Find Firstmac's verified broker workspace and current onboarding, account, submission and application-support channels.

Firstmac’s broker portal is Broker Tools, where accredited brokers can submit applications, get quotes and track loans in progress. Start from Firstmac’s official broker page and follow its Broker Tools login link.
If you’re joining Firstmac, complete home-loan broker accreditation first. If you’re already accredited, use your personal login and separate an account-access problem from a question about a specific application.
Official Firstmac Broker Workspace
Firstmac Broker Tools is the current broker workspace, as at October 2026. Firstmac’s former broker website directs brokers there for applications, quotes and broker information. Replace an old broker-site bookmark with the current destination.
The public Firstmac website also links to Broker Tools under Login, then Home Loan Brokers. Its Broker Tools download page lists application tracking and a document vault. The Broker Toolkit contains user support guides and contacts, and the service includes live chat.
Use these steps to reach the correct workspace.
- Open Firstmac’s official broker page and follow Broker Tools login.
- Sign in with the personal account issued through your accreditation.
- Confirm you’re in the broker workspace before starting a home-loan application or looking for an existing file.
- For an existing application, match its reference and applicant details to your file notes before acting on a status or document request.
Firstmac Money is the account-management service for customers. Firstmac onTrack provides electronic access to loan documents. Those destinations have different jobs from broker origination, so use Broker Tools for a new broker application.
Mortgage-manager and institutional-investor access are separate destinations too. Broker Tools also supports car-loan brokers, so a home-loan enquiry needs the home-loan channel and accreditation details.
For other lenders, use the broker portal directory.
Onboarding and Account Access
Start onboarding through Firstmac’s home-loan broker accreditation page, as at October 2026. The form asks for your aggregator group, business details and licensing information. Its primary contact email must be your own email address.
Firstmac publishes the activation sequence on its accreditation confirmation page.
- Submit your home-loan broker accreditation request with your own contact details.
- Watch the accreditation video provided after submission.
- Have your aggregator approve the accreditation request sent to it.
- Receive Firstmac’s accreditation confirmation and information pack, including your Broker ID and personal login.
- Sign in to Broker Tools and confirm you can access the home-loan resources you need.
If the confirmation hasn’t arrived, check whether the video and aggregator approval are complete. Your aggregator owns its approval step. For Firstmac’s accreditation record or an email-address issue, contact Firstmac accreditations with your name, aggregator and registered email.
If your credentials fail after activation, check the email address you’re using against your accreditation record. Use the password-recovery option presented by the official login page when you need to reset a password. If recovery doesn’t work, give your Firstmac business development manager (BDM) the error and ask for account-access support.
A successful login with an inaccessible file or function calls for a permission check. Give your BDM your Broker ID and explain which file or action is unavailable. Ask Firstmac to check the account’s access, rather than assuming the application was lost.
Firstmac’s accreditation page says a support or communal email address can be added after accreditation by emailing accreditations. Request that addition through Firstmac. Keep it separate from your personal login and have Firstmac establish the access your support staff need.
Submission and Loan Support
Use Broker Tools for file tracking and its support contacts for an application enquiry, as at October 2026. Firstmac also describes office-based BDMs who can access credit and escalate loans on its accreditation page. Choose the route by the problem you’re trying to solve.
| Your question | First step | What to give Firstmac |
|---|---|---|
| How do I start a new submission? | Open Broker Tools and use its current user guide or live chat for lodgement help. | Your Broker ID and the home-loan application type. |
| Where is an application I’ve submitted? | Compare your submission record with the file you’re looking for. Ask broker support through live chat or your BDM to locate it. | Application reference, submission date and the broker account used. |
| Why won’t a document attach or appear? | Record the error and ask broker support to confirm the accepted document format and delivery route. | File reference, document name, file type, size and time of the attempt. |
| What is holding up processing? | Read the latest application update and identify any outstanding request. Ask your BDM to follow up the unresolved item or escalate the file. | Application reference, last update, documents already sent and any settlement deadline. |
| Who handles a sales or relationship enquiry? | Contact your Firstmac BDM. | Your aggregator, brokerage and the subject of the enquiry. |
A missing application needs a trace before a second submission. Use the original reference and submission record to ask whether Firstmac received it and which broker account can access it. Resubmit only after Firstmac resolves the original submission’s status.
If Broker Tools is inaccessible and you can’t reach your BDM, use Firstmac’s public contact page. It publishes the general number 13 12 20, available Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Ask to be connected to home-loan broker sales support or the team handling your account-access problem.
Have your Broker ID, aggregator and callback details ready. For a file enquiry, add the application reference, submission date and exact issue. Share applicant details only through Firstmac’s confirmed support channel.
Exclude passwords or verification codes from messages and screenshots.
For a document problem, send the error text and document details first. Obtain the approved delivery method before sending the client’s financial records through an alternative channel.
After support acts, verify the result that matters to the file. Sign in again for an account repair, confirm the correct application is accessible for a missing-file enquiry, or obtain confirmation that Firstmac received the document. Record the response and the next person responsible for any remaining action in your file notes.
