Granite Broker Portal: Accreditation and Loan Entry
Trying to open a Granite loan file? Find the broker portal route that matches your accreditation, aggregator, platform and application stage.

The Granite broker portal is the starting point for Australian brokers to get accredited, open the Broker Management Tool and find the correct loan application route. Start at Granite’s broker home page, then use the application path for your aggregator after confirming your Simpology account.
Granite Home Loans Australia
Granite Home Loans is the Australian mortgage lender at granitehomeloans.com.au, with its broker resources at broker.granitehomeloans.com.au. As at October 2026, the broker site identifies Granite Home Loans Pty Ltd and Australian Credit Licence number 516104.
Granite Underwriting is a separate UK insurance business. A page about car or van insurance, or a graniteunderwriting.co.uk address, is the wrong destination for an Australian home-loan file.
Before entering credentials, open the Australian broker home page and follow its labelled tool link. The Broker Management Tool link leads to app.broker.colcap.com.au/granite. Loanapp links lead to Simpology services, so the sign-in domain can differ from Granite’s public website.
Accreditation and Broker Management
New brokers use Granite’s accreditation page, while accredited brokers open the Broker Management Tool from the broker home page. As at October 2026, the accreditation page has separate registration links for its listed aggregators and brokers with another aggregator.
Follow these checks in order before trying to launch a loan.
- Complete the accreditation form for your aggregator. Use the page’s listed-aggregator route when your firm appears there, or its other-aggregator form when your firm isn’t listed.
- Confirm your Granite Simpology V2 account. Granite’s Training Centre says Purple Circle, Astute Financial and Outsource Financial brokers need to renew accreditation to set up a new V2 account.
- Match your first name, surname and email across Granite and your aggregator. Have your aggregator check the accreditation number recorded in its customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Open the Broker Management Tool and select Log in. Enter your email and use the one-time password Granite sends to access the dashboard.
The Broker Management Tool guide dated 24 August 2026 explains dashboard navigation. My Profile holds broker details, My Brokerage holds business details and Deals shows application progress. Settled deals have a status overview rather than full settled-deal information.
If the dashboard opens but CRM launch fails, correct mismatched details and check the accreditation number first. Granite notes a possible delay between V2 registration and the aggregator adding that number. Successful dashboard access and a successful application launch are separate checkpoints.
Aggregator and Application Routes
As at October 2026, Granite directs brokers with the following integrated aggregators to start all applications through their aggregator CRM after setting up their account.
- Connective
- Loan Market Group (LMG)
- Finsure
- Australian Finance Group (AFG)
- Purple Circle
- Yellow Brick Road
- Astute Financial
- Outsource Financial
- My Local Broker
- Mortgage Choice
- Smartline
For these brokers, begin in the CRM’s Granite application route. Granite’s broker home page also has separate Simpology V1 (Loanapp) and Simpology V2 (Loanapp 2.0) links. Keep the version associated with the existing file when following up an application.
Granite’s application FAQs identify Loanapp, managed by Simpology, as the submission platform. They say Granite doesn’t accept submissions through ApplyOnline or PDF. A downloadable form or application pack therefore doesn’t replace the supported electronic lodgement route.
Before entering borrower information, confirm the application is for Granite and that you’re using the route attached to your accreditation. If your aggregator isn’t in the integrated list, use Granite’s broker support at info@granitehomeloans.com.au to obtain the application route for your account.
If V2 activation is missing, look for the Welcome to Simpology email, including in junk mail. Granite’s Training Centre directs brokers to info@simpology.com.au or the linked set-or-recover-password process when they can’t find it.
The launch check is complete when the supported route opens a Granite application under your broker account. For an existing file, verify its application reference before adding documents or responding to a request.
Support by Loan Stage
Route a Granite enquiry to the team handling the file’s current stage. As at October 2026, Granite’s team and support page lists the following contacts.
| Loan stage or issue | Contact | What to send |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-approval or post-submission application follow-up | info@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 232 999, option 3 | Application reference, current stage and the outstanding request |
| Valuation enquiry | valuations@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 232 999, option 4 | Property address, valuation reference and the issue |
| Formal approval through settlement | settlements@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 232 999, option 2 | Application reference, settlement date and the outstanding item |
| After settlement | service@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 737 058 | Loan number and the servicing enquiry |
| Scenario discussion | scenarios@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 232 999, option 5 | Scenario summary and the question requiring a response |
| Accreditation or access escalation | info@granitehomeloans.com.au or 1300 232 999, option 5 | Broker email, aggregator and exact error message |
Granite’s FAQs say it assesses pre-approvals across all products. For residential valuations, use Tools, then Order a Valuation and Residential on the broker portal. The FAQs direct EasyRefi valuations through Loanapp before submission.
For a relationship or escalation discussion, use the Partnership Manager or business development manager (BDM) listed on Granite’s team page. For borrower eligibility, use the separate Granite Home Loans policy guide. Find other lenders’ access routes in the broker portal directory.
When reporting a launch failure, include whether dashboard login succeeds and whether the error occurs in the CRM or Simpology. Give support the error time and application reference where one exists, so the response addresses the blocked step.
