Metro Finance Broker Portal: Access and Support

Use Metro Finance's official broker portal, confirm accreditation, and route consumer or commercial asset-finance files to the right support team.

The Metro Finance broker portal is at broker.metrofin.com.au/MetroApp/. Existing brokers can sign in there. Businesses seeking accreditation use their aggregator or Metro’s accreditation team.

For a stalled vehicle or equipment file, identify whether it is consumer or commercial finance before requesting the team responsible for its current stage.

Enter the Official Metro Broker Portal

Start from Metro Finance’s broker page and follow its Broker Portal link before entering credentials or client information. As at October 2026, Metro’s link leads to the broker.metrofin.com.au domain. Use the linked portal address above for the Metro broker login.

Use this sequence when opening the portal from a new device or replacing an old bookmark:

  1. Open Metro’s broker page on metrofin.com.au.
  2. Follow the Broker Portal link and inspect the full browser address. Confirm the hostname is broker.metrofin.com.au, with HTTPS, before entering your details.
  3. Sign in using your own issued broker credentials. The expected result is access under your broker account.
  4. Before working on a client file, check the application reference and applicant against your records.

A similar-looking name elsewhere in an address doesn’t establish that Metro owns the destination. If an unexpected destination appears, return to the official broker page and use Metro’s public contact route to resolve it.

Accreditation and an existing login are separate tasks. Metro directs new accreditation enquiries to your aggregator or accreditations@metrofin.com.au. A business seeking approval to introduce finance must complete that route before treating portal access as active accreditation.

If an issued login fails, use the password-recovery route on the official portal. Its public login page also gives enquiries@metrofin.com.au for brokers without a username.

Ask for access help with your brokerage and broker identifier. Leave passwords and verification codes out of the message.

Choose Consumer or Commercial Support

Route a personal vehicle enquiry to Metro’s consumer team and a business vehicle or equipment application to its commercial team. As at October 2026, Metro separates personal finance from commercial finance on its website. A vehicle alone doesn’t tell the support team which application it is handling.

Before calling, assemble these routing details:

  • The application type recorded for the file, including consumer or commercial finance.
  • The asset being financed, such as a passenger vehicle, truck or equipment.
  • The applicant or borrowing entity’s name, matching the application.
  • Your broker identifier and the application reference if issued.
  • The current stage, such as preparation, submitted for assessment or awaiting settlement.
  • The unresolved action and the date it affects.

For example, a hypothetical company buying a work truck has a commercial file awaiting settlement documents. Describe it that way when contacting support. A personal car application awaiting a credit response needs consumer application support even though both files involve vehicles.

Use Metro’s public contact page or call 1300 362 627 and state which team you need. Ask the recipient to confirm ownership of the file before sending further documents.

This routing step identifies the support team. It doesn’t decide product eligibility or credit treatment.

Escalate Credit and Settlement Problems

Escalate a Metro file by naming its stage and the action blocking progress, then direct it to that stage’s owner. As at October 2026, Metro publishes 1300 362 627 as a contact number. Its official Disbursement Authority form also publishes commercial.settlements@metrofin.com.au for commercial settlements.

Keep the escalation record short. Include your broker identifier, application reference, deadline, unresolved action and previous contact dates. State what response you need, such as confirmation that a document was received or clarification of an assessment condition.

Send customer records only through the channel Metro confirms for that file. Exclude passwords, verification codes and unnecessary identity or financial documents from the initial escalation. Record the named owner and agreed next action after the response, then check that the application progresses or the missing requirement is explained.

Request a Metro Finance Payout Figure

To refinance a client away from Metro Finance, contact Metro through its official contact route and request a written payout figure for the existing contract. Have the client’s authority ready and give the contract reference and intended payout date. Ask Metro to route the request to the team servicing that contract.

Metro issues the payout figure for its loan. Keep that written figure with the refinance file and check its valid date and payment instructions before arranging payment. A portal balance or your own repayment calculation doesn’t replace the lender’s payout quote.

If the refinance date changes, obtain a figure that covers the revised payment date. Keep the existing-loan payout request separate from questions about settlement of the new application.

Find the Right BDM Route

Use Metro’s published sales-team route to reach a business development manager (BDM) for the relevant product and brokerage. As at October 2026, its broker page lists state-based commercial contacts and separate consumer roles. Your state alone can leave more than one possible contact.

Give Metro your brokerage, aggregator, state and application type when requesting an introduction or replacing an unavailable relationship contact. Ask which BDM owns that relationship before directing the file to an individual. For an active application, include its reference so the BDM can distinguish relationship support from the credit or settlement action already assigned.

If portal access or your individual contact is unavailable, call 1300 362 627 or use Metro’s public contact form. Request the relevant consumer or commercial owner and retain the response with your file notes. Other lender destinations are in the Australian broker portal directory.
