To use the Plenti broker portal, open Plenti’s official broker login and sign in with your broker credentials. New brokers use the separate accreditation route. For support, choose Consumer Finance for personal or consumer car loans and Commercial Finance for commercial vehicle applications.
Official Plenti Broker Portal
The Plenti broker login is on the portal.plenti.com.au domain, linked from Plenti’s broker page as at October 2026. The Borrower Portal is for customer accounts, while the Investor Portal is for investments. Choose the broker or partner destination for brokerage work.
- Open Plenti’s broker page.
- Select “Log in to the portal” and follow the broker or partner login destination.
- Sign in with your existing broker credentials. Confirm you’re in your broker account before opening a client application.
If you’re new to Plenti, select Get accredited instead. Plenti’s paperless accreditation page asks for your Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN) details. It also asks for Australian credit licence (ACL) or credit representative number (CRN) details, your business bank account details and a PDF credit guide.
Accreditation approval gives you access to the broker tools. If you can’t sign in after accreditation, contact Broker Support with your brokerage name and registered email address. For another provider’s destination, use the Australian broker portal directory.
Choose Consumer or Commercial Support
Choose the Plenti team by the application channel, as at October 2026. The Consumer Finance team handles personal loans and consumer automotive finance. Use the Commercial Finance team for commercial automotive applications.
Broker Support is the first contact for a general portal or access enquiry. A business development manager (BDM) is useful for accreditation guidance, broker training or discussing the relationship with Plenti. Choose the contact for your state and product channel from the relevant team page.
A relationship manager (RM) is useful when a live deal needs help. Plenti’s commercial application guide directs deal-related enquiries to an RM, who can liaise with credit and settlements. Calling a BDM or RM is Plenti’s recommended first contact method for their help, with email also available.
Give the contact the application reference and the exact issue. An escalation helps identify the next action, but Plenti’s credit assessment determines the application outcome.
Documents, Applications and Live Chat
Open the relevant Plenti application before uploading supporting documents. As at October 2026, Plenti’s document help page gives these steps.
- Sign in to the Broker Portal.
- Select “View” on the application that needs the document.
- Scroll down to “Supporting documents”.
- Select the document upload option and provide the requested document.
Match the document to the application reference before uploading it. After the upload, check the application for the document or the upload result. If the upload fails, note the error and contact Broker Support before sending borrower records by another route.
For a commercial automotive application that has conditional approval, Plenti’s public guide says to upload the documents required for each settlement condition. Use clear filenames so the document’s purpose is apparent. An upload alone doesn’t mean Plenti has cleared the condition.
Plenti’s broker support guidance confirms that Live Chat connects you with Broker Support inside the authenticated Broker Portal. If you can’t enter the portal, call 1300 889 332 or email brokers@plenti.com.au.
Prepare a Plenti Support Request
Give Plenti enough information to locate the broker account or application and identify the action you need. Prepare the following details before calling or writing.
- Your name, brokerage and registered broker email address.
- The application reference, if there is one.
- The product channel: personal loan, consumer automotive or commercial automotive.
- The document involved or the exact error message, plus the step where it occurred.
- The time of the problem and any steps you’ve already tried.
- The deadline, such as a planned settlement date, and the specific action you’re requesting.
Keep passwords and authentication codes out of the request. Share only the borrower information needed to identify the file. If a screenshot helps, crop out unrelated client records and mask unnecessary personal information.
For example, a hypothetical support request could explain that a commercial automotive application’s requested settlement document fails to upload. Include the reference, filename and error, then ask how to submit that document for the outstanding condition. State the planned settlement date without implying Plenti has agreed to meet it.
Record the response and who owns the next step. Access is restored when you can enter your broker account and open the correct application. A document issue is resolved when Plenti confirms it has the required document and explains any remaining action.
