Apollo by LMG Broker Access: Tools and Support
Identify Apollo by LMG and Athena, use its official broker domain and separate Apollo tools and support from direct Athena access.

The Apollo broker portal is for Apollo by LMG, the Australian home-lending partnership between Athena Home Loans and Loan Market Group (LMG). Overseas Apollo insurance, investment and sales-software businesses are separate services. Start at the Apollo Broker Hub on LMG Lending’s website.
If you need help accessing an Apollo file or tool, call 13 14 34 or email broker@athena.com.au. LMG Lending publishes both contacts under Apollo by LMG on its broker resources page.
Identify Apollo by LMG
Apollo by LMG combines Athena home lending with the LMG broker channel. LMG Lending’s Apollo page identifies the partnership and names Athena Mortgage Pty Ltd as the credit provider.
Use this route to find the Australian broker resources.
- Open LMG Lending’s broker resources page on the www.lmglending.com.au domain.
- Find the Apollo by LMG entry and select its “Visit the Broker Portal” link.
- Confirm that the destination is the Apollo Broker Hub on the same LMG Lending domain. The hub identifies Athena and LMG and lists their broker support teams.
- Open the resource you need from that hub, or use the published Apollo broker contact for access help.
As at October 2026, that published portal link leads to the public Apollo Broker Hub. The hub gives you product information and team contacts. An overseas Apollo login or a similarly named search result isn’t the Australian lending destination.
Apollo and Direct Athena Routes
Use the Apollo route for an Apollo by LMG loan and the direct Athena broker guide for direct Athena business. The product and channel on the file determine which resources you need.
Apollo’s May 2026 broker brochure calls its file-management platform the Athena Broker Portal. Seeing Athena’s name on an Apollo resource therefore doesn’t mean the loan has moved to the direct Athena channel.
Use the access instructions issued for your Apollo broker account. If an existing Athena login doesn’t open the Apollo file you expect, give Apollo broker support the product name and access problem. Ask them to confirm the account’s Apollo access before attempting a different sign-in route.
Keep Zeus enquiries on the Zeus by LMG broker guide. For another lender or channel, use the Australian broker portal directory.
Apollo Broker Tools and File Tasks
Apollo separates scenario modelling, application lodgement and live-file management across its documented tools. Its May 2026 broker brochure, version v202605-1, describes the following workflow.
| Your task | Apollo resource | What to do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Compare moving-home options | Apollo Next modeller | Compare buying first, selling first, same-day settlement or keeping both properties. Retain the proposal for the client’s chosen pathway. |
| Prepare an application | Simpology LoanApp 2.0 | Complete applicant and household details, address its missing-information prompts and supply the documents requested for that application. |
| Follow a lodged file | Athena Broker Portal | Review the Apollo pipeline and file status. Complete the information requests attached to the application. |
| Read product information | Apollo Broker Hub | Open the relevant product document, customer brochure or credit guide. Match the document to the selected Apollo product. |
The hub lists Target Market Determinations for Apollo Max, Pro and Plus as at October 2026. A Target Market Determination describes the consumers a product is designed for. It doesn’t approve your client’s application.
Before using a calculator result in a file, keep the inputs and selected product with it. When the client changes the purchase plan or financial details, update those inputs before progressing. Use the current Apollo product documents for eligibility and terms.
For a lodged-file question, have the application reference ready. Include the selected Apollo product, current stage and the exact outstanding request. If the issue concerns a missing document, say what was submitted and when.
Apollo and LMG Support
Contact the Apollo broker servicing team for access or application help, and your Athena business development manager (BDM) for policy interpretation or scenario workshopping.
Apollo’s May 2026 broker brochure describes dedicated Athena BDM support and case-managed files. LMG Lending’s broker page publishes 13 14 34 and broker@athena.com.au for Apollo enquiries as at October 2026.
The Apollo Broker Hub lists both Athena and LMG Lending contacts by region. Use the Athena team for the lending question. Use the LMG Lending team for help within the Apollo channel, including finding the appropriate contact.
General LMG membership administration is a separate task.
If a hub document won’t open, give broker support the resource name and the page you opened it from. For a sign-in problem, include the error wording and whether you can access other Apollo resources. Keep passwords out of the enquiry.
After speaking to support, record the team that accepted the enquiry and its reference. Add the next action, who must take it and the agreed deadline. Follow up against that record so an access request or missing-document enquiry stays with the team handling your Apollo file.
