MyState Broker Portal: Access and BDM Support
Locked out or unable to see a MyState file? Use the broker portal path for activation, account recovery, missing applications or BDM help.

The MyState broker portal is the bank’s mortgage broker website, with a link to ApplyOnline for loan lodgement. For access problems or a missing application, contact MyState Broker Support on 1300 888 306 or at brokersupport@mystate.com.au.
Start by separating an account problem from a file problem. If you can’t sign in, ask for account assistance. If you can sign in but one application is missing, collect its submission reference before requesting a file investigation.
Official MyState Broker Portal
Use MyState’s bank-owned broker website to reach the service you need. As at October 2026, its homepage links to ApplyOnline for lodgement and a separate MSA National settlement portal. Its resources page also has ApplyOnline support guides and broker communications dated in 2026.
If you’re looking for Auswide broker access, use the broker website linked from Auswide’s official website. As at October 2026, Auswide identifies itself as a division of MyState Bank Limited. That shared bank identity doesn’t establish that an Auswide file will appear under your MyState access.
Use the symptom to choose the next action before requesting help.
| Symptom | Check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in fails or the account says it is disabled | Record the service’s address, your user identifier and the exact error | Request account recovery and identify the affected service |
| You can sign in but can’t find one file | Compare the broker code and submitting team with the submission acknowledgement | Request a file investigation using the existing application reference |
| The file appears but its progress hasn’t changed | Record the last update and when you supplied outstanding information | Ask which stage the bank has reached and what remains |
Check the broker code against your accreditation email. If a colleague lodged the application, record their name and the team or aggregator used. Give support these details so it can investigate the correct user and file without assuming a particular visibility rule.
Accreditation and Account Activation
Arrange MyState accreditation through your aggregator before starting lender submissions. MyState’s accreditation instructions, as at October 2026, give the following sequence.
- Confirm your aggregator has an agreement with MyState.
- Complete the Broker Accreditation Form and upload photo identification. An aggregator transfer also requires a Letter of Separation from the former aggregator.
- Forward the confirmation email and form to your aggregator. It authorises section 2 and emails the form to brokeraccreditations@mystate.com.au.
- Retain MyState’s welcome email with your broker code. The confirmation and orientation emails identify your business development manager (BDM) and the resources for submitting applications.
For a pending accreditation, follow up with brokeraccreditations@mystate.com.au. Include your name, aggregator and submission date so the team can locate the request.
To activate lodgement access, use the resources in your welcome email and your aggregator’s setup assistance. Ask Broker Support to resolve a missing lender setup using your broker code. Accreditation confirmation and a working lodgement login are separate checkpoints.
For an inaccessible account, report the service you reached from the official portal, your registered work email and the error text. Ask Broker Support which team handles recovery for that service. Keep passwords and one-time codes out of the enquiry.
Confirm recovery by signing in with your own account and checking that you can begin the intended MyState workflow. If sign-in works but an existing file stays missing, continue with the file investigation below.
Missing Files and Processing Updates
Ask MyState Broker Support to locate the existing application before lodging it again. Its contact page, as at October 2026, lists 1300 888 306 and brokersupport@mystate.com.au for broker support.
Gather the following details before calling.
- Your broker code, registered work email and aggregator.
- The submitting broker and team, including any recent aggregator change.
- The ApplyOnline application identifier and the lender reference, if one has been issued.
- The submission date and time, plus the acknowledgement received.
- The last status or error, and the date any requested information was supplied.
- The finance or settlement deadline and the action you need from the bank.
The ApplyOnline lodgement guide linked by MyState distinguishes the ApplyOnline identifier from the lender identifier. It says the lender identifier is populated after the application is submitted and received. An application saved as a draft is a different checkpoint from lender receipt.
Start an access enquiry with these operational details and a redacted screenshot if useful. Supply borrower details only through the channel support directs you to use. Don’t attach identity documents or the client’s full financial file simply to explain a login error.
A Time-Critical File Example
In this hypothetical example, a finance condition expires tomorrow and you can sign in, but you can’t find a submitted MyState application.
- Find the submission acknowledgement and both application references available to you. Note the submitting broker code and team.
- Call Broker Support and explain the deadline. Ask it to confirm receipt and investigate why you can’t locate the file.
- Record the enquiry reference if supplied, the person handling it and the agreed next action. Set a follow-up time agreed during the call.
- Send only the additional evidence requested through the nominated channel. Retain the receipt and follow up the existing enquiry if the action remains open.
Tell the client what the bank has confirmed and what remains unresolved. A request for urgent attention doesn’t establish that the finance condition will be met. If the deadline is at risk, raise it with the client and their conveyancer or solicitor promptly.
Close the investigation only when support confirms the file’s location and processing stage, and you can access the record or have the next action in writing.
BDM and Relationship Support
Send scenario and relationship questions to your assigned MyState BDM. As at October 2026, MyState’s contact directory lists regional BDMs and broker relationships and sales support at salessupport@mystate.com.au.
Use the BDM named in your accreditation email, or the directory’s regional team. Give a concise scenario summary with the policy question you need answered. For an existing application, include its reference and distinguish a policy question from a request to investigate processing.
If you need help identifying your current BDM after changing teams or aggregators, send that relationship enquiry to sales support. Keep the existing Broker Support enquiry reference with any related file discussion so each contact can identify the same issue.
For another lender’s access route, use the lender broker portal directory.
