Skip Broker Portal: Sucasa Files and Support
Move from the Sucasa broker portal to Skip's current broker address, then handle existing logins, documents, files and support contacts.

The Sucasa broker portal is now the Skip broker portal at brokers.skiploans.com.au. Skip’s rebrand notice says Sucasa and Skip are the same company. Use the current broker address to continue a Sucasa file, keeping its original reference when you need help.
Understand the Sucasa-to-Skip Change
Skip is Sucasa’s current name, so an older Sucasa reference can still identify the same provider. As at October 2026, Skip’s notice says the broker portal changed its name and web address. It also says existing client documents remain valid.
A saved bookmark, search result or earlier file note can therefore contain the old name. Keep the Sucasa reference in the file history and add Skip as the current provider name. This lets another broker follow an application from its original correspondence to its current contact.
The name change alone isn’t a reason to discard signed documents or create a second application. If a document needs correcting for another reason, explain that issue separately when you contact Skip.
Use the Current Skip Broker Route
Open Skip’s broker portal for broker access. As at October 2026, that is the broker address in Skip’s rebrand notice. The borrower app and customer application route are separate destinations.
Before starting, have your authorised broker account details and the existing application reference available. Use your own broker account for the access check. Follow this order:
- Open the broker link from Skip’s official rebrand notice or its website’s Brokers link. Compare the browser address with brokers.skiploans.com.au before entering credentials.
- Check that the page identifies Skip and is intended for brokers. If a link opens a borrower application or customer account, return to the official broker destination.
- Try your existing broker account through the current destination. If access fails, record the exact error and ask Skip to resolve access for that account.
- After access succeeds, locate the intended client file by its existing reference. Match the client and application before uploading a document or acting on the file.
Successful access means you reach your authorised broker account and identify the correct application. A page loading successfully is only the first checkpoint. If the domain or identity looks wrong, contact Skip through its official contact page before proceeding.
Continue an Existing Sucasa File
Continue the original file using its Sucasa reference and current Skip correspondence. As at October 2026, Skip’s broker notice preserves existing documents, pre-approvals and loans. It says the same business development manager (BDM) team continues to support brokers, with old email addresses still receiving mail and phone numbers unchanged.
Skip separately gives unchanged-login and retained-document assurances to borrowers with unfinished applications. Those customer instructions don’t establish every broker account permission or file view. If your broker login fails or an application is missing, raise that specific account or file problem.
For a missing file, give Skip the original reference, the broker account used and both provider names appearing in the records. Include the date you last accessed the application and any subsequent Skip reference. Ask Skip to identify the existing application and restore or explain your access to it.
For a missing document, name the document and its version or date. Include the original submission channel and any upload receipt or acknowledgement. Keep the source document available, then use the channel Skip confirms for the existing file.
After Skip resolves the issue, match the file reference and check the affected document or action again. Keep the response with the file notes so the next broker knows which reference and channel to use.
Resolve Access and Application Problems
Describe the failed action before asking Skip for help, so an access problem doesn’t become an application-stage enquiry. Use your existing Skip BDM for relationship and file questions. As at October 2026, Skip’s contact page also lists support@skiploans.com.au and 1300 33 22 72.
| Problem | What to check | What to request from Skip |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials rejected | Current broker address, account email and exact error | Help recovering access to the authorised broker account |
| Existing file missing | Original Sucasa reference, current Skip reference and account used | Confirmation of the file’s location and your access |
| Document missing or upload failing | Document name, submission time and acknowledgement | Confirmation of receipt or the correct resubmission channel |
| Application stage unclear | Last written status and outstanding request | Current stage, required action and its owner |
| Broker relationship question | Brokerage details and previous BDM contact | The current broker contact for your relationship |
Keep one escalation record with both names shown on the file, all known references and your last successful action. Add the missing item or exact error, the action you need and the deadline it affects. Send screenshots with unnecessary client information removed, and never include a password.
For example, a hypothetical escalation could say: “Sucasa reference SC-123; current correspondence says Skip; last successful action was a document upload on 1 October. The upload acknowledgement is attached, but the document isn’t visible. Please confirm receipt and the next action before the client’s contract deadline on 6 October.”
Ask the responding team to confirm who owns the next action and when you can expect an update. Record the outcome and verify the affected file action after the response. For another lender’s access route, use the Australian broker portal directory.
