For Qudos Bank broker portal access, start at the bank’s official broker home page. Its current lending route depends on whether your client is new to Qudos Bank or an existing customer. Since 1 June 2026, new lending customers go through Bank Australia, while existing Qudos Bank customers continue through Qudos Bank.
Qudos Bank Broker Destination
The Qudos Bank broker home page is the first-party destination for broker resources and the bank’s lending-channel notice, current on 3 October 2026. It links to credit policy, the serviceability calculator and an application checklist. Use its Support page for the broker team’s contact directory.
To reach the correct destination:
- Open the official broker home page linked above. Check that the address bar shows
www.qudosbank.com.au, with/broker-portal/homeafter the domain. - Identify whether your client is an existing Qudos Bank customer. For a new lending customer, follow the page’s Bank Australia accreditation link and use Bank Australia as the lender in your lodgement system.
- For an existing customer, continue with the Qudos Bank application or loan-change process. Keep the existing file reference when following up.
- Confirm that the lender selected in your lodgement system matches the customer’s route before submitting.
Qudos Bank member online banking is a separate customer service. A customer’s banking login does not establish your broker accreditation or application access. If a bookmark opens a customer login, return to the broker home page to find the broker resources.
For other lenders, use the broker portal directory.
Accreditation and Access Recovery
New-customer lending requires Bank Australia accreditation under Qudos Bank’s notice current on 3 October 2026. Qudos Bank’s broker page directs brokers to Bank Australia’s broker partners page to apply.
Bank Australia’s published process, current on 3 October 2026, starts with registering your interest through its accreditation section. The bank sends an accreditation quiz link. After passing, complete its application form and send it with your identification to your aggregator.
The page lists the aggregators through which brokers can apply.
Treat accreditation and a sign-in problem as separate issues. If you are waiting for activation, give the broker team your registered business email and the date you completed onboarding. Ask which step remains outstanding and which account or platform needs activation.
For password errors, first identify the system displaying the error. Use the recovery control belonging to that confirmed broker or lodgement system. A Qudos Bank customer banking password reset is for the customer’s banking access.
If your profile is inactive or you can sign in but cannot access the relevant lender, contact the broker team through Qudos Bank’s Support page. Describe the affected system and request help with the broker profile or permissions. Send the error text and time it occurred, with any screenshot cropped to remove client information.
Access is restored when your own authorised account can reach the correct lender and the file or task you need. Keep account credentials private when asking for help.
Application and Relationship Help
For Qudos Bank application updates, email brokers@qudosbank.com.au, as listed on its Support page on 3 October 2026. That page directs escalations and scenario questions to your state-based Business Development Manager (BDM).
Qudos Bank instructs brokers to upload applications and requested additional documents through ApplyOnline. It also issues status updates through ApplyOnline backchannel messaging. For a missing document, compare the assessor’s request with the file’s uploaded documents before asking for a progress update.
If a file is missing from your view, explain whether you cannot find the application or cannot see a document within it. For an upload error, record the failed action and error message. Ask the broker team to identify the correct technical support owner if the issue involves the lodgement platform.
Prepare a short enquiry that the team can route without receiving a full client file:
- Your name, brokerage and aggregator.
- Your registered broker email and broker identifier, if issued.
- The application or support reference and the last action’s date.
- The exact problem, the action needed and any settlement or finance deadline.
Use an existing reference without putting identity documents, bank statements or passwords into the initial email. Upload requested application documents through the bank’s specified channel. For a deadline escalation, state what must happen next and the date it is needed, then contact the state BDM through the Support directory.
