To access the OnDeck broker portal, use your Australian partner account instructions or the broker destination published on OnDeck’s support page. New partners start with OnDeck Australia’s online accreditation form. For access problems or a live small-business loan file, contact the broker team on 1800 676 652, option 5.

Join the OnDeck Broker Programme

Join OnDeck’s Australian broker programme through the Partner with us link on its broker programme page. As at October 2026, it leads to an online Broker Accreditation Form. Existing accredited brokers with an access problem can use broker support instead of submitting another accreditation application.

Prepare your brokerage information before starting. The public first page asks for your name, phone number, email, business name and state, with trading name optional. OnDeck’s programme page also says accreditation collects credit licence or representative arrangements and professional credentials.

  1. Open the Australian broker accreditation form from OnDeck’s programme page.
  2. Enter your own contact details and the brokerage’s details. Use an email address you can access for account instructions.
  3. Read the linked agreement and consent documents before accepting them. Complete the remaining form pages with the information requested.
  4. Submit the application and retain any acknowledgement or reference. Wait for OnDeck’s accreditation decision and next steps before treating the account as active.

OnDeck says brokers can apply across aggregator groups, including independent brokers. Submitting the form starts its review process. Acceptance and the terms of your partnership come from OnDeck’s current accreditation process.

If you want to discuss the programme first, use the broker contact page. The team takes enquiries from brokers who aren’t yet accredited.

Enter the Broker Partner Portal

Open the sign-in destination in OnDeck’s account instructions. As at October 2026, its Australian support page publishes the broker portal destination under broker support.

OnDeck’s Broker Partner Terms and Conditions, updated 1 November 2024, explain account setup in clause 12. Where portal access is provided, setup instructions go to the contact email supplied during accreditation. Nominated authorised users receive their own invitations.

  1. Find the account instructions sent to your accreditation contact, or start from the published Australian support page.
  2. Check the address before entering credentials. The published broker host is broker.ondeck.com.au, within the Australian ondeck.com.au domain. A different destination in an invitation needs confirmation from the broker team before you sign in.
  3. Use your own authorised account. The partner terms require you to keep passwords private, including from colleagues.
  4. After signing in, confirm that the account belongs to the expected brokerage and that you can access the intended file.

If setup instructions haven’t arrived, give broker support the accreditation contact email and your brokerage name. For a password problem, ask for the account recovery route. If sign-in works but a file is missing, give the team your user email and file reference so it can check your authority and permissions.

Use 1800 676 652, option 5, or email the broker team. Keep passwords out of support messages. Access is restored when your own account opens the correct brokerage and the required file is available to you.

Keep Borrower Access Separate

Use your broker account for partner work and leave borrower account access with the client. As at October 2026, OnDeck’s support page lists a broker destination separately from new-loan applications and existing-customer support. Its customer-portal guidance describes a self-service account for existing borrowers.

An application link on the programme page is a way to start a loan application. It doesn’t establish that you’re signed into your brokerage’s partner account. Likewise, a customer’s loan account doesn’t establish your authority to handle the file.

Before sharing file details, identify the role you’re acting in and the reference you’re discussing. For an accreditation question, use your brokerage details and accreditation reference, if issued. For a submitted application, use the business applicant’s name and application reference.

If a colleague needs access, arrange their authorised-user invitation through the brokerage’s account process or broker support. Don’t use the client’s credentials or share another broker’s password. For another lender, use the Australian broker portal directory.

Escalate a Small-Business Loan File

Send an unsubmitted scenario to OnDeck’s broker team, and send an existing application’s outstanding action to the person handling that file. As at October 2026, OnDeck pairs accredited brokerages with a state-based business development manager (BDM). Loan Specialists help with individual applications.

Can OnDeck consider this business scenario?Assigned BDM or the public scenario formBusiness applicant, finance purpose, requested amount and circumstances needing discussion
What is happening with a submitted application?File’s Loan Specialist, with broker support if you need the contactApplication reference, submission date and last response
Which document is still needed?Person who requested the evidenceExact request, document version sent and date supplied
A processing deadline is approachingFile contact, then broker support for help routing itCurrent stage, outstanding action and the business’s deadline

The broker scenario form asks for brokerage and client details. It also asks for the business identifier, requested amount, business activity and loan purpose. Describe the business’s need before submitting the scenario, and use the client information you are authorised to share.

Keep a follow-up specific. In a hypothetical file, you could write, “The signed document requested yesterday has been supplied for application OD123. Please confirm receipt and identify any remaining action before Friday’s supplier payment.” That asks for a receipt and an outstanding action without predicting approval or funding.

When you don’t have a file contact, call 1800 676 652, option 5, or email broker@ondeck.com.au. Record who owns the next action and when you will follow up. Close the enquiry only after the response identifies the file’s current stage and what still needs to happen.
