ME Bank Broker Portal: Onboarding and File Support
Need ME Bank access or help finding a submitted file? Use the ME Bank broker portal routes for accreditation, login, processing and BDM support.

The ME Bank broker portal is ME’s Secure Broker Portal, which you open from the Portal login button on ME’s broker page. You can’t sign up for it directly. Your aggregator registers you with ME, and ME then invites you to the portal to complete training and receive your BrokerID.
Once you’re accredited, you lodge and edit applications in ApplyOnline and use the portal for policy, forms and pricing requests. ME Bank broker support and your business development manager (BDM) handle the file questions those systems can’t answer.
Current ME Bank Broker Portal
The official entry point for a mortgage broker is ME’s broker page at mebank.com.au/broker, which ME titles its Broker Hub. Its Portal login button opens the ME Secure Broker Portal sign-in page at mebroker.powerappsportals.com.
As at October 2026, ME calls the portal “your catch-all broker hub”. It holds ME’s full credit policy and requirements, plus documents, forms, calculators and pricing requests for new and existing customers.
You don’t lodge applications in the portal itself. You submit them through ApplyOnline, the lodgement platform, and ME’s broker support contacts sheet sends supporting documents there too. You can track a file’s progress in both the portal and ApplyOnline.
ME Bank, BOQ and the Group Portals
ME Bank is a division of Bank of Queensland Limited (BOQ), which holds Australian credit licence 244616, according to the portal’s footer. BOQ runs a separate broker portal at boqbroker.powerappsportals.com. Creating an account on ME’s portal needs an ME invitation code.
BOQ’s broker page states that Bank of Queensland paused new home loan acquisitions through brokers from 31 August 2024. BOQ’s portal now supports existing BOQ customers, so a new ME home loan goes through ME’s portal and ApplyOnline. For an existing BOQ customer, use the BOQ broker portal guide.
Onboarding and Account Activation
To get accredited with ME, you need an aggregator that can register you and the authority to give credit assistance. That authority comes from holding an Australian credit licence or being a credit representative of a licensee. As at October 2026, ME’s accreditation page starts the process with your aggregator, not with ME.
Under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) guidance on credit representatives, your licensee must make reasonable inquiries to establish your identity before authorising you. It must also check whether you already have an ASIC credit representative number. ASIC expects the licensee to confirm your Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) membership before authorisation as well.
ME’s accreditation page lists no separate document upload for brokers. ME also keeps the right to accredit brokers at its absolute discretion, according to the portal’s sign-in page.
ME Accreditation Steps
- Ask your aggregator to register you with ME. Have your Australian credit licence number or ASIC credit representative number ready. Check that your aggregator holds your current contact details, because ME sends the portal invitation after registration.
- Wait for ME’s invitation to the Secure Broker Portal. The portal’s registration page asks for an invitation code. If no code arrives, contact your ME BDM, as that page directs.
- Redeem the invitation. On the sign-in page, choose Redeem invitation, enter your code and select Register to create your account. Before you start training, check that you can sign in with your new username and password.
- Complete the online training. Watch ME’s presentation, then complete the short assessment at its end. ME’s Home Lending Policy stays open to you as a reference during the assessment.
- Record your BrokerID. ME confirms a successful assessment and issues your BrokerID. From then on, you can lodge home loan applications for your clients.
- Meet your BDM. ME says your BDM contacts you to arrange an introduction. The Meet the team page lists BDMs by state and aggregator group, so you can find yours if the call doesn’t come.
Your account is ready when you hold ME’s confirmation and BrokerID and can sign in to the portal. If you have the BrokerID but can’t sign in, follow the login recovery below.
Login and File Recovery
A login problem and a missing file need different fixes. A login problem stops you reaching the portal. A missing file means you can sign in but can’t find an application you expected to see.
Recover Your Login
Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and enter your email address to request a reset. If you have no account yet, register with your invitation code instead. Without a code, ME’s registration page directs you to your BDM.
For any other sign-in fault, the portal’s sign-in page lists ME’s broker support line, 1300 728 154.
Find a Missing File
Start in ApplyOnline, because that’s where the application reaches ME. Confirm the file went to ME and not to another lender, then check whether the submission returned an error. As at October 2026, ME’s broker support contacts sheet sends ApplyOnline submission errors to your BDM or Broker Consultant.
If the submission went through, check the tracking in the portal and in ApplyOnline. When neither shows the file, call broker support on 1300 728 154 with the applicant’s name and the ApplyOnline reference.
Check the broker details on the ApplyOnline submission too. If the submission shows a colleague’s BrokerID or your old aggregator details, give those details to your BDM when asking them to locate the application. ME’s contacts sheet routes changes to your broker details through your aggregator, which notifies ME, so ask your BDM which identity holds a lodged file before you resubmit anything.
Match the Symptom to the Fault
| What you see | Likely fault | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your username or password is rejected | Credential failure | Request a reset with the email address on your account | Reset the password, or call 1300 728 154 if the reset fails |
| You have no account to sign in to | Invitation not redeemed | Find the invitation code ME sent after registration | Redeem the code, or ask your BDM for one |
| You can sign in but can’t lodge yet | Permission mismatch: accreditation unfinished | Look for ME’s assessment confirmation and BrokerID | Finish the training and assessment, then ask your BDM to check your registration |
| ApplyOnline shows no ME submission | The file never reached ME | Check the lender and any submission error in ApplyOnline | Send the error to your BDM or Broker Consultant, then resubmit |
| The submission shows another BrokerID or old aggregator details | Broker-detail mismatch | Compare the broker details on the submission with your BrokerID | Ask your BDM to confirm the identity, and ask your aggregator to update stale details |
Processing and BDM Help
As at October 2026, ME’s contacts sheet sends scenario questions to your BDM. File status questions go to tracking in the portal and ApplyOnline, or to broker support on 1300 728 154. Technical faults go to whoever can fix them: ApplyOnline submission errors to your BDM or Broker Consultant, and portal sign-in problems to broker support.

Timing and Requests for More Information
ME’s service estimates page updates every Monday by 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time and gives estimates in business days. Those estimates assume the application arrived with everything on ME’s June 2026 supporting document checklist.
When ME asks for missing or more information, it picks up your response within 2 business days of its return. ME’s verification or credit team calls you about the request on the contact details in your ApplyOnline application.
Before You Call Your BDM
Have the applicant’s name, the ApplyOnline reference and one specific question ready before you call. For a scenario question, describe the income type, loan purpose and security so the BDM can answer against ME’s policy.
If the answer means the file won’t fit ME, Bulma’s Scenario Planner checks the same scenario against 52+ lenders and lists each lender’s conditions and documents. The broker portal directory then gives you the login route for the lender you choose.
