UniBank Broker Portal: Access and Broker Support
Verify UniBank's broker route and direct accreditation, account, application and BDM needs without assuming another brand shares the process.

For UniBank broker portal access or loan support, start at UniBank’s official broker page. Its public broker support number is 1300 862 265. You can use that route without signing in to resolve access problems or direct an application enquiry.
UniBank confirms shared accreditation across its banking group. Keep the loan’s UniBank brand attached to every access or support request so shared handling reaches the right file.
Current UniBank Broker Access
UniBank’s official broker destination is the Broker page on the Australian unibank.com.au domain, as at October 2026. That page identifies UniBank by name and gives its broker support and accreditation contacts. Use the broker portal directory when you need a different lender’s route.
UniBank’s current accreditation form identifies it as a division of Teachers Mutual Bank Limited. That legal name on an official form is consistent with a UniBank task. A Teachers Mutual Bank page or a similar bank name in search results is not enough to identify the destination for your particular application.
Start from the UniBank page when an old bookmark or message sends you elsewhere. If an access link uses a shared or external domain, have broker support identify the service and the task it handles. Once the bank confirms the destination, use your own authorised broker account.
The public Broker page has resources and support contacts. UniBank’s Internet Banking and app contact options concern member banking. Keep broker access separate from your client’s banking credentials.
Accreditation and Account Permissions
UniBank’s accreditation process starts with your aggregator’s authorisation, followed by the bank’s online broker training. As at October 2026, its broker accreditation FAQs state these prerequisites.
- You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- You must hold either Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).
- You must have at least one year of banking or mortgage broking industry experience.
- You must belong to one of the bank’s aggregator partners.
Follow the sequence through your aggregator.
- Request accreditation from your aggregator, or complete the current Broker Application for Accreditation. The form records your licensing arrangement and business details.
- Give the completed form to your aggregator for approval. Your aggregator sends the authorised application to the bank.
- Complete the online broker training. UniBank provides training access after receiving the authorised application form.
- Obtain the accreditation outcome and the access instructions for the service you need. UniBank’s FAQs state that accredited brokers gain access to all four brands, broker tools and support teams.
Shared accreditation is explicitly supported here. It does not mean that a password for one service establishes your permissions in every application system.
For accreditation enquiries, call 02 8767 5916. Use broker support for an existing access problem and describe what happens after you open the bank-confirmed destination.
| What happens | What to establish | Escalation route |
|---|---|---|
| Your login is rejected | Which service rejected your username and the exact error | Broker support, with the service name and error |
| You have no activation instructions or access is inactive | Whether accreditation is approved and which access step remains | Accreditation team for approval, then broker support for service access |
| You can sign in but cannot see a UniBank application | Your loan reference and the account or organisation that lodged it | Broker support for file access, with your aggregator if its system is involved |
| You can see the file but cannot perform the required action | Your role and the specific action being refused | Broker support to identify the permission owner |
Send a redacted error screenshot if support requests one. Keep passwords and one-time codes out of the enquiry.
Applications and Cross-Brand Support
Direct UniBank application visibility and progress enquiries to broker support using the UniBank brand and the application’s own reference. As at October 2026, the bank’s public Broker page names broker support for scenarios, documentation and process questions. It also lists broker development managers by region and, where relevant, aggregator.
Use your assigned broker development manager for relationship questions or a scenario discussion. For a missing file, give support the lodgement channel and the broker or organisation that submitted it. If the file was lodged through your aggregator’s system, include the aggregator reference alongside the bank’s application reference.
A useful application enquiry contains enough information to locate the problem.
- The UniBank application reference and any aggregator reference.
- Your broker name and brokerage or aggregator.
- The lodgement date and channel.
- The last status you saw and the action you need completed.
- The exact error, if access or an action failed.
- Any settlement deadline that affects the enquiry.
If you cannot sign in, call broker support directly. If you need the bank’s general contact route, UniBank’s contact page lists 1800 864 864 and a public enquiry option. Identify yourself as the broker and name UniBank before discussing the file.
For a Teachers Mutual Bank application, use the Teachers Mutual Bank broker access guide. Shared accreditation does not change the brand of an existing application. When a team accepts a cross-brand enquiry, record that team’s name and keep the original application reference in the handoff.
Confirm Any Shared Route
Use a shared service for a UniBank task when the bank or your aggregator identifies that service and confirms its role. As at October 2026, UniBank’s public FAQs confirm shared accreditation and access across four brands. An individual file still needs its own brand, reference and authorised handling team.
For a new access instruction or cross-brand transfer, ask the organisation arranging it to supply the operational details.
- Obtain the service name and the official destination used to enter it.
- Establish which broker tasks it handles, such as application lodgement or progress enquiries.
- Confirm that your broker account has permission for the UniBank file and the action you need.
- Record the team accepting the enquiry and carry forward the UniBank brand and original application reference.
For example, if a shared team accepts your UniBank progress enquiry, keep the file recorded as UniBank. Add the receiving team’s name to your notes instead of relabelling the application as Teachers Mutual Bank.
Access is working when your own account opens the intended UniBank file and permits the required action. A support handoff is complete when the receiving team accepts the UniBank reference and tells you who owns the next step.
