The Virgin Money broker portal remains available for Australian brokers helping existing home-loan customers, including pricing requests. As at October 2026, Virgin Money says its home-loan origination platform is decommissioned and new applications are no longer accepted. Start with its Australian broker route and use broker@virginmoney.com.au for access or servicing help.
Virgin Money Australia Broker Route
Open the Virgin Money Australia broker portal for broker access. Virgin Money’s Australian home-loan discharge page links directly to that destination, hosted on Microsoft’s portal service. The host name differs from Virgin Money’s public website, so follow that official link instead of a similarly named search result.
As at October 2026, the broker portal says Virgin Money products are no longer available in ApplyOnline. Brokers retain access to the broker portal and pricing portal for existing customers’ pricing requests. Virgin Money also continues supporting existing customers with maintenance, variations and top-ups.
A missing Virgin Money product in ApplyOnline therefore has a different cause from a failed broker login. Resetting your password won’t reopen new application lodgement.
Follow these steps to reach the Australian broker channel.
- Open Virgin Money Australia’s linked broker portal. Check that the address begins with vmabroker.microsoftcrmportals.com before entering credentials.
- Select the broker sign-in route. Existing users enter their own username and password on the broker login page.
- If you have an invitation but haven’t created an account, use the invitation registration page. Enter the invitation code supplied by Virgin Money.
- After signing in, open the resource needed for the existing customer’s task. If access is denied, record the affected page and send an access enquiry to broker@virginmoney.com.au.
The customer Hub at hub.virginmoney.com.au is for managing home-loan and companion accounts. Keep customer banking credentials separate from your broker account. Virgin Money services in the United Kingdom use a different market’s processes, so start from the Australian source for Australian mortgage work.
For another Australian lender, use the broker portal directory to find its own official route.
Accreditation and Login Problems
Separate your Virgin Money accreditation record from portal activation, password recovery and access to a particular resource. As at October 2026, Virgin Money’s public portal still describes invitation-based access for accredited brokers. Its registration page, dated 31 August 2023, says invitation codes follow accreditation training.
For a new accreditation enquiry, contact Virgin Money’s business development manager (BDM) through broker@virginmoney.com.au. The portal names the local BDM as the accreditation contact. Its current closure notice means accreditation must not be treated as permission to lodge a new home-loan application.
For an existing accreditation record, the portal’s broker contact sheet lists broker.accreditations@boq.com.au for maintenance. That address is published by Virgin Money for this task. Use it for an accreditation transfer or details enquiry, with your broker identifier and the change required.
Recover Your Own Portal Access
Use the symptom to choose the recovery route.
| What you see | Check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| You haven’t received an invitation | Check the email used for your accreditation and its junk folder | Ask your BDM through broker@virginmoney.com.au to resolve the missing invitation |
| Your invitation is rejected | Check that you copied the complete code and used the Australian portal | Give broker support the error and request invitation assistance |
| You have an account but forgot the password | Open the portal’s own password recovery page | Enter your registered email address to request a reset |
| You can sign in but a resource is unavailable | Note the resource and whether the page denies access or fails to load | Ask broker support to review your account’s access |
The published password recovery form asks for an email address. After requesting a reset, check that mailbox and its junk folder. If the message doesn’t arrive or recovery fails, contact broker@virginmoney.com.au with the account email and error details.
Keep invitation activation separate from password recovery. Registration creates access from an invitation, while password recovery applies to an account you’ve already created. A colleague’s successful login doesn’t establish your own permission to view a customer’s file.
Recovery is complete when your own account signs in and opens the resource you need. If sign-in succeeds but the resource remains blocked, report that permission problem instead of repeating the password reset.
Application and BDM Support
Use Virgin Money’s broker support route for existing files, portal faults and relationship enquiries. As at October 2026, the portal directs broker questions to broker@virginmoney.com.au and confirms continued support for existing customers. You can use that email without signing in.
The portal-linked contact sheet describes the broker-channel pause from 1 September 2023 and lists separate teams for files already in progress. Use the named team for the file’s stage.
| Task | Published broker contact | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| Missing file or progress enquiry before unconditional approval | 1300 913 080, option 1, or brokerunit@virginmoney.com.au | Broker identifier, application reference and last recorded stage |
| File from unconditional approval to settlement | 1300 913 080, option 2, or brokersupport@virginmoney.com.au | Application reference, outstanding requirement and settlement date |
| Portal fault, access problem or BDM enquiry | broker@virginmoney.com.au | Your brokerage, account email and the affected task |
| Existing customer’s pricing request | Retained pricing portal, with broker@virginmoney.com.au for access help | Existing loan reference and the pricing task |
If a phone menu differs from the contact sheet, describe the file stage to the team answering. For an unrecognised reference or a failed contact route, use broker@virginmoney.com.au to have the enquiry directed.
For discharge forms, Virgin Money’s Australian discharge page separately publishes 1300 888 888 for broker support. For existing customers’ account assistance, its home-loan contact page publishes 13 81 51, option 1 then option 3. That customer route handles account help and must not be used to reset your broker portal password.
Send Enough Detail to Locate the Problem
Start an ordinary email with your name, brokerage, broker identifier and business contact details. For an application enquiry, include the reference and relevant dates only through the verified broker contact and within your authority to act. Describe the missing file or error in a sentence, with the page address and time it occurred.
Keep passwords, invitation codes and one-time security codes out of email. Remove customer information from screenshots, and send financial documents only through the secure channel the support team specifies. Customer-specific account assistance belongs in the customer’s secure account or a phone call, as Virgin Money’s home-loan contact page explains.
After support responds, confirm that your account can open the required resource or that the team has located the correct file. Record the case reference and next action in your file notes so the next follow-up starts from the same application and issue.
