For ORDE broker portal access, start at ORDE Financial’s broker page for accreditation, resources and application support. As at October 2026, ORDE accepts applications through ApplyOnline and manual lodgement. Your business development manager (BDM) or Relationship Manager (RM) guides the submission process for your file.
ORDE Broker Access and Accreditation
New brokers can apply through ORDE’s accreditation page, while accredited brokers can go straight to resources or their existing team. As at October 2026, ORDE states that one accreditation covers its entire product range.
To become accredited, follow this sequence.
- Open the accreditation page and follow its application link. Have your contact and business details, aggregator name and relevant registration or membership numbers ready.
- Complete the online form. ORDE lists Australian credit licence (ACL), Australian credit representative (ACR), industry association and Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) membership numbers among the information needed.
- Respond to any further information request from ORDE’s review team. Approval produces a welcome email with your ORDE Broker Code and dedicated BDM’s contact details.
- Keep that email with your accreditation records. Use the BDM contact for onboarding and support with your first deal.
If you’re already accredited, use Broker Resources for application documents and the full submission pack. The resource page also groups calculators, customer identification material and valuation requests. Use the relevant category for the task you’re completing, instead of starting a new accreditation application.
ApplyOnline or Manual Lodgement
ORDE accepts both ApplyOnline and manual submissions as at October 2026, according to its broker application guidance. It directs brokers to their dedicated BDM or RM for the applicable process.
Prepare the submission in this order.
- Contact your BDM or RM with your Broker Code and the type of application you’re lodging. Establish whether the file will go through ApplyOnline or manual lodgement.
- Use the application documents and submission pack from Broker Resources. Follow the instructions your ORDE contact gives for that route, including where to send the completed pack.
- After sending it, retain the submission acknowledgement or ask the receiving team to confirm receipt. Record the application reference when assigned and any outstanding documents.
Treat a saved application as unfinished until you have evidence that it has reached ORDE. If the submission fails or receipt is unclear, give your RM the lodgement time and error message. Ask them to identify the next action before sending the same application again.
Choose the ORDE Support Team
Choose your ORDE contact by the question and the application’s stage. As at October 2026, ORDE’s broker page describes the following responsibilities, and its One Lending Team directory provides contact details.
| What You Need | Start With | What to Include |
|---|---|---|
| Discuss a scenario before lodging | Your BDM | The client’s circumstances and the question that needs an answer |
| Package or submit a file, or follow up its progress | Your RM | The application reference and any missing documents or unclear next step |
| Resolve a credit question on a live application | The credit team or assigned assessor | The assessment question and supporting evidence |
| Coordinate the file after approval | The settlements team | The approval conditions, remaining action and intended settlement date |
For a progress enquiry, ask the RM to confirm which team currently has the file. Keep a short record of the team accepting the enquiry, application reference, current stage, missing action and next review point. This gives your next follow-up a specific owner and question.
For example, if a submitted application needs another income document, record who requested it and where they require it sent. After providing it, ask for confirmation that the outstanding request has been satisfied. A document sent and a condition cleared are separate events.
My ORDE is Customer Servicing
My ORDE is ORDE’s customer loan-management service as at October 2026. Its Manage My Loan page describes borrower access to balances, statements and payments.
If you reach My ORDE while trying to lodge a broker application, return to ORDE’s broker page. Use the accreditation, resource or team route for your task. Keep customer servicing access separate from the ApplyOnline or manual submission process your BDM or RM supplies.
For another lender’s destination, use the Australian broker portal directory. For an ORDE application, finish by recording receipt, the responsible team and the next action on the file.
