Pepper Money Broker Portal: Login and File Support

Find the Pepper Money broker portal, recover access and separate mortgage origination, application support and customer self-service routes.

To reach the Pepper Money broker portal for Australian home loans, start at Pepper’s broker website and choose Residential Broker Portal Login. Use its separate Apply Online link to lodge a mortgage application. Personal-loan origination and customer self-service have different destinations.

Official Pepper Money Broker Portal

Start on Pepper’s Australian broker website and choose the link for your mortgage task. As at October 2026, Pepper lists these destinations.

TaskOfficial destinationWhat it is for
Residential Broker Portal Loginappflow.pepper.com.auResidential broker tools, including App Tracker and Product Selector
Apply Onlinepepperbroker.applyonline.com.auMortgage application lodgement
Personal Loan Broker Portalbrokersupport.pepper.com.auPersonal-loan broker applications, with a public screen labelled Pepper Money Personal Loans
Customer LoginPepper Money’s customer login page, linking to my.peppermoney.com.auBorrower account servicing after settlement

Follow the links from Pepper’s broker website rather than choosing a search advert or relying on a saved login title. Check the full hostname in the address bar before entering credentials, application references or borrower information. A Pepper logo alone doesn’t confirm the destination.

Appflow also hosts Pepper’s asset-finance Solana login. The product link you follow matters even when two tools share a hostname. If an unexpected destination appears, contact Pepper through its published broker contact page before supplying information.

Pepper’s Broker Portal guide, dated 28 May 2026, describes App Tracker’s application updates, credit messaging, secure document management and conditions tracking. Those functions help you follow a lodged home-loan file.

The Pepper account servicing takes borrowers to account-servicing options and isn’t the starting point for broker origination.

For other lenders’ official destinations, use the broker portal directory.

Accreditation and Login Recovery

Recover Pepper broker access by checking accreditation first, then registration and email identity, followed by password and file permissions. Pepper’s accreditation page says, as at October 2026, that applicants must operate under an approved Pepper aggregator.

  1. Confirm your accreditation. If you’re new to Pepper, complete its public accreditation profile. If aggregator approval is uncertain, contact accreditations@pepper.com.au. Submitting the form starts the process. Wait for Pepper to confirm accreditation.
  2. Register for the residential portal. Pepper’s portal registration page, dated 28 May 2026, has a public profile form. It asks for your name, email and phone number, with a Broker ID field. You can complete this request without an authenticated session.
  3. Check the confirmation and email identity. The registration page identifies docsnoreply@pepper.com.au as the Australian login-confirmation sender. Check junk mail and compare the email used for registration with the account you’re trying to access. Pepper requires a mobile number for multi-factor authentication. If the email or mobile has changed, request an identity update through support.
  4. Request password help for the correct system. Pepper’s broker contact list assigns general support and password resets to salesupport@pepper.com.au. Name the residential portal or ApplyOnline in your request. A personal-loan reset belongs to that product’s login, so don’t use it to recover a mortgage workspace.
  5. Check file access after sign-in. If your account opens but a file is missing, compare the application reference and submitting broker identity with your lodgement record. Ask support to confirm the permissions for your own account before treating the file as lost. Use your authorised account, including when someone else prepared the application.

For an access request, provide your business contact details, aggregator, broker identifier and the affected portal hostname. Add the time of the error and a redacted screenshot. Include an application reference only when the request concerns that file.

Keep passwords, reset links, authentication codes and unredacted borrower records out of ordinary email. Ask Pepper for its secure document route if support needs borrower evidence. Access is recovered when you can sign in under your own identity and open the correct authorised file or tool.

Application and Document Problems

Separate a missing Pepper application from a document problem, a processing delay or a credit decision before contacting support. As at October 2026, Pepper’s broker contact list publishes the routes below.

ProblemCheck firstPublished support route
Application missingCompare the product channel, reference and broker identity with the lodgement recordbrokerassist@pepper.com.au for home-loan application enquiries; salesupport@pepper.com.au for account access or permissions
Upload fails or a document remains outstandingRecord the error, document name and time; check whether the requested item reached the correct applicationApp Tracker’s secure document and credit-messaging functions; brokerassist@pepper.com.au for application follow-up
Processing queryIdentify the last completed stage, outstanding condition and date evidence was suppliedApp Tracker for the current file; brokerassist@pepper.com.au for updates or escalations
Credit decision or policy concernRead the decision or condition and identify the fact needing assessmentYour business development manager (BDM) or scenarios@pepper.com.au for workshopping; application enquiries for an issued file decision

Pepper also publishes broker phone support on 1800 737 737, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Sydney/Melbourne time. An upload or message does not clear a credit condition by itself. Retain Pepper’s confirmation that the evidence has been received and the condition cleared.

Pepper’s service-level and escalation page dates its current service levels to 1 October 2026. It lists three business days for new home and construction deals and one business day for new documents. These are different queues, so record which action you’re waiting for.

Use the escalation form linked from that official page when the request fits its criteria. The page lists conditional approval already issued, valuation on file and all outstanding conditions on file. Its urgency criteria mention settlement less than ten days away, or cooling-off or finance due within the current service level for final approval only.

Requests outside the published criteria go to your BDM.

Record an Urgent File Before Escalating

Consider this fictional residential purchase: conditional approval is issued, settlement is six days away and a supplied income document still needs review. The valuation and every outstanding condition are on file. These assumed facts let the broker assess the request against Pepper’s published criteria without treating urgency as an approval.

Record the following before escalating.

  • Product channel: Australian residential mortgage.
  • Application reference: fictional PM-HL-2468.
  • Deadline: settlement on 9 October 2026, with the time zone recorded.
  • Missing action: Pepper’s review and clearance of the supplied income document.
  • Earlier contact: document supplied on 1 October, followed up through App Tracker on 2 October, with the response retained.
  • Next owner: the broker follows up until Pepper confirms who will review the condition and when the next update is due.

Submit the eligible request through Pepper’s linked escalation form. Record the acknowledgement and confirmed next owner in the file. If Pepper assigns another contact, carry the existing reference and history forward instead of opening duplicate applications.

Specialist Scenario Support

Prepare a factual Pepper scenario summary that lets its team assess the question about income, credit or security. As at October 2026, Pepper’s residential scenario page has a public submission form and scenarios@pepper.com.au. It directs urgent scenarios to your BDM.

Include the facts that change the assessment.

  • Income: employment type, income amounts and evidence available. For self-employed clients, include trading history and explain any gap between current earnings and filed accounts.
  • Credit history: describe each adverse event and record its date, amount and current status. Add the client’s explanation.
  • Security: property location, type, ownership and any known valuation or title concern.
  • Deposit: amount, source and funds available for purchase costs. State the proposed loan amount and property value.
  • Loan purpose: state whether the client is purchasing or refinancing. Explain any debt consolidation and the intended use of funds released.
  • Conduct: recent repayment history, arrears and evidence that shows what changed after a past difficulty.

Ask a focused question, such as which income evidence Pepper requires for the stated employment type. Complexity alone doesn’t establish eligibility. Pepper’s scenario page states that an indicative Product Selector offer isn’t formal approval and mustn’t be used as a basis for financial commitments.

Pepper also requires written customer consent before the broker uses Product Selector as an Access Seeker.

Keep the dated Pepper response with the exact scenario facts, the person or team responding and every condition they attach. Before using it in a recommendation or submission, compare that response with current Pepper policy and the client’s latest evidence. A changed income figure, security or credit event can change the answer.

Use the Pepper lender-policy guide for the lending rules behind the question. The scenario is ready to progress when its facts match the evidence, the policy question has a recorded answer and any case-specific exception has Pepper’s written confirmation.
