RESIMAC Broker Portal: Access and Loan Support
Reach RESIMAC's official broker workspace and current onboarding, account, BDM and specialist-loan application support.

For RESIMAC broker access, use BrokerZone for public resources and RESIMAC’s official website for the broker dashboard link. If access fails, Sales Support can take your enquiry without a portal login. Keep an account problem separate from a question about the loan’s assessment.
Official RESIMAC Broker Portal
RESIMAC’s homepage links to both the public BrokerZone and a separate dashboard for RESIMAC brokers, as at October 2026. These destinations have different jobs.
BrokerZone contains product information, forms, calculators and support contacts. RESIMAC’s Log in menu links “Dashboard for Resimac brokers” to the dashboard.resimacplatinum.com.au address. Its RESIMAC Platinum page also links to that broker login and explains the rebrand to RESIMAC.
Use this route to reach the workspace.
- Open RESIMAC’s official homepage.
- Choose Log in, then the dashboard for RESIMAC brokers.
- Use the broker account issued to you. If the destination won’t load, contact Sales Support using the details below.
- After signing in, confirm you’re using your own broker account before working on a file.
CustomerZone is the home-loan customer destination. The asset-finance broker portal is a separate entry in the same menu.
For a file identified as RESI, use the RESI broker access guide to find its own route. The broker portal directory helps you find other lender destinations.
Onboarding and Account Recovery
RESIMAC has a broker accreditation process, and account recovery starts with identifying the broker account that needs help. Its privacy policy, last updated in May 2026, describes collecting information to assess and manage broker accreditation applications.
For new onboarding, contact the Relationship Management Team through BrokerZone’s contact page. Ask for the accreditation steps and the account setup that applies to your brokerage. Prepare your business email, brokerage name, aggregator details and any existing accreditation reference.
Use the same public contact route when an invitation hasn’t arrived or an old account needs reactivation. Give the team the date you expected access and whether your brokerage or email has changed. Ask it to identify the person responsible for completing your setup.
For a forgotten password, use the recovery option on the official sign-in page if one is displayed. If recovery fails, ask Sales Support to route the account problem. Never send your password or a sign-in code with the enquiry.
A successful sign-in with a missing file needs a different enquiry from a failed sign-in. Tell support which account you’re using and supply the application reference. Ask it to check the file’s association with your broker account and your permission to view it.
Loan File and BDM Support
Route a RESIMAC enquiry by the action you need, using its BrokerZone support contacts, as at October 2026. A business development manager (BDM) helps with the lender relationship and scenario discussion.
| Your enquiry | Published RESIMAC route |
|---|---|
| Scenario question before lodging | scenarios@resimac.com.au or 1300 133 644 |
| Onboarding or relationship support | relationship.manager@resimac.com.au or 1300 133 644 |
| Application status or general enquiry | sales.support@resimac.com.au or 1300 787 898 |
| Supporting documents for a new application | newapplications@resimac.com.au |
| Missing information or outstanding conditions | assessments@resimac.com.au |
| Prime or Specialist settlement enquiry | settlements@resimac.com.au |
For a technical problem, start with Sales Support and request the appropriate technical contact. Describe whether the page fails to load, rejects your login or opens without the expected file. You can also use the public Contact your BDM form without signing in.
Prepare the following details before contacting support.
- Your name, brokerage and business contact details.
- The application reference, or a note that the scenario hasn’t been lodged.
- The loan stage and the last request received from RESIMAC.
- The missing document or action, plus when you supplied any response.
- The actual deadline, such as a finance date or settlement date.
- For a technical fault, the page address, error text and time it occurred. Remove client information from screenshots that isn’t needed to diagnose the fault.
For a scenario enquiry, describe the facts that affect your policy question without sending a full client file through a general contact form. Ask the receiving team for the appropriate document channel before providing sensitive evidence. A status update or scenario discussion doesn’t approve the loan.
Record the Escalation Outcome
Record who accepts the RESIMAC enquiry and what must happen next, so you can follow up the unresolved action with the same context. Keep the support record separate from the lender’s credit decision.
Use these steps to close or follow up the enquiry.
- Record the team and staff member who accepts it. Keep any case or application reference supplied.
- Write the action still outstanding and name its owner. Distinguish a document you must supply from a system fix or assessment action assigned to RESIMAC.
- Record the agreed follow-up date or checkpoint. If none is given, ask when you can follow up and which contact to use.
- Check the result against the original problem. For access, confirm your account opens and the relevant file is visible. For a condition, retain RESIMAC’s written response to the evidence supplied.
For a policy answer, compare the response with the relevant product document and its effective date. As at October 2026, BrokerZone has forms and brochures and RESIMAC policy updates. Use the document for the actual product under discussion.
If the response describes an exception, retain the exact circumstances and who must decide it. Tell your client what remains open until RESIMAC issues its assessment outcome. Follow up with the recorded reference when the agreed checkpoint arrives.
