BMM Broker Access: Accreditation and Support
Identify Better Mortgage Management, use its current accreditation and contact routes, and separate BMM from Better Choice while broker pages are built.

For BMM broker portal access, start at Better Mortgage Management’s official website and use its accreditation or support route for your task. As at 3 October 2026, the site publishes a Loan App Login link alongside its accreditation forms. Its accreditation page still says broker pages and processes are being built.
Identify Better Mortgage Management
Better Mortgage Management (BMM) is the Australian mortgage manager at bettermortgagemanagement.com.au. Its broker channel includes accreditation enquiries and a public broker resource centre. Start there to reach BMM’s published destinations.
Better Choice is a different provider, with its own website at betterchoice.com.au and its own broker routes. If your correspondence names Better Choice, use the Better Choice broker access guide. A similar business name doesn’t make its accreditation or application account a BMM account.
Match the provider on the application correspondence before opening a saved login link. Keep each provider’s bookmark under its full name so you can distinguish BMM from Better Choice and other similarly named businesses.
Use the Current Accreditation Route
Begin a new accreditation enquiry through BMM’s accreditation page. As at October 2026, BMM asks you to complete its enquiry form and says its team will contact you about the next steps. Submitting an enquiry doesn’t establish accreditation approval.
Prepare the details the form asks for:
- Your first and last name.
- Your mobile number and email address.
- Your Australian credit licence number, where applicable.
- Your aggregator’s name.
- Your credit representative number, where applicable.
- How you found BMM.
Also have your brokerage’s business name ready for the conversation. Keep licence-holder and representative details distinct so the team can identify your arrangement.
BMM’s broker resource centre also lists accreditation forms and aggregator registration forms. Use the form for your actual arrangement when the accreditation team directs you to it. A listed form doesn’t establish which documents or approvals your particular enquiry needs.
For an existing accreditation question, update or renewal, use the separate assistance form on the accreditation page. Include when you made the original enquiry and the email address you used. This gives the team a way to locate the earlier request without submitting another new enquiry.
Route Scenario and System Questions
Send scenario questions to BMM’s scenario team, accreditation follow-ups to its accreditation team and system problems to its general contact. As at October 2026, BMM’s contact page publishes these routes.
| Your task | Published BMM contact | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Discuss a new loan scenario | scenario@bettermm.com.au or 1300 857 275 | Your broker and brokerage details, accreditation status, loan purpose and the question you need answered |
| Follow up accreditation | accreditations@bettermm.com.au or (07) 3833 9441 | Your aggregator, enquiry date and any accreditation reference |
| Report a system problem | info@bettermm.com.au or 1300 662 661 | The system name, page address, time of failure and the action that failed |
For a lodged file, add its application reference and loan stage. State whether the problem prevents sign-in, access to a file or completion of an action. If you have an error message, include its exact wording and a screenshot with customer details removed.
For example, a broker awaiting accreditation can report that their enquiry was sent last week and ask which step comes next. A broker with an existing application can give its reference and describe the blocked action. These are different requests, so direct them to the matching contact.
Keep passwords and verification codes out of support messages. Use a file reference instead of attaching identity documents or a complete customer file to an initial system-support enquiry.
Check Whether Broker Access Has Changed
Use BMM’s current website navigation to find its published access route. As at 3 October 2026, the official site’s Loan App Login link opens a BMM-labelled sign-in page on account.loanapp.com.au. The site also has a separately labelled Borrower Login.
Use Loan App Login when BMM has given you access to that service. Follow BMM’s instructions for your account and application. The borrower destination is for the customer role identified by its label.
The public accreditation page continues to direct brokers to its contact details while broker pages and processes are being built. For a missing account, an unclear destination or a failed sign-in, use BMM’s system-support contact above. Explain which official link you followed and whether you already have accreditation.
After BMM responds, confirm that you can reach the service needed for your task with your own authorised account. Save the confirmed destination under Better Mortgage Management. Use the Australian broker portal directory when you need the access route for a different provider.
