For Beyond Bank broker portal access, use the workspace address supplied through your broker onboarding or call Beyond Bank on 13 25 85 for broker-channel assistance. If an existing login fails, establish whether the problem concerns your credentials, accreditation or access to a particular application before requesting a reset.
Official Beyond Bank Broker Portal
Start with Beyond Bank’s official contact page when you need a broker access address or have lost your onboarding instructions. As at October 2026, the bank publishes 13 25 85 for its Member Service Centre. Explain that you’re a mortgage broker and need the team handling broker access or applications.
The website’s general “Log in” button opens customer Internet Banking. Beyond Bank’s Internet Banking instructions describe signing in with a member number at online.beyondbank.com.au. Keep those customer credentials separate from your professional access.
Follow this sequence before entering broker credentials.
- Locate the access address in your bank-issued onboarding instructions or existing broker correspondence.
- Compare the full hostname with that address. A familiar logo or the word “Beyond” doesn’t establish who owns a page.
- If the address differs, contact the bank using its published contact route to establish the correct destination. A bank-authorised platform can use a separate provider domain.
- Once the destination is confirmed, sign in with your own broker account. Check that the account identifies your current brokerage before opening a client file.
Bookmark the confirmed destination. For access routes at other lenders, use the broker portal directory.
Accreditation and Account Recovery
For new broker access, arrange Beyond Bank accreditation through your aggregator’s lender-accreditation contact and obtain the bank’s acceptance before treating the account as active. Ask for the current accreditation requirements and the person handling your activation. Keep the acceptance message with the broker identifier and access instructions it supplies.
If you have changed aggregators or brokerages, identify that change at the start of the enquiry. A password reset doesn’t establish that your new business details and file permissions are correct.
Use these checks in order when existing access fails.
- Check the destination. Return to the confirmed broker address if you have landed in customer Internet Banking.
- Check your sign-in details against the onboarding message. Correct an outdated saved username before retrying.
- Use the account-recovery option if the confirmed broker service provides one. Check the registered work inbox and junk folder for the response.
- Check your profile with the bank if the recovery message doesn’t arrive or goes to an old work address. Explain any change of employer or aggregator.
- If sign-in works but a file is missing, request a check of the application’s broker assignment and your permitted access. Record the application reference instead of creating another application.
Contact the bank when recovery fails, activation is unresolved or access needs reassignment. Use the published contact route to reach the broker team and describe the failed step. Never send a password or a security code with the enquiry.
Application, Processing and BDM Support
Take application questions to the Beyond Bank contact handling the file, and relationship enquiries to your business development manager (BDM). If you don’t have either contact, use the bank’s Member Service Centre to reach the appropriate broker contact. As at October 2026, its published hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday, 9am to 3pm, Adelaide time, excluding national public holidays.
State the problem precisely so the receiving team can route it.
| Problem | What to request | Evidence to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in fails or a page errors | Broker access assistance, with referral to the platform’s technical support where needed | Confirmed address, error wording, time and browser |
| An application is missing after sign-in | A check of broker assignment and access permissions | Broker identifier and application reference |
| Documents need to be supplied or replaced | The file contact’s accepted delivery method and confirmation of receipt | Requested document, version and date sent |
| Progress or a condition is unclear | The application contact’s current stage and outstanding requirements | Application reference and the last written request |
| Brokerage relationship or onboarding needs attention | The BDM or broker-accreditation contact | Brokerage, aggregator and the change or request |
For a public-contact enquiry, have your broker identifier, brokerage name, application reference and current stage ready. Include the deadline and the action you need, such as confirming receipt of a replacement document. Give the contact enough information to locate the file without attaching client identity documents to a general enquiry.
If settlement is approaching, call and state the date. Use the bank’s online enquiry route for a non-urgent request, and supply client documents only through the channel the file contact specifies.
Access is restored when you can sign in under your own current broker identity and reach the intended application. For a processing enquiry, retain the response naming the next action, who handles it and when you must supply any outstanding item.
