Mortgage Ezy Broker Portal: Partners Area Support
Reach Mortgage Ezy's Partners Area under the Mezy brand, then separate accreditation, Ezy Search, application and Track N Trace help.

The Mortgage Ezy broker portal is the Partners Area linked from the official Mezy broker website. Start at Mezy Broker and follow its Partners Area link for Ezy Search, application submission or Track N Trace. If you need accreditation or help with an existing account, contact the broker sales team on 1800 866 399.
Understand Mortgage Ezy and Mezy
Both names belong to the same broker channel, so a search for the Mezy broker portal leads to this Partners Area too. The website still welcomes brokers under the Mortgage Ezy name and uses Mezy for its domain and partner services.
The website privacy policy, version 1.5 dated March 2026, identifies Mezy Assets Pty Ltd as trading as Mortgage Ezy. It describes Mortgage Ezy as a mortgage manager acting on behalf of credit providers. The legal entity and trading name explain the two names without treating them as separate lenders.
The official public broker domain is mezybroker.com.au. Its Partners Area link points to partners.mezybroker.com.au. Use that current link to reach the service instead of treating an older Mortgage Ezy bookmark as the sign-in destination.
For another provider’s access route, use the Australian broker portal directory.
Use the Partners Area
The Partners Area groups the broker tasks under one destination. Mezy’s public homepage names Ezy Search as its database, application submission as a separate task and Track N Trace for following deals.
- Open the official Mezy broker website and follow the Partners Area link. The destination is on the partners.mezybroker.com.au subdomain.
- Use the account details issued through your accreditation or existing partner arrangements. If access fails, give the broker sales team your registered email and the error you receive.
- Choose Ezy Search when you need to research Mezy’s available solutions. Keep that research separate from submitting an application.
- Use the application submission route when you’re ready to send a file. Retain the reference or acknowledgement the service gives you.
- Use Track N Trace when you need to follow an application already sent. Match the file reference and applicant to the case you’re handling.
Before relying on a tracking result, confirm that it belongs to the intended application. If you can enter the Partners Area but can’t access the task or file you need, report that specific problem to sales. Account access and access to an individual file are different symptoms.
Start or Restore Accreditation
Start a new accreditation enquiry through Mezy’s Get Accredited page. For an existing partner’s activation, password or permission problem, contact sales on 1800 866 399 or at sales@mezy.com.au.
As at October 2026, the accreditation page separates Australian credit licence holders from credit representatives using an aggregator route. Licence holders follow an application and supporting-document review process. The page says successful applicants receive an accreditation certificate code and login details.
For credit representatives, the fast-track route uses the broker’s online signature and aggregator confirmation of current documents already on file. Use the route that matches your licence and aggregator relationship. Follow its current form and checklist for the documents to supply.
Prepare your broker name, business name, registered email and phone number. Include your aggregator’s name and your licence-holder or credit-representative details. An existing partner can also supply their accreditation code and explain whether access never worked, a password stopped working or a particular task is unavailable.
Keep a change of business email or aggregator separate from a password problem when describing it to sales. Ask for the existing accreditation and account to be checked before starting another application. Access is restored when your own account reaches the relevant partner task and, where applicable, the correct file.
Trace a Missing Mortgage Ezy File
When a Mortgage Ezy file is absent from Track N Trace, reconcile its reference with the submission acknowledgement before escalating it. Record whether the acknowledgement or file uses Mortgage Ezy or Mezy wording so support can match it to the provider record.
Keep the following details together for the broker support team:
- The application reference and applicant name.
- The brand shown on the file or acknowledgement.
- Your broker name, aggregator and registered contact details.
- The submission date and the latest acknowledgement or correspondence.
- What you can see in Track N Trace, including an error if one appears.
- The question you need answered and any contractual settlement deadline.
A file that doesn’t appear needs a record and access check. Contact broker sales on 1800 866 399 to route that enquiry. An absent tracking result alone doesn’t establish that the application was rejected or never received.
If the file appears but its progress is unclear, ask the contact handling the application for its current position and next required action. For an assessment or credit decision, use the assigned credit contact. Mezy’s broker contact page lists its credit department if you need to locate that person.
For a settlement issue, the same contact page lists settlements@mezy.com.au and 07 5554 3366. Give the settlements team the file reference and the specific condition or deadline involved. Use the credit contact for an assessment issue and the settlements team for settlement coordination.
After support responds, match its answer to the same file reference. Record who owns the next action and what must happen next, then confirm that the file is visible or its progress is explained.
