Bank Australia Broker Portal: Access and Broker Support

Find Bank Australia's official broker route and current help for accreditation, account recovery, applications and BDM contact.

To access the Bank Australia broker portal, start at its Broker partners page and follow the Direct broker AOL portal link under Broker tools. Bank Australia’s broker support team handles enquiries on 03 9854 4818 or brokersupport@bankaust.com.au.

Use that broker route for application work. Customer internet banking has a separate purpose and account. For another lender, use the broker portal directory.

Official Bank Australia Broker Portal

Bank Australia’s Calculators and broker tools page links to its direct ApplyOnline application portal, as at October 2026. The link is labelled “Direct broker AOL portal” and points to bankaustralia.applyonline.com.au. AOL is the page’s abbreviation for ApplyOnline.

The bank describes this portal as the place to submit and manage applications directly. Its public Broker partners pages also provide forms and support contacts. Use your own authorised broker account for the secured application service.

  1. Open the official Bank Australia Broker partners page. Check that the address is www.bankaust.com.au, including the spelling of the hostname.
  2. Follow “See broker tools” to the bank’s calculators and tools page. Choose “Visit portal” under “Direct broker AOL portal”.
  3. Check that the destination hostname is bankaustralia.applyonline.com.au before entering broker credentials. This external destination is supported by the link on the bank’s own page.
  4. Sign in with your authorised account. Once access works, match the intended application’s reference and client details before making a change.

A Bank Australia logo alone doesn’t establish the destination. Following the bank’s own link gives you a reference against which to compare a saved bookmark or emailed login link.

The general website’s “Log in” link goes to customer digital banking. Use the broker tools link for applications and the broker team for professional access questions. A general enquiry form is a contact channel, not an application workspace.

Accreditation and Account Recovery

Prospective Bank Australia brokers start with the “Become accredited” section of the Broker partners page, as at October 2026. Bank Australia requires applicants to aggregate through an organisation on its published list. The stated process is to register interest, pass its accreditation quiz and send the completed application with identification to the aggregator.

Follow that sequence if you’re seeking accreditation for the first time. A customer banking account doesn’t establish broker accreditation. Keep the accreditation submission separate from a request to fix an existing login.

For an inactive account or an unsuccessful sign-in, describe which stage is blocked when contacting broker support. Different symptoms need different checks.

SymptomWhat to establishNext action
You’re a prospective brokerWhether your aggregator is on the published listStart the bank’s accreditation process and submit through your aggregator
Accreditation paperwork is submitted, but access isn’t availableWhether the application is complete and access has been arrangedGive broker support your aggregator and submission details
A previously working account rejects your passwordWhether you’re using the official destination and registered accountUse that service’s recovery option if shown, or contact broker support
You can sign in, but a file is unavailableWhether the file belongs to the account and lodgement route you’re usingGive support the application reference and ask it to resolve file access
Your brokerage or aggregator has changedWhich accreditation record and account now applyAsk broker support to resolve the change before using another account

Don’t use a colleague’s credentials to work around a blocked account. Give support your registered email and brokerage name, plus your broker identifier if you have one. Include the exact error text and when it occurred.

If you can’t reach an authenticated page, use the public broker team page. As at October 2026, it lists brokersupport@bankaust.com.au and 03 9854 4818. The broker hotline operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time, as applicable.

After an account fix, return through the official broker tools link. Recovery is complete when your own account can access the intended application, with its reference and client details matching your records.

Application and BDM Questions

Send application progress and missing-file enquiries to Bank Australia’s broker support team. For a scenario or relationship question, use the broker relationship manager listed for your area on the Meet your team page, as at October 2026. This is the bank’s published contact route for work commonly handled by a business development manager (BDM).

For a missing application, first compare the reference in your lodgement confirmation with the account and submission route you’re using. Keep any confirmation message. A blank file list doesn’t prove that the lender hasn’t received the application.

Give broker support enough information to locate the record and explain what you need.

  • Your name, brokerage, aggregator and registered email.
  • Your broker identifier, if available.
  • The application reference and lodgement date.
  • The lodgement system used and any submission confirmation.
  • The precise request, such as locating a file or confirming receipt of requested documents.
  • A relevant deadline, such as a finance condition or settlement date.

For a processing enquiry, Bank Australia’s Broker partners page publishes separate current timeframes for applications and subsequent documents, as at October 2026. State which stage you’re asking about and when that item was submitted. Support can then address the actual file stage instead of treating every enquiry as a new application.

Use the regional relationship contact for a scenario discussion or brokerage relationship issue. Keep the question specific to the decision you need, such as how to present an unusual income source. Application progress still needs the file reference and the broker support route.

Keep passwords and verification codes out of support messages. Crop screenshots to the error and remove other clients’ details. Send identity documents or financial records only through the document channel the responsible team directs you to use.

If login remains unavailable, phone or email broker support with those details. Record the team handling the enquiry, its reference and the next action. Before progressing the loan, confirm that the correct application is accessible or that support has identified its status and required next step.
