Latitude Broker Portal: Access and Partner Support

Find Latitude's official finance-broker route and current help for access, applications and partner support, separate from merchant and customer channels.

To access the Latitude broker portal, start at Latitude’s official broker page and follow its broker login link. This is the finance-broker route for personal and asset loan applications, separate from retail-partner tools and customer account services.

As at October 2026, Latitude labels its application entry for accredited brokers. If you’re new to Latitude, use the accreditation process before trying to lodge a client’s application.

Official Latitude Finance-Broker Route

Latitude’s finance-broker page is the starting point for broker access, accreditation and help, as at October 2026. Its Broker Log In link points to Latitude’s broker sign-in destination.

Use this sequence before entering credentials or client information.

  1. Open the broker page on the exact domain latitudefinancial.com.au. Confirm the page is for brokers and the loan task you need.
  2. Follow the broker login link from that page. Check the destination host is broker.portal.latitudefinancial.com.au, including the spelling and final domain.
  3. If an unexpected redirect takes you elsewhere, stop entering information. Call Latitude’s broker team using the number on the broker page to confirm the service owner.
  4. Sign in with your authorised broker account. Before working on a file, confirm the account belongs to you and the application belongs to the client you represent.

A login page alone doesn’t establish that your account is active or that a service is working. If the destination won’t load, keep the address and error for support. Don’t treat a merchant or customer login that opens successfully as a substitute.

For other lenders’ destinations, use the broker portal directory.

Eligibility, Onboarding and Activation

New Latitude brokers follow training and accreditation before receiving portal access. Latitude’s August 2026 accreditation guide sets out the sequence below.

  1. Complete Latitude’s accreditation training. Keep the attendance confirmation email.
  2. Submit the online accreditation form linked from the broker page. Prepare the training confirmation, identity document and bank-account evidence where applicable.
  3. Allow your aggregator to review and approve the request. Latitude’s Broker Specialist Team then reviews it and carries out compliance checks.
  4. Use the welcome email to create your portal password. The guide says the email confirms your Broker ID and your username is your email address.
  5. Verify activation by signing in through the official broker entry. Confirm you can reach the work your accreditation permits before using client information.

The guide asks brokers to allow ten business days for the specialist review after aggregator approval. That allowance doesn’t promise when an incomplete request or a permission change will be resolved.

As at October 2026, the Australian accreditation form collects your aggregator and Australian credit licence details. It asks about recent accreditation and training attendance. For training registration and dates, it directs brokers to broker.accreditations@latitudefinancial.com.

Separate the request you make from the symptom you see. A new accreditation request starts onboarding.

A missing welcome email concerns activation, while access that stopped working concerns an existing account. A change of brokerage or assistant access needs a permission review, not a borrowed login.

Latitude’s form requires assistants who communicate on your behalf to be registered with Latitude. Give support the broker’s identity and the assistant’s role when arranging authorised access. Keep passwords private.

Sign-In and Permission Problems

Diagnose Latitude access problems in order so a password change doesn’t hide an activation or permission issue. As at October 2026, Latitude’s public broker support route is 1300 783 854, listed on its broker page.

  1. Confirm the destination. Return to the official broker page and follow its login link instead of an old bookmark.
  2. Check your broker identity. Compare the email address you’re using with the welcome email and any later authorised account changes.
  3. Check activation. If you haven’t received the welcome email, review your accreditation correspondence and ask support which stage remains open.
  4. Check credentials. Use the recovery option displayed on the verified sign-in page, if one is available. Keep any recovery message and the time you requested it.
  5. Check permissions. If login works but an application or action is unavailable, report the particular file or action. Explain any recent brokerage or role change.
  6. Check service availability. If the page won’t load, record whether the failure occurs before sign-in or after it. Send that distinction to the broker team.

Prepare your Broker ID if issued, registered business email, brokerage name and aggregator. Include the exact error text, destination address, time with time zone, browser version and a screenshot with client information removed. Never send a password or a one-time security code.

If recovery doesn’t restore access, record what you tried and the result of each attempt. Add the support reference and the next action Latitude gives you. Repeat the failed task after recovery: successful login alone doesn’t resolve a missing application permission.

Application and Partner Support

Route a Latitude application problem through the broker team, then retain the owner assigned to that enquiry. As at October 2026, the official broker page lists 1300 783 854 for broker questions. It also describes relationship-manager support and access to underwriting and settlement teams.

ProblemWhat to ask Latitude to resolveEvidence to provide
Application missing from your authorised accountConfirm the application reference and its broker allocationBroker identity, reference and when you last accessed it
Document or application action unavailableConfirm the required action and who has permission to perform itStage, missing action and error with client details removed
Processing or settlement delayAssign the operational enquiry to the relevant application teamLast completed stage, outstanding item and deadline
Technical failureInvestigate the failed page or actionAddress, error, time and browser details
Accreditation or brokerage relationshipReview the broker account or connect you with the relationship ownerBroker ID, aggregator and the change requested

Use one compact escalation record when a file has a deadline. Include your broker identity, the application reference and its current stage. State the missing action, the deadline with time zone, previous support reference and Latitude’s last response.

For example, a hypothetical escalation can say: “Application reference held in the secure file. Document submission is blocked after sign-in. Required action is to submit the requested evidence before Friday’s settlement deadline. Previous support advised an account review, which remains open.”

Put the actual reference into the authorised support channel. Attach borrower documents only when Latitude requests them through its approved process. A short operational enquiry rarely needs the client’s full identity documents or financial records.

Keep support outcomes separate from credit decisions. Restored access, accepted documents or a processing update doesn’t mean Latitude has approved the loan. Record the actual assessment decision and any conditions separately from the support case.

Finance Broker, Merchant and Customer Channels

Choose a Latitude channel by your role and the task, even when a search result calls several services a portal. As at October 2026, the official destinations below separate broker work from retail-partner and customer services.

AudienceOfficial starting pointTask covered
Accredited finance brokerLatitude’s broker page and its linked broker loginBroker loan applications and professional support
Retail or sales-finance partnerLatitude’s Partner Resource ToolkitPartner integration and support enquiries
Customer managing a credit-card accountLatitude’s mobile-app page and linked Help CentreAccount payments, card management and customer help

The Partner Resource Toolkit currently directs support enquiries to SalesFinanceOnboarding@latitudefinancial.com. Use that route for retail-partner integration help. It isn’t the starting point for a broker application enquiry.

Latitude’s mobile-app page describes customer account servicing and links to its Help Centre. A borrower who needs card-account help can start there. Customer credential recovery applies to that customer’s service, not to your broker account.

If you arrive in the wrong role’s service, leave it and return to the official starting point for your task. Use the credentials issued for that role. Before sending client information, establish that the channel and your permissions cover the action you need.
