Confirm MoneyPlace's current broker support route, avoid unverified login links and prepare the account or application details needed for help.

For MoneyPlace broker portal access, start at the official MoneyPlace broker page. For an account or application enquiry, call 1300 008 003 and ask for broker assistance. MoneyPlace publishes a general Login page, so use the account route confirmed for your brokerage before entering credentials.
MoneyPlace Broker Channel Today
MoneyPlace has a broker partnership and accreditation channel as at October 2026. Its broker page invites brokers to request accreditation and describes broker-originated personal lending. The page’s footer names Money Place Assets Pty Ltd and identifies Secure Funding Pty Ltd as the credit provider, with Australian Credit Licence 388133.
Use that broker page to begin a new relationship through its accreditation request. If you already have a personal or vehicle-finance file, identify the existing application when asking for help. A new accreditation request and help with an existing file are different tasks.
MoneyPlace’s public website has a general Login link. That link alone doesn’t identify the account permissions your brokerage has. A broker service can also use an account-specific handoff, so a missing dedicated portal link isn’t evidence that broker service has ended.
Verify Access Before Signing in
MoneyPlace publishes a general Login page as at October 2026, linked from its official broker page’s account menu. Treat it as MoneyPlace’s general sign-in destination. For broker access, use the destination in your official account instructions, or ask MoneyPlace support to confirm the route for your brokerage.
Follow these steps before using an unfamiliar link.
- Open the official MoneyPlace broker page directly. Use its account menu or your MoneyPlace-issued account instructions to identify the destination.
- Match the intended task to the account. Broker application access requires your authorised broker account, while a customer’s loan account is for their own servicing.
- If an old bookmark or a third-party directory gives a different destination, call MoneyPlace through its published number. Ask whether that destination is authorised for your broker account.
- Use the confirmed destination with your own credentials. If it opens a consumer account or gives an access error, return to support with the destination and error message.
An old article can identify a past broker relationship without proving the current login route. MoneyPlace’s older accreditation article is expressly marked out of date and directs readers to its current help centre. Use the current broker page for accreditation, and keep historical contact instructions out of a new access request.
Ask for Account or Application Help
Call MoneyPlace on 1300 008 003 or email borrow@moneyplace.com.au and ask to be directed to broker assistance. Its current contact page lists these general contact details as at October 2026. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Prepare the information that lets the team route your enquiry.
- Give your name, brokerage and work contact details.
- State whether you already have MoneyPlace accreditation, use an aggregator relationship or want to request accreditation.
- Include the application reference if one exists. Explain whether you need account access, a file update or the next submission step.
- Describe the problem, including the page address and any error text. Remove borrower details from screenshots that aren’t needed to show the error.
Ask the team to confirm the authorised destination and the next action for your account or file. If documents are required, request the approved transfer method before sending them. Keep passwords, authentication codes and full borrower documents out of the initial email.
For example, an accredited broker with a file reference can say that an old bookmark no longer opens the expected application page. The useful support request names the brokerage and reference, then asks for the current access route. It doesn’t require a fresh application or the client’s password.
Record the Verified Handoff
Record who at MoneyPlace confirms the route and what they tell you to do. Save the contact date, confirmed destination or action and the application or support reference. Add the person responsible for the next step and the agreed follow-up time.
Keep the confirmation with your file notes so a colleague can continue the enquiry without restarting the access search. If support handles the file directly, record that action and follow-up time. Continue through the confirmed support process until MoneyPlace supplies an account destination for your task.
The handoff is complete when you have either the authorised account route or a named support contact handling the next file action. For other providers’ official starting points, use the broker portal directory.
