NOW Finance Broker Hub and Application Portal

Choose NOW Finance's Broker Hub or Application Portal, understand separate credentials and resolve accreditation or access problems.

The NOW Finance broker portal has two task destinations: the Broker Hub for broker resources and the Application Portal for submitting and monitoring loans. Start with the task you need to finish, then use the login route NOW Finance supplies for that system.

NOW Finance also supports shared sign-in through its new Broker Portal. An older accreditation email can describe separate access details, so use the instructions for the portal you’re opening.

Broker Hub or Application Portal

Use the Broker Hub to find broker resources and the Application Portal to work on a loan application. As at October 2026, NOW Finance’s system-access guide links to both destinations and explains their different purposes.

A NOW Finance broker login can therefore open different parts of the broker workflow. The Hub login routes through NOW Finance’s sign-in service, while the Application Portal login displays the application-management sign-in screen.

  1. Open the destination for your task from the links above or NOW Finance’s broker website.
  2. Use the login details issued for that access arrangement. The new portal supports the same credentials as Origination.
  3. Confirm you’ve reached the right result. For resources, open the tool or guide you need. For a loan, find the application reference and its current stage.

For another provider, use the Australian broker portal directory.

Accreditation and Separate Credentials

Start accreditation through NOW Finance’s broker accreditation form. As at October 2026, it distinguishes setting up a new business, joining an accredited business and updating business details.

Choose the route that matches your role. A broker joining an existing accredited business uses the joining route. A director accrediting a business uses the new-business route, while a change of aggregator belongs in the business-details update route.

NOW Finance’s system-access guide says it emails login details when accreditation is completed. Search your inbox and junk folder for the accreditation email. If it’s missing, request the details from accreditations@nowfinance.com.au.

The setup guide describes separate Application Portal and Broker Hub credentials. It identifies an application username usually based on your first initial and surname, and an email-address username for the Hub.

NOW Finance’s new-portal login instructions describe a different arrangement. Single sign-on (SSO) lets brokers use their existing Origination and Help Centre credentials for the new Broker Portal.

Use those shared credentials where NOW Finance directs you to the new portal. If your access email issues separate credentials for another system, use that system’s details. Don’t assume an email-address username works in every login field.

Recover Access to the Right System

Identify whether you lack credentials, fail at sign-in or reach the portal without the application access you need. NOW Finance’s access-recovery instructions, as at October 2026, give a password-reset procedure specifically for the Application Portal.

To reset the Application Portal password, select Forgot password, enter your email address and submit the request. Open the reset email, enter a new password and select Confirm. Then sign in again and check that you can reach the application you need.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check junk mail. Continuing Application Portal access problems go to accreditations@nowfinance.com.au. NOW Finance directs new Broker Portal login or usage problems to your dedicated business development manager (BDM).

Identify yourself by broker name and accreditation email address. Include your business and aggregator.

Name the system, copy the exact error and state when it occurred. Keep passwords and reset links out of the request.

Application and Partner Support

Route loan-processing problems by product and application stage, and send accreditation questions to the accreditation team. As at October 2026, NOW Finance’s application-update guide identifies the teams that unlock applications at specific stages.

Use these owners for the listed processing stages. For a missing application, give your BDM the reference and product so the enquiry reaches the responsible team. A missing file after successful sign-in needs an application check, not another password reset.

Keep a support record containing the application reference, product, current stage and action you need restored. Add the support reference or email thread, the person handling it and your deadline. Share only the borrower information needed to identify or resolve the problem through NOW Finance’s authorised channel.

After support responds, reopen the same application and check the requested action. Record whether the file is visible, any required unlock has occurred and what remains before you can proceed.
