RESI Broker Portal: Login and Broker Support

Use RESI's official broker login, recover access, and choose pre-submission, credit, settlement or post-settlement support without confusing Resimac.

Updated

To use the RESI broker portal, open RESI’s official broker login and sign in with your RESI username and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the recovery link on that page. RESI file enquiries need the contact for the loan’s stage and product range.

RESI uses resi.com.au. Resimac uses resimac.com.au, so choose the destination from the provider named on your accreditation or file correspondence.

Verify RESI Before You Sign in

RESI’s broker-login page identifies the business as Resi Mortgage Corporation Pty Ltd, with Australian credit licence 390669, as at October 2026. The page has RESI Home Loans branding and a username and password form.

Follow these steps before entering your credentials.

  1. Open the official RESI broker-login link above. Expect the address to use resi.com.au and the page to say “Welcome Brokers”.
  2. Match the provider to your RESI accreditation email or loan correspondence. If the file names Resimac, use the Resimac broker portal guide for that destination.
  3. Enter your own RESI credentials on the RESI page. After sign-in, confirm that the account identifies you before opening a client file.

A similar name does not establish shared login credentials. Keep RESI and Resimac bookmarks separately labelled so a saved password belongs to the correct provider. For other lenders, use the Australian broker portal directory.

Recover RESI Broker Access

Use “Forgot your password?” on the RESI login page when you have an existing account but cannot remember its password. As at October 2026, the RESI password-recovery page accepts your username or email address and sends reset instructions by email.

  1. Enter the username or email address registered to your RESI account.
  2. Look for the reset message in that inbox, including its junk folder. Follow the message’s reset instructions.
  3. Return to the official broker-login page and sign in with the replacement password. Recovery is complete when you can open your own broker account.

If the email does not arrive, or you no longer control the registered inbox, contact RESI through its official contact page. That page lists 1800 754 758 as at October 2026. Explain that the issue concerns broker access so the enquiry reaches the appropriate team.

A password reset does not create accreditation or grant access to another broker’s files. RESI’s accreditation page says your aggregator coordinates accreditation, then RESI finalises it and emails your login details. If you have never received credentials, ask your aggregator to follow up the accreditation application through RESI’s accreditation route.

For a support enquiry, prepare your full name, brokerage and aggregator. Add your registered email address, username or broker identifier if known, plus the time and exact wording of the error. Describe whether you cannot sign in or can sign in but cannot access the required file.

Keep passwords and one-time codes out of the enquiry. Redact customer details from screenshots, and provide a file reference only when support needs it to investigate file access.

Choose Support by Loan Stage

Route a RESI enquiry by its stage, then check the product range on the file. RESI’s 16 April 2025 broker contact sheet publishes the following general menu.

Use an assigned contact in your current file correspondence when that team already owns the enquiry. On a call, follow the menu announced by the service. RESI’s current contact page also provides the general enquiry route above.

Before a handoff, give the receiving team the application or account reference and product range. Name the current file owner, the outstanding item and the required action. Include the deadline with its date and time, such as a settlement booking or an expiring approval condition.

For example, a hypothetical settlement enquiry can state that the signed documents were returned yesterday, identify the remaining insurance requirement and give Friday’s booking time. Ask who owns the outstanding requirement and what must happen before the booking can proceed. Send further documents through the channel that team specifies.

Record a RESI Escalation

Keep one enquiry record with the team contacted, its reference and the agreed next action. Record the contact time and the promised follow-up time so the next broker can continue the same enquiry.

Your record needs enough detail to resume the file without repeating the investigation.

  • Record the staff member or team and the channel used.
  • Keep the enquiry reference alongside the application or account reference.
  • Note what the team agreed to do and who owns that action.
  • Set the next follow-up date and time, including any settlement deadline.
  • Retain the response and the outcome of each follow-up in the same record.

If the agreed time passes, follow up with the existing reference and explain what remains outstanding. Where the delay threatens settlement, state the booking time and ask the responsible team to confirm the next action and its owner.

A support update establishes the progress of an enquiry. A policy answer concerns the lending rule, and a credit decision concerns assessment of the application. Direct pre-submission policy questions to the sales route and assessment questions to the credit team responsible for the product.

Treat a file as resolved when the responsible team confirms the required action is complete and you can see the expected result. That result might be restored account access, confirmation that a document was received or a written response to the outstanding assessment question.

Check the policy behind your next scenario

Ask Bulma a lender policy question and inspect the source behind the answer.
