025 and current as at October 2026, lists (02) 9212 7288 and hmlendingteam.au@bankofchina.com. For relationship support, ask that team for the business development manager (BDM) or broker relationship contact responsible for your aggregator.

Use the same contact when access fails and you need to follow up a live file. State what you need the bank to resolve, then provide enough detail to identify the enquiry.

ProblemInformation to prepareResolution to request
A submitted application can’t be foundApplication reference, broker identifier and lodgement dateConfirmation that the bank received the application and which team holds it
A document appears missingDocument name, submission time and any receiptConfirmation of receipt and the approved way to send the missing item
Processing has stoppedLast update, outstanding request and any contractual deadlineThe current action required and the person responsible for it
Access or upload failsDestination address, exact error and time of failureReferral to the support contact for that broker service
You need relationship helpBrokerage, aggregator and your existing contact’s nameReferral to the responsible BDM or broker relationship contact

Keep the initial enquiry limited to reference details and a description of the problem. Mask unrelated client information in screenshots. Send identity records or financial documents only through the channel the bank instructs you to use for that application.

Before resending a file or lodging again, obtain confirmation of what the bank already holds. Record the support response with your application notes, including the next action and the person handling it. The enquiry is resolved when access works or the bank confirms receipt and tells you how the application will proceed.
