Prospa Partner Portal: Broker Login and Registration

Choose Prospa partner login or registration, understand Partner Portal, App and Prospa IQ roles, and route a small-business file for help.

To use the Prospa broker portal, sign in through Prospa’s partner login or complete partner registration if you’re joining its partner network. Existing partners with an access problem need account recovery through partner support. Customer login is a separate destination.

Partner Login or Registration

Choose partner login for an existing Partner Account and registration for a new partnership. As at October 2026, Prospa’s partner page links to both destinations separately from customer login.

Prospa’s Online Terms, updated 25 March 2026, tie a Partner Account to your registered email address. Access depends on the applicable accreditation or partner agreement. A Customer Account is a different account type, so use your partner details for broker work.

  1. Open the partner login linked above. Use the partner route when your task is a referral or application on a client’s behalf.
  2. Sign in with your registered partner email and password. Complete any verification requested by the service.
  3. If you’re a new partner, use registration instead. The form asks for your name, phone and email, followed by partnership type, partner type and aggregator details.
  4. After signing in, confirm you can reach the partner tools and identify the correct client or lead before working on a file.

If your existing email or password doesn’t let you in, contact partner support on 1300 964 808 or partners@prospa.com. Ask to recover your existing Partner Account. Registering again isn’t the recovery route for an account you already hold.

If a page is blank, check that JavaScript is enabled in the browser. The public Partner Portal page requires it. If the page still fails, retain the error message and time for support.

Choose a Prospa Partner Workflow

Choose a referral when you want Prospa’s business lending specialists to handle the client, or manage the application end to end yourself. Prospa describes both options on its partner page, as at October 2026.

The choice changes who follows up the client and gathers the application information. Agree on that role before sending the lead. Keep a record of the client’s permission to share their information and the handover you arranged.

For a referral, record what you sent and when, together with the Prospa contact handling the next step. Tell the client who will contact them. Keep the lead reference so a later status enquiry identifies the same referral.

When you manage the application yourself, keep the information you submit with its supporting evidence. Record requests for additional information and who must answer them. Use the file’s current stage to decide the next action, without treating referral entry or application submission as approval.

For example, a hypothetical client wants you to remain their contact throughout the process. Choose the end-to-end workflow and record that agreement before submitting their information. If the client wants Prospa to handle the application directly, record the referral handover instead.

Partner Portal, App and Prospa IQ

Use the Partner Portal or Prospa App for lead management and Prospa IQ for quoting. As at October 2026, Prospa describes lead entry, lead tracking, status updates and commission visibility in both the App and Partner Portal.

Prospa’s Online Terms allow partner access through the App or a compatible browser. The terms also describe viewing draft and submitted applications through the Partner Portal.

For quoting access, use the Prospa IQ option on Prospa’s partner page, which links to its access request. Use the quote for the client’s funding discussion. Track the submitted file through the partner tools, and keep the quote separate from the application decision.

Customer balances and customer account transactions belong to customer access. Keep those functions outside your partner workflow.

Application and BDM Support

Contact Prospa partner support for an access failure, missing lead or unclear application status. As at October 2026, its registration page lists 1300 964 808 and partners@prospa.com.

For a scenario discussion, use Prospa’s business development manager (BDM) directory. Choose the locally focused contact for your area. A BDM discussion helps route the file and its questions to the appropriate Prospa team.

Prepare enough information to identify the problem without sending a full client file in the first message.

  • Give your name, business and registered partner email.
  • Include the lead or application reference, if one exists.
  • State whether you referred the client or are managing the application end to end.
  • Name the tool, current stage and action you expected to complete.
  • Describe the missing lead, unclear status or error, including when it occurred.

For a missing lead, provide any submission acknowledgement you received before creating another entry. For a status question, ask which action is outstanding and who must complete it. For an access problem, ask support to restore access to your existing account.

Keep passwords and verification codes out of support messages. Remove unrelated client details from screenshots and provide further documents through the channel Prospa directs you to use.

After support resolves the issue, return to the same lead or application and confirm you can complete the missing action. Record the response and next responsible person in your file notes. For another lender’s destination, use the Australian broker portal directory.
