Finance One PRIME Broker Portal: Access and Support
Use Finance One's PRIME portal for applications and documents, distinguish partner resources and reach broker, credit or settlement support.

The Finance One broker portal is PRIME, where brokers upload applications and supporting documents. Open it through Finance One’s Broker Portal link, then use your authorised broker access. For a live file, direct the question to the team handling its current stage.
PRIME Submission Portal
As at October 2026, Finance One’s broker page links Broker Portal to PRIME and identifies it as the application and document upload route. This is the Finance One broker login for submissions.
Finance One’s navigation also has Customer Portal at my.financeone.com.au and Continue Application at loans.financeone.com.au. Customer Portal is for customers checking their loans.
Continue Application is a separate application route. Choose Broker Portal when lodging as a broker.
With your broker access ready, follow this sequence:
- Open PRIME from Finance One’s broker page and sign in using your own authorised account.
- Prepare the client’s application and the supporting documents for that product. Keep the application details consistent with the evidence.
- Upload the application and documents through PRIME. Resolve any validation messages before completing submission.
- Check the resulting submission confirmation or application record. Retain the reference and evidence of what you submitted before following up.
An upload and a credit decision are separate events. If submission produces an error, capture its wording and the time. Give broker support those details before creating another application for the same client.
Accreditation and User Access
Start a new Finance One broker relationship through its online broker accreditation application. As at October 2026, Finance One publishes appointment exclusions involving credit bans, disqualification orders, serious fraud convictions and specified criminal-organisation orders.
Treat accreditation and individual access as separate tasks. For a new brokerage or partner request, describe the business and the lending work you want to introduce. For a new person joining an established brokerage, give broker support the person’s work email and the existing brokerage details.
Request authorised PRIME access for that person.
If accreditation is underway, keep its reference with your onboarding records. Obtain Finance One’s confirmation of accreditation and the access instructions before attempting a client submission.
If an established user cannot sign in, describe it as an access problem. Explain whether the account has never worked, stopped working or can sign in but cannot reach the required file. Include the work email and brokerage details with the error message.
Ask broker support to resolve the symptom: activate a new account, restore an existing login or correct the file permissions.
A colleague’s successful login does not establish that your account has the same permissions. Use your own account and have Finance One resolve access for the person who will handle the application.
Partner Resources and Broker Support
As at October 2026, Finance One lists Partner Portal alongside its dedicated broker support line and Business Development Team on the broker page. Keep partner-resource access separate from the PRIME application upload task.
For general broker access or relationship questions, call Finance One on 1800 346 663 and ask for broker support or the Business Development Team. State that you are calling as a broker.
Finance One’s customer support route deals with borrower accounts, so identify the broker task at the start.
Request the relevant partner destination and resources from the Business Development Team when you need resource access. If you already have a partner link but access fails, give support that destination and the error. For another lender’s workspace, use the broker portal directory.
Credit and Settlement Handoffs
Route a Finance One application question by stage: application packaging goes to broker support or the lending team, while assessment questions go to credit. As at October 2026, its Loan Document Request page has a request form and identifies direct credit-team support. Use that form for a loan document request.
For a credit condition, contact the analyst handling the file or request the credit team through 1800 346 663. Name the exact condition and the evidence you have supplied. Ask whether that evidence addresses the condition and what remains outstanding.
The contact handling documentation or settlement is the first route for questions at that stage. Without an assigned contact, call Finance One and name the product stream and stage so your question reaches the responsible team.
Finance One’s Commercial Advantage process separates proposal and assessment from legal documentation and settlement, as at October 2026. Signed documents precede funding in that published process. A credit offer alone does not confirm that settlement is complete.
Prepare these details for any handoff:
- Application reference and brokerage contact details.
- Product stream, such as consumer vehicle finance or commercial property finance.
- Current stage and the exact outstanding item.
- Document name, version and date supplied, where the question concerns evidence.
- Required deadline and what depends on it.
For example, a missing signed document after approval is a documentation or settlement question. A request to change the proposed borrowing amount during assessment belongs with credit. Give each team the specific action you need, then record its response and the next file owner.
Before telling the client that the file can proceed, confirm that the responsible team has received the required evidence and addressed the outstanding item.
