MOVE Bank BrokerHub: Portal Access and Support

Open MOVE Bank BrokerHub, check aggregator and accreditation eligibility, and separate broker relationship support from MOVE Bank Online.

Updated

The MOVE Bank broker portal is BrokerHub, where you can find accreditation instructions, loan-submission resources and broker-team contacts. MOVE Bank works with a selected group of aggregators, so establish your brokerage’s eligibility before applying for accreditation. Use the broker team for access and application questions.

Enter MOVE Bank BrokerHub

Open BrokerHub at broker.move.bank to reach MOVE Bank’s broker resources. As at October 2026, the site links to accreditation, bookings and tools for preparing loan submissions.

  1. Open the official BrokerHub link and check that the address bar shows broker.move.bank.
  2. Choose the resource you need. The Tools & Resources page includes the broker checklist, servicing calculator and valuation form.
  3. For a sign-in or document-upload destination supplied separately, confirm the address with your aggregator or MOVE Bank’s broker team before sharing application data.
  4. Confirm you have reached the intended broker resource or authorised application service before entering credentials or uploading client documents.

MOVE Bank Online and the banking app are customer services. The bank’s main website links its customer login to digital.move.bank. A customer’s banking login does not establish your broker accreditation or permission to handle an application.

Keep the official BrokerHub address in your bookmarks. If an emailed link points somewhere unfamiliar, use the broker contacts below to confirm it independently.

Check Aggregator and Accreditation Eligibility

MOVE Bank accepts broker business through a selected group of aggregators, as at October 2026. Membership of an aggregator alone does not establish that you can submit MOVE Bank business. Ask your aggregator’s accreditation team whether MOVE Bank is available to your brokerage and whether it can sponsor your application.

The bank’s accreditation page requires a completed application and a copy of both sides of your driver’s licence. It directs these to brokers@move.bank and requires attendance at an online accreditation session. The linked application form also directs brokers to forward their completed applicant section and declaration to their aggregator’s accreditation team.

Use this sequence to complete the process.

  1. Establish the aggregator route for your brokerage before sending identification documents.
  2. Complete the current application form and applicant declaration. Prepare your registered business name, addresses and contact details, plus your Australian Business Number (ABN).
  3. Supply your credit licence or representative details, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) number and industry-association membership number. The form lists the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
  4. Send the required identification and form through the published accreditation route, coordinating the aggregator declaration with your accreditation team.
  5. Register for and attend the online session through BrokerHub Bookings.
  6. Retain MOVE Bank’s confirmation and Broker Identification Number. The application form says accreditation begins when you receive that number.

Submitting the form or attending a session is an intermediate step. Wait for the bank’s accreditation confirmation before treating yourself as accredited.

Restore a BrokerHub Account

For a MOVE Bank broker account problem, contact the broker team at brokers@move.bank and identify the stage that has failed. As at October 2026, the BrokerHub team page publishes this address for all broker enquiries.

Separate the following symptoms so the team can route your request.

What you observeWhat to checkWhat to request
You have never received accreditation confirmationLocate the form submission and session attendance detailsAsk the broker team to check registration progress and any outstanding requirement
You have accreditation confirmation but cannot activate the supplied accountMatch the invitation email to your nominated broker email and confirm its destinationAsk the broker team to confirm the activation route and arrange a replacement invitation if needed
Your existing credentials failConfirm the system address and the account identifier you are usingUse that confirmed system’s password-recovery option if provided, or ask the broker team for the correct recovery route
You can sign in but a file or action is unavailableRecord the affected file reference and your Broker Identification NumberAsk the broker team to check your permissions and the file’s allocation

Send your name, brokerage, aggregator and broker identifier if issued. Include the exact domain, error wording and time observed, with the time zone. A screenshot can help if you remove client information and any credentials first.

Keep passwords and authentication codes out of the support request. After the team resolves the issue, repeat the failed action in the confirmed system and check that your own account reaches the intended resource or file.

Contact the Broker Relationship Team

Use MOVE Bank’s broker relationship team for scenario, application and relationship questions. As at October 2026, BrokerHub lists these contacts.

  • brokers@move.bank for all broker enquiries.
  • Renee Kruszyna on 0436 651 372 for Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland.
  • Julie O’Regan on 0407 677 940 for New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

You can also book a time through BrokerHub’s Bookings page. Route broker follow-up through these contacts so the request reaches the team that supports broker business.

For an existing application, state its reference and current stage. Explain the missing action, what you have already supplied and the deadline the team needs to address. For a scenario question, give the relevant facts and the precise question you need answered, using the team’s confirmed channel for client documents.

For other lenders’ workspaces, use the broker portal directory. Before ending a MOVE Bank follow-up, agree who owns the next action and when you will receive an update.
