For MA Money broker portal access, start at MA Money’s broker website and use the application route for your loan type. Accredited brokers lodge residential applications through ApplyOnline via their aggregator. MA Money’s business development manager (BDM) team handles scenario enquiries.
Official MA Money Broker Portal
MA Money’s broker website is the official starting point for resources, accreditation and the linked ApplyOnline service. As at October 2026, its application instructions distinguish residential and self-managed super fund (SMSF) loans from commercial loans.
- Open the broker website on
www.mamoney.com.au. Its footer identifies MA Money Financial Services Pty Ltd and Australian Credit Licence 522267. - Choose the route for your application. Residential and SMSF applications use ApplyOnline through your aggregator’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. For commercial loans, MA Money directs brokers to sign up to ApplyOnline directly and select ‘Request Accreditation’ on the MA Money Commercial tile.
- Check the destination before entering credentials. MA Money’s public ApplyOnline link points to
www.applyonline.com.au. For an aggregator-launched session, use your established aggregator login and check any unexpected destination with its support team. - After signing in, confirm that the account belongs to you and the application is for the intended MA Money product. Resolve an incorrect lender selection or broker identity before adding borrower information.
An unfamiliar sign-in link in an email needs separate confirmation through the broker website or your aggregator. A padlock shows an encrypted connection, but it doesn’t establish who sent the link. Keep passwords and security codes out of support messages.
For access to other lenders, use the Australian lender broker portal directory.
Onboarding and Account Troubleshooting
Start MA Money accreditation through its Get Accredited page, which invites brokers to complete the application form as at October 2026. MA Money owns lender accreditation. Your aggregator is the first support contact for ApplyOnline platform access, as NextGen’s broker support guidance explains.
Separate the account problem from the accreditation problem before requesting help. A successful login doesn’t establish MA Money accreditation, and a password change doesn’t correct lender permissions.
| What You Observe | What to Check | Who to Contact and What to Request |
|---|---|---|
| Your normal login fails | Identify whether the failure is in the aggregator system or ApplyOnline. Record the exact error and time. | Ask your aggregator’s support team for the recovery route for that account. |
| First-access instructions haven’t arrived | Check the email address used for accreditation and search your spam folder. | Ask MA Money’s broker team for the accreditation status and the next access step. If an aggregator invitation is missing, contact the aggregator. |
| You can sign in, but MA Money or the required product is unavailable | Confirm the broker profile and the product you’re trying to lodge. | Ask your aggregator to check platform permissions. Ask MA Money to confirm the relevant accreditation. |
| The profile is inactive or reflects an earlier brokerage | Record your current brokerage and aggregator, plus the identity shown on screen. | Ask the aggregator to correct its account record and MA Money to confirm your lender accreditation. Avoid creating a second profile to work around the issue. |
Include your broker name, brokerage, registered work email and any accreditation reference when escalating. Use a screenshot with borrower information removed. After recovery, confirm that your correct profile can reach the intended lender and product before continuing the application.
Specialist File and BDM Support
Send scenario questions to MA Money’s BDM team and platform errors to your aggregator’s support team. As at October 2026, MA Money publishes regional BDM contacts and a broker fallback of 1300 762 151, option 1, or info@mamoney.com.au.
For a missing application, give support its reference and submission time. Explain whether you have a submission acknowledgement or only a saved draft.
Ask the aggregator to investigate a platform visibility problem, and ask MA Money to confirm receipt when the issue is lender processing. Avoid lodging a duplicate while the original submission is being traced.
For a processing enquiry, prepare the application reference, current stage and date of the last requested document. Include any approaching finance or settlement deadline. Ask MA Money’s broker team to identify the person handling the next action.
For a specialist scenario, begin with a summary that omits identifying borrower details. State the loan purpose, requested amount, proposed security type and location, income evidence available and the circumstance that needs assessment. For a credit impairment, explain when it occurred, what caused it and what has changed.
MA Money’s Broker Resources describes assessment against verified borrower information and product requirements as at October 2026. Specialist lending doesn’t guarantee eligibility. Send supporting borrower documents through the authorised channel agreed with the lender, and ask the BDM which evidence is needed for the specific scenario.
Before ending the enquiry, record who owns the next action and what information they need. Access recovery is complete when your account reaches the correct product. A live-file enquiry needs a confirmed application reference and a named contact for the outstanding action.
