Moula Broker Portal: Partner Login and Support
Open Moula's Partner Portal, avoid the Customer Dashboard, recover partner access and route a referral or business-loan application query.

For Moula broker portal access, choose Partners on Moula’s customer-and-partner login page to open the Partner Portal. The Customer Dashboard is the separate entry for customers managing their loan. If partner access fails or a referral is missing, Moula’s partner support team can help through partners@moula.com.au or 1300 88 09 72.
Select the Moula Partner Portal
Open the Moula customer-and-partner login page and select the entry labelled Partners. As at October 2026, Moula describes this entry as the place to manage Partner Referrals.
- Find the Partners entry beside the Customers entry.
- Follow Partners to the Moula Partner Portal.
- Check that the address is on partners.moula.com.au before entering your partner credentials.
- Sign in with the business account registered for your partner access.
The expected destination is the Partner Portal, with your authorised partner account. Moula’s partner-program page says partners can track applications through its online portal. If you need your first partner account, use the registration form on the Moula Partner Program page, then follow the registration email.
Use the broker portal directory when you need another provider’s workspace.
Keep Customer Access Separate
The Moula Customer Dashboard is for customers managing their own loan. As at October 2026, the combined login page labels the Customers entry with that purpose and links it to application.moula.com.au.
If you arrive at the customer login while working as a referral partner, return to the combined login page and select Partners. Use your own partner account there. Don’t try a customer’s credentials or assume that a customer login gives you access to partner referrals.
For example, a client asking about their existing loan and a broker following a business-loan referral need different destinations. Keep the client’s account access separate from your partner enquiry.
Recover Partner Access
Match the access problem to the help you need before contacting Moula. As at October 2026, the Moula contact page lists partners@moula.com.au for partner enquiries.
| What you observe | What to check | What to request |
|---|---|---|
| You have forgotten your password | Confirm that you selected Partners and used your registered business email. | Ask partner support for the account recovery route. |
| A new account has never worked | Find the registration email and whether you completed its instructions. | Ask support to confirm the registration or activation status. |
| An existing account is described as inactive | Keep the exact message and the email used to sign in. | Request help restoring access to that partner account. |
| You can sign in but cannot access the required work | Identify the referral or task affected. | Ask support to check your account permissions. |
| Your account opens but a referral is unrecognised | Compare the referral reference with your submission acknowledgement. | Ask partner support to trace the referral and its attribution. |
Prepare your name, brokerage or business name and registered business email. Add the exact error wording, when it occurred and any affected referral reference. Crop screenshots to the relevant error and remove unrelated client details.
Keep passwords and one-time codes out of the support request. Send further borrower records only through the channel Moula supplies for the case. After recovery, sign in through Partners again and confirm that the required account access works.
Resolve a Referral or Application Query
Send Moula referral and business-loan application questions to partner support with enough detail to identify the file. As at October 2026, Moula publishes partners@moula.com.au and 1300 88 09 72 for partner enquiries. Its contact page lists phone availability from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), with live chat for sales or support questions.
Build the request from your own referral records:
- Record the referral date and applicant business name.
- Include the referral or application reference, if one was issued.
- State the last stage or acknowledgement you received.
- Describe the issue, such as missing application visibility, referral attribution or a processing update.
- Name the next action you need, such as locating the application or identifying an outstanding request.
An application that is missing from your view needs a trace against the original referral record. Avoid creating a second submission just to make it appear. For an attribution query, include the referring partner’s business email and the original acknowledgement.
Use live chat or the published phone number when you need to speak to support. Keep the reply with your referral record and confirm which person owns the next action. Once Moula identifies the file, reconcile its reference and stated stage with your records before following up again.
