Great Southern Bank Broker Portal: Access and Support
Find Great Southern Bank's official broker route and current help for accreditation, account access, applications and BDM contact.

To reach the Great Southern Bank broker portal, use the bank’s official Broker login link, which points to its broker page. If that route doesn’t open, call 133 282 and ask for the mortgage broker channel and help with your access.
The bank’s customer online banking login is a separate service. Use your own broker account for professional access and keep your client’s banking credentials out of the process.
Official Great Southern Bank Broker Access
Start at Great Southern Bank’s official website and select Broker login in the footer. As at 3 October 2026, that link points to the bank-owned broker destination.
- Open the bank’s Australian website. Check that the address is greatsouthernbank.com.au before following its broker link.
- Select Broker login. The expected destination is the bank’s broker page, separate from the customer Login menu near the top.
- Follow the broker page’s current instructions. Enter credentials only when the destination identifies the broker service you intend to use.
- After signing in, check that the account belongs to you and that the work you need is available. If either check fails, use the account or application support path below.
The top Login menu identifies Online banking and Business+ online as banking services. A screen asking for a customer number belongs to the customer banking route. Don’t use it to recover a broker account.
For another lender’s access route, use the broker portal directory.
Accreditation and Account Problems
Separate a rejected password from an account that lacks permission or needs activation. Resetting credentials addresses the first problem, while accreditation or account administration needs the team responsible for your broker access.
Before requesting a new account, have your brokerage name and aggregator ready, along with any existing broker identifier or accreditation correspondence. Ask the bank’s broker channel for the accreditation and activation steps that apply to you. An existing customer account doesn’t establish broker access.
| What happens | What to check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials are rejected | Confirm that you’re on the broker route and using your own broker details | Use recovery instructions on that broker service, or request broker account help |
| Sign-in works but a function is unavailable | Record the function and any permission message | Ask the broker access owner to check your account permissions |
| An account is inactive or an invitation fails | Find your activation correspondence and record the message | Request activation or reactivation through the broker channel |
| The broker page doesn’t open | Record the address, time and error without entering credentials elsewhere | Use the official telephone fallback |
Great Southern Bank’s help centre, checked 3 October 2026, publishes 133 282 as its general contact number. Ask that service to direct your enquiry to the broker account or accreditation owner. Its customer password-reset guidance applies to customer online banking.
Application and BDM Assistance
The support route depends on the problem. Separate application access and processing enquiries from technical faults or scenario questions.
Use the contact already assigned to your broker file when you have one. Otherwise, request the appropriate broker contact through the bank’s general service on 133 282, checked 3 October 2026.
| Enquiry | Ask for | Prepare before contact |
|---|---|---|
| An application is missing from your account | Help with file visibility and the broker account assigned to it | Application reference and the account under which it was lodged |
| Processing progress or an outstanding request | The team handling the application | Current stage, last bank correspondence and the item awaiting action |
| A page or upload fails | Technical support for the affected broker service | Exact error, time, browser and the step that failed |
| A scenario or submission question | Your business development manager (BDM) or broker channel contact | A concise question and the facts needed to answer it |
Prepare the application reference, your broker identifier and the relevant deadline for a telephone follow-up. Keep supporting documents ready for the secure channel the bank specifies. Remove client details from screenshots that only need to show an error.
If a deadline is close, say whether it concerns finance, settlement or a bank request. Ask who owns the next action and how you’ll receive an update. Record the answer without treating an access repair as a lending decision.
For pre-approval criteria and evidence, use the Great Southern Bank lender policy guide.
If a Portal Cannot Be Confirmed
If you can’t establish that a sign-in page is the correct broker destination, request the current route through Great Southern Bank’s help centre. As at 3 October 2026, the general telephone service is 133 282. Its published hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Ask, Which sign-in route applies to my broker account, and which team handles activation or access recovery? Give your brokerage and aggregator so the bank can direct you to the relevant service. Keep an unfamiliar link unconfirmed until the bank identifies its purpose.
For a non-urgent routing enquiry, the bank has an official enquiry form. Checked 3 October 2026, the form says to exclude bank account details, card details and tax file numbers. Use it to request a broker contact and callback, with confidential file information reserved for the bank’s secure process.
Retain the bank’s response with its date, confirmed destination and named support owner in your file record. Access is recovered when your own account opens the intended broker service and you can reach the required file or function. If the file remains unavailable, continue the visibility enquiry using its application reference.
