To use the Lumi broker portal, become an accredited partner, then sign in through Lumi’s Partner Login. Existing partners can track business-finance applications and access broker resources in the Partner Portal. For a scenario or file question, contact your dedicated business development manager (BDM) or Lumi’s broker sales team.
Accreditation Before Portal Access
Lumi accreditation precedes Partner Portal access, according to its broker FAQ as at October 2026. Australian finance or commercial brokers with appropriate licensing and credentials can become partners. Lumi supports both direct partnerships and brokers working through an aggregator in its network.
- Open Lumi’s partner registration page if you’re a new partner.
- Prepare your Australian Business Number (ABN) and contact details. Lumi’s mortgage broker page identifies these as the registration inputs.
- Complete the partner-onboarding request and keep the response. Resolve any outstanding accreditation requirements with Lumi before treating registration as confirmed portal access.
- Once accredited, open the Lumi Partner Login and sign in with your partner credentials. Confirm the account belongs to your brokerage before opening client records.
If you’re already accredited but can’t sign in, ask your BDM or broker sales to help with account activation or access recovery. Give your registered email address and brokerage name, plus the exact error and when it occurred. Use your existing partner identity so Lumi can locate the account.
A new-partner request and an existing-account access problem need different responses. State which applies when you contact Lumi, and keep passwords or authentication codes out of the request.
Lumi Partner Portal Tasks
The Lumi Partner Portal supports application submission and progress tracking, with broker resources available after accreditation, as at October 2026. Lumi’s broker page also describes submitting client documents and tracking loan-document progress after approval. Its broker FAQ identifies product brochures and market insights reports as available resources.
Open the relevant client application and match its reference to your file notes before acting on an update. Compare the recorded stage with Lumi’s latest request, then identify whether the next action belongs to you, the client or Lumi. Keep a record of documents you’ve supplied and any outstanding request.
If an expected application isn’t visible, record the business name, application reference and submission date. Include the registered partner email and the last acknowledgement you received. Ask your BDM to locate the application and confirm its current stage before submitting the same file again.
For a missing resource, record its name or subject and where you expected to find it. Tell Lumi whether the problem affects one resource or prevents you from accessing the portal altogether. These details let the team address the specific problem without treating an empty screen as an application outcome.
For another provider’s workspace, use the Australian broker portal directory.
Scenario, Sales and BDM Support
An accredited Lumi partner’s dedicated BDM is the first contact for a scenario discussion, as at October 2026. For a new partnership or help reaching the appropriate team, email sales@lumi.com.au or call 1300 015 864. These are the broker contact routes published in Lumi’s FAQ.
For an application question, give the BDM the file reference and the action holding up progress. For a relationship enquiry, explain whether you need onboarding help, training or a contact for your brokerage. If you don’t know your assigned BDM, ask sales to direct the enquiry.
Lumi’s broker page lists a regional support team. Its state leads cover New South Wales, Victoria with South Australia and Tasmania, and Queensland with Western Australia. Use the current team details on that page if you need a regional contact.
For a new scenario, describe the business, funding purpose and requested facility. Explain the fact you need Lumi to assess, such as an existing debt or a gap in the available records. Keep a scenario discussion separate from a credit decision: record any guidance and conditions, and communicate the application outcome only when Lumi issues it.
Escalate a Lumi File
Give Lumi’s broker team the file reference and the action you need when escalating an application. When the portal is unavailable, use your dedicated BDM or the published broker sales email and phone number, as at October 2026.
Prepare these details before calling or writing.
- Your accredited broker name, brokerage and registered email address.
- The business client’s name and application or facility reference.
- The product or facility involved and its current recorded stage.
- The action or document still needed, including any error message.
- The time the problem occurred and the last response from Lumi.
- The client’s deadline and the specific next action you’re requesting.
Share client documents through the method Lumi confirms for that file. Crop unrelated client information out of screenshots and send only the details needed to explain the problem.
For a hypothetical example, a broker can sign in but cannot find an acknowledged business-loan application. The support request gives the acknowledgement reference and submission date, then asks Lumi to locate the file and identify the next action. The broker records the client’s funding deadline without treating that deadline as Lumi’s commitment.
Retain Lumi’s response reference, the person responsible for the next step and the agreed follow-up time. Confirm recovery by signing in and locating the correct application, or obtaining the requested file update from Lumi. Record any remaining condition separately so restored access isn’t mistaken for completed assessment.
