To access the Bendigo Bank broker portal, open the official Bendigo Bank Broker website and select Portal Login. If you can’t sign in, call Partner Assist on 1300 791 679. New brokers apply through their aggregator and complete Bendigo Bank’s mandatory onboarding training.

Bendigo Bank Broker Destination

The Bendigo Bank Broker website links to the bank’s broker portal, checked on 3 October 2026. The public website has broker resources and support contacts. Portal Login takes you to the authenticated workspace.

  1. Open the bank’s broker website using the link above.
  2. Select Portal Login and use the login details issued for your broker access.
  3. Complete the sign-in prompts. Before working on a file, confirm that its application reference matches the one you need.

Bendigo e-banking is the customer’s banking service. Use your own broker credentials for the broker portal, and keep customer banking passwords out of this process.

An Adelaide Bank-branded file or an old Adelaide Bank bookmark needs its own routing check. Don’t assume that a shared bank group makes the credentials or file access interchangeable. Use the Adelaide Bank broker access guide for that service, or give Partner Assist the file’s lender branding and reference.

For other lenders, the broker portal directory keeps the destinations separate.

Broker Eligibility and Account Access

Bendigo Bank’s accreditation page, as at October 2026, requires an application through your aggregator followed by mandatory onboarding training. Accreditation approval and your broker code follow successful completion.

Get Accredited and Receive Access

  1. Ask your aggregator whether Bendigo Bank is on your approved provider panel. Resolve panel eligibility before applying.
  2. Download the current accreditation form and Bendigo Bank Broker Code of Conduct. Complete the form and its declarations.
  3. Gather the supporting evidence. The September 2026 form requires aggregator membership and history, credit licensing or credit representative evidence and industry membership. Provide completed reference checks from your most recent aggregator. If no checks were undertaken, give the requested reasons.
  4. Give the completed application and documents to your aggregator. Your aggregator submits them to brokeraccreditations@bendigoadelaide.com.au.
  5. Attend the bank’s virtual broker onboarding training within 90 days of the bank receiving your application. You must keep your video active, and external artificial intelligence (AI) note-taking bots are prohibited.
  6. Look for your broker-code email after successful training and accreditation approval. Use that code with your affiliated aggregator when submitting applications. Retain the portal login email and support materials provided as part of accreditation.

Bendigo Bank can review inactivity of 12 months or more and pause accreditation. Re-accreditation can require a fresh application and mandatory training. If access is disabled after a period without submissions, ask Partner Assist about your accreditation status as well as the login error.

The industry-membership evidence can be from the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) or an equivalent body. The Loan Writer Accreditation Application sets out the evidence and declarations.

For multi-factor authentication (MFA), which adds an identity check to your login, use the bank’s Salesforce Authenticator guide. The November 2025 guide distinguishes first-time setup from later sign-ins. Follow the guide for your access prompts instead of creating a separate Salesforce account.

Resolve an Access Problem

Bendigo Bank’s access FAQ directs portal technical support to Partner Assist on 1300 791 679. Use the symptom to explain which help you need.

Application and Relationship Support

Bendigo Bank lists the broker portal, live webchat and Partner Assist as application-status routes, as at October 2026. Partner Assist handles application tracking through settlement and post-settlement enquiries. Call 1300 791 679 or email partnerassist@bendigoadelaide.com.au through the bank’s broker contact page.

For a missing file, provide its application reference and your broker code. Describe whether the file never appeared or became unavailable after you previously accessed it. Keep the last status or bank correspondence so the team can distinguish file visibility from processing progress.

Relationship enquiries go to your business development manager (BDM). The contact page has a state filter and regional BDM details. Use that route for accreditation relationship questions or an enquiry that needs your regional contact’s involvement.

If you cannot enter the portal, use the public contact page and phone support without signing in. Keep the following details ready:

  • Your broker code, aggregator and contact email.
  • The portal address and exact error message.
  • The time of the failed attempt and whether the problem affects sign-in or one file.
  • The application reference, lender branding and any relevant settlement deadline.

Omit passwords and authentication codes from the enquiry. Keep any support reference, the team’s requested action and the agreed follow-up date with your file notes. Access is restored when you can enter the correct workspace and open the expected application, or support has confirmed the file’s correct destination.
