ubank Broker Portal: Activation and File Support

Can't see a ubank loan file after signing in? Check broker activation and legacy links, recover the account and route technical or BDM support.

Updated

To reach the ubank broker portal, open ubank’s broker page and select Broker access. As at October 2026, this leads to a page asking for your broker ID. New brokers start with their aggregator’s accreditation process.

If you can sign in but can’t find a loan file, ask ubank broker support to check the application reference against your broker identity. A password problem and a missing file need different recovery steps.

ubank Broker Portal

Use the broker landing page for current ubank access, then follow its Broker access link. As at October 2026, the old broker homepage redirects to that landing page. You can bookmark the landing page so your next visit starts from the same official route.

ubank’s platform guide names its rebuilt lodgement flow Broker Flow. It describes an application that brokers can complete in any order and a revised dashboard. Follow the current access route into your broker workspace when working on a residential application.

Older Loanapp Instructions

Treat older Loanapp instructions as version-specific. For example, ubank’s older identity guide tells brokers to initiate client identity checks within Loanapp. Ask ubank support which workflow applies to your existing application before using an old guide’s steps.

ubank is part of the National Australia Bank (NAB) Group, but start a ubank enquiry through ubank’s broker channel. For a NAB application, use the separate NAB broker portal guide. The broker portal directory helps you find another lender’s access route.

Accreditation and Account Activation

As at October 2026, ubank’s accreditation instructions put the aggregator form first, online training second and the issued broker ID third. Complete that sequence before trying to lodge a ubank application.

  1. Contact your aggregator and request ubank accreditation. The aggregator completes the accreditation form and sends it to ubank. Have your broker name and work contact details ready so the aggregator can identify your record.
  2. Complete ubank’s online loan training through the onboarding instructions you receive. Keep the completion confirmation with your accreditation correspondence.
  3. Wait for ubank to issue your broker ID. Check the name and contact details in the correspondence against your own broker record.
  4. Open Broker access from the official landing page and use the issued ID. Follow any account setup or activation instructions ubank sends for your access.
  5. Confirm that you can reach the broker workspace. If entry fails, give ubank support the ID and the failed step so it can check the access setup.

If you expected an invitation or activation message and it hasn’t arrived, check the work inbox used for accreditation, including junk mail. Ask your aggregator whether it submitted the form under that address. Then ask ubank support to check your accreditation and access setup before requesting a replacement message.

Keep your issued broker ID, aggregator name and training confirmation together. They let support distinguish an unfinished onboarding step from a problem with an already established account.

Account and Missing-File Recovery

First identify whether ubank access fails before entry, blocks an action after entry or leaves a particular application unavailable. As at October 2026, ubank’s broker landing page directs enquiries to its broker support team. Use that team to diagnose the affected account or file.

What You SeeWhat to CheckNext Action
You can’t pass the access pageThe official entry route, your issued broker ID and the exact errorUse any recovery option shown on the current page, or ask support to check your account setup
A password is rejected on a later sign-in screenThe account named on that screen and the recovery instructions shown thereFollow that screen’s password recovery, then retry the same official route
You reach the workspace but an action is deniedThe action, your signed-in identity and the permission errorAsk support to confirm your authority for that action
You reach the workspace but a loan file is missingThe application reference and the broker identity used when it was created or lodgedAsk support to locate the file and check its connection to your authorised identity

For a missing file, compare the application reference in your lodgement correspondence with the one you expect to open. If a colleague created the file, include that broker’s name in the support enquiry. These details help ubank trace the application without guessing how its permissions work.

Leave the existing application in place while support checks it. Creating a second application can confuse which reference the team must investigate. A password reset addresses rejected credentials, so it isn’t the first recovery step when you already reach the workspace.

Recovery is complete when your own authorised access opens the intended application and shows the expected reference. If entry works but the file remains unavailable, continue the file enquiry with that result.

Technical and BDM Support

Send access and application enquiries to ubank broker support, and take scenario questions to your business development manager (BDM). As at October 2026, the current broker page lists brokersupport@ubank.com.au. The broker team directory also lists (02) 9058 7402 for general enquiries.

For a platform error, give broker support the page address and the exact message. Include the time it happened, your broker ID and the browser used. A redacted screenshot can show the failed step without exposing client documents or credentials.

For an application or processing issue, add the application reference and explain the last completed step. Say whether you need access restored, a file located or an application-status explanation. Ask support to route the enquiry to the team handling that file.

For accreditation questions or a scenario you need to discuss before lodgement, select your BDM from the official team directory. It groups contacts by state and identifies aggregator responsibilities where applicable. Tell the BDM your aggregator and the specific lending question so the enquiry reaches the right person.

Keep the support reply with the application record. After a fix, retry the step that failed and confirm that the intended file or action is available under your own broker access.
