ING Broker Portal: Access and Application Support
Use the official ING broker portal, recover access and route application, settlement, scenario or policy questions to the right support team.

The ING broker portal is reached through ING’s Australian broker website at broker.ing.com.au. Start there for access, then use the Sales Support Unit for password resets and live-file enquiries. Your ING representative handles accreditation and lending-policy questions.
Official ING Broker Portal
ING’s official broker website belongs to ING Bank (Australia) Limited and separates Home Loans from Commercial Loans. As at October 2026, its Broker login link leads to broker.ing.com.au/client/login.
Use this route before entering credentials or sending client information.
- Open the public broker website. Check that the address is broker.ing.com.au, with a secure HTTPS connection.
- Choose the lending category. Use Home Loans for residential resources or Commercial Loans for commercial resources.
- Follow Broker login from that website. Compare the destination with the official link before entering your own credentials.
- Confirm the workspace after signing in. Check that the account belongs to you and that any file you open matches your client’s deal reference.
Consumer internet banking and adviser services are different workspaces. A copied login link, search advert or emailed button can lead somewhere else even when it uses ING branding. If a destination differs, return to the public broker website and use its contact details to establish the correct route.
The broker portal directory gives the corresponding official routes for other lenders.
Accreditation and Account Access
Resolve ING access in order: establish your accreditation, check the account details and then address the login problem. As at October 2026, ING directs accreditation and training enquiries to its representatives and introducer-site password resets to the Sales Support Unit.
- Confirm your accreditation status with your ING representative. Explain whether you’re seeking residential access, commercial access or a change following an aggregator transfer.
- Check any access invitation you’ve received. Compare its named brokerage and email address with your current details before using it. If it identifies another person or organisation, raise that mismatch with ING.
- Check the profile and authority needed for the task. If you can sign in but cannot reach the required file, ask ING to check your account’s authority. Don’t use a colleague’s credentials to work around the problem.
- Request a password reset through the Sales Support Unit. Call 1300 656 226. ING prints its hours as Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with the time-zone label “ESDT”. Confirm the local-time equivalent when calling from another state.
- Verify recovery using your own account. Successful sign-in resolves a password problem. A continuing file-access problem needs a separate account-authority check.
For escalation, prepare your broker name, brokerage, aggregator, registered email address and callback number. Add the affected URL, the time of the error and its exact wording. Use a redacted screenshot if it helps explain the problem.
Keep passwords and authentication codes out of the message. Avoid attaching client documents to a login enquiry. If you suspect compromised credentials, notify ING through the official contact route and follow its security instructions.
Application and Settlement Support
Route an ING application enquiry by the file’s current stage and the action you need. As at October 2026, ING assigns approval conditions, status tracking, escalation requests and application-to-settlement enquiries to the Sales Support Unit. Its scope includes urgent approvals and settlements.
A condition enquiry needs the condition’s wording and the evidence already supplied. A status enquiry needs the deal reference and last recorded stage. For an urgent request, give the actual finance or settlement deadline and explain what must happen before it.
Keep one record before escalating a stalled file.
| Record | What to include |
|---|---|
| Deal | ING deal number and residential or commercial category |
| Current stage | Assessment, approval condition, document preparation or settlement |
| Blocker | Exact condition, missing document or action ING has yet to complete |
| Deadline | Contractual date and the consequence of missing it |
| Earlier contact | Date, team, response and evidence sent |
| Next action | Requested action, responsible person and agreed follow-up date |
For example, a hypothetical purchase file might be waiting for ING to confirm that an updated payslip clears an approval condition. Record when you sent it and ask for that condition’s status. A settlement deadline alone doesn’t show whether the document has been assessed.
Send Documents to the Correct Team
ING’s document instructions use mortgage.assessment.au@ing.com for residential files and pcm@ing.com.au for commercial files. Put INGDEAL= followed by the actual deal number in the email subject. Remove password protection from supporting documents, as ING instructs, after checking the recipient and the required documents.
ING’s Home Loans forms library lists the Loan Application Form and, under Other useful ING Home Loan forms, the Home Loan Review Form. Select the form for the requested transaction. A home loan review form isn’t a request for a status update on a new application.
For a file handled by MSA National, ING’s Tips & Hints page explains the separate LoanTrak settlement workspace. MSA National emails the broker first-login details. LoanTrak supports loan-pack access, file notes, document uploads and messages to the settlement coordinator.
That page directs LoanTrak access and navigation enquiries to LoantrakSupport@msanational.com.au. Keep an ING broker-login problem with ING’s support route.
Understand ING Home Loan Approval Time
ING’s public homepage displays indicative assessment service levels in business days, as at October 2026. These apply to complete applications and exclude valuation wait times. They aren’t a promise that a particular loan will receive final approval within that period.
Use the displayed service level alongside the date ING received the complete file. Record outstanding information separately. When following up, ask which item prevents the next decision and retain the agreed action in your file record.
Scenario and Policy Questions
Take an ING scenario or policy question to your ING representative, with the facts needed to answer it. As at October 2026, ING’s published representative scope includes credit enquiries, accreditation, training and decline appeals.
Use the residential or commercial representative listed for your region on ING’s contact page. A technical password reset stays with the Sales Support Unit. A question about whether ING can accept an income type or security belongs with the representative.
Prepare a compact scenario before making contact.
- Identify the borrowers and their employment or business structure, using only the personal detail needed for the enquiry.
- State the income amounts and types, with the evidence available and any difference between current earnings and historical records.
- Describe the property offered as security, its location, type and supported value.
- Give the requested loan amount, purpose and proposed structure. State any existing debts that affect the question.
- Name the unresolved policy point and the wording you need clarified. Separate verified facts from assumptions.
- For a decline appeal, add the stated decline reason, relevant new evidence and the decision you’re asking ING to reconsider.
Keep the response with the scenario facts, contact date and policy source it addresses. If a fact changes, update the scenario before relying on the earlier response. A discussion about policy fit doesn’t clear a live application’s approval conditions.
Use the ING lender policy guide for lending-rule questions. Before closing the support enquiry, confirm that the responsible team has the correct deal reference, that its next action is recorded and that you know when to follow up.
