MONEYME Broker Portal: Choose the Right Product Login
Choose MONEYME personal-loan or Autopay broker access, verify the official login and resolve partner onboarding or account problems.

Use the MONEYME broker portal’s product selector to choose personal-loan access or Autopay car-loan access before signing in. The product label determines the destination and the team handling your access problem. A MONEYME customer account is a separate route for the borrower’s own loan.
Choose a MONEYME Broker Product
Choose the broker login that matches the product on your client’s application. As at October 2026, MONEYME’s official partner selector shows two personal-loan choices alongside Autopay.
| Client’s product | Selector choice | Linked broker destination |
|---|---|---|
| MONEYME variable-rate unsecured personal loan | MONEYME Personal loans | www.moneymebroker.com.au |
| Autopay vehicle finance | Autopay car loans | www.autopay.com.au/login |
| SocietyOne fixed-rate personal loan | SocietyOne Personal loans | broker.societyone.com.au/login/ |
The two personal-loan cards have similar headings, so use the brand and rate type to distinguish them. Check the product named in an existing application or onboarding message before choosing. Don’t assume that access to one product gives you access to another.
- Identify the product. For an existing file, use its application record or correspondence. For a new file, use the product you’ve selected for the client.
- Open the official selector. Choose the matching product’s Login link instead of a customer login in the website header.
- Check the destination. Match the browser’s address with the relevant domain above before entering credentials or client information.
- Verify the account after signing in. Confirm you’re in the intended product and broker account before opening or creating a client file.
If your onboarding message and the selected product disagree, send the product name and your broker details to onboarding@moneyme.com.au. Resolve the account assignment before starting an application in a different system. For other providers, use the broker portal directory.
Personal-Loan Broker Access
For MONEYME personal loans, use the MONEYME personal-loan broker login linked by the official selector. As at October 2026, its public sign-in page asks for an email address and password and has a Reset password link.
Use the email address registered for your broker account. If you’ve forgotten the password, start with Reset password on this personal-loan login. If the recovery email doesn’t arrive, check the registered mailbox and its junk folder before escalating.
For registration or activation, the selector publishes onboarding@moneyme.com.au. For an existing MONEYME broker account or application problem, the login publishes brokers@moneyme.com.au and 1300 908 068. Tell the team whether you need onboarding, password recovery or help with a particular application.
If the file names SocietyOne, choose the SocietyOne broker portal from its separate personal-loan card. That login has its own Forgot Password? control and publishes brokers@moneyme.com.au for help. Keep recovery with the product login involved in the failed sign-in.
Autopay Broker Access
For an Autopay vehicle-finance file, use the Autopay broker login linked from MONEYME’s selector. As at October 2026, the Autopay login asks for an email address and password and displays Reset password.
Before entering a new file, match Autopay with the product named in your broker onboarding and the client’s proposed vehicle-finance application. For an existing application, use its reference and product correspondence to confirm the account involved. A personal loan used to buy a car doesn’t automatically identify an Autopay application.
If you need to become an Autopay partner, start with Autopay’s broker and dealership partner page and its Become a partner today option. MONEYME’s selector also publishes onboarding@moneyme.com.au for assistance with next steps.
For an existing Autopay login or application issue, the Autopay sign-in page publishes partners@autopay.com.au and 1300 908 068. Use Autopay’s Reset password control for an Autopay password problem. Don’t apply a reset from the MONEYME personal-loan screen to this account.
If you can sign in but can’t find the expected application, compare the product and reference with the original correspondence. Ask Autopay support to locate the file under your broker account before creating a second application.
Customer and Partner Account Boundaries
Use broker product logins for your professional access and keep the customer’s loan servicing with customer support. As at October 2026, MONEYME’s customer contact page lists hello@moneyme.com.au and 1300 669 059, including help with payment enquiries. The customer app and borrower login aren’t substitutes for broker onboarding.
When escalating a broker access problem, prepare the following information.
- Your name, brokerage and registered broker email address.
- The selected product and the login address you opened.
- The application reference, if a file already exists.
- The exact error and the time it occurred.
- Any settlement or other deadline, with its date and time.
Keep passwords and authentication codes out of the message. If you send a screenshot, remove unrelated client details and any credentials. Ask the support team for its approved secure channel if it needs supporting client documents.
After recovery, reopen the correct product login and confirm that your broker account can access the intended file. Check the application reference against your records before continuing work on that application.
