VMG Broker Access: Accreditation and Support
Identify Victorian Mortgage Group, then use its verified accreditation, accredited-broker, scenario and BDM routes without assuming a portal login.

For Victorian Mortgage Group (VMG) broker access, use its official accreditation and support routes at vicgroup.com.au. Accredited brokers contact their business development manager (BDM), while applications lodge through ApplyOnline via the broker’s aggregator.
VMG’s 25 August 2026 lodgement announcement sets a transition period. Manual lodgement remains available through 1 November 2026. From 2 November 2026, all new applications must use ApplyOnline.
Identify Victorian Mortgage Group
Victorian Mortgage Group is an Australian non-bank mortgage lender that works exclusively through accredited mortgage brokers, as at October 2026. Its official website uses the domain vicgroup.com.au.
Match the full organisation name before following a VMG broker portal result. A login page for another VMG-branded business doesn’t establish access to Victorian Mortgage Group. Start from the lender’s own website or your aggregator’s established lending platform.
The broker channel is distinct from existing borrower support. VMG’s contact page directs borrowers with an existing loan to 03 8600 7900 or info@vicgroup.com.au. Brokers use the accreditation, BDM and scenario routes below.
Choose the Correct VMG Contact
Choose the route for your broker status and the question you need answered. As at October 2026, VMG’s contact page separates new brokers, accredited brokers and new scenario enquiries.
| Your task | Official route | Information to have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Become accredited | Get Accredited, then the linked broker accreditation form | Your name, brokerage, aggregator and contact details. Include any accreditation enquiry reference when following up. |
| Get help as an accredited broker | Your dedicated BDM, or Find Your BDM | Your broker status, brokerage, aggregator, the access or application problem and an existing file reference. |
| Discuss a new scenario | Test a Scenario | Broker and brokerage details, aggregator, loan purpose, security, income and the issue you need assessed. Include a previous scenario reference if one exists. |
The accreditation page links to a Microsoft Forms application. Follow that link from VMG’s page so you reach the form the lender supplies. For urgent accreditation questions, VMG publishes 03 8600 7900.
The scenario form asks for the proposed loan amount and estimated loan-to-value ratio (LVR), the loan amount divided by the property’s value. Explain the client’s circumstances in its summary field. Treat the reply as scenario guidance, with the lender’s application assessment still to follow.
Handle Access Without a Public Login
Use your aggregator’s ApplyOnline access for VMG applications. VMG’s public broker pages direct you to accreditation, resources and support, while its current lodgement instructions identify ApplyOnline as the application channel.
The 25 August 2026 announcement says VMG is already listed in ApplyOnline. Upgraded functionality starts on 28 September 2026. Manual applications lodged before 2 November continue to be processed through settlement.
If you need access or an invitation isn’t working, take these steps.
- Identify the affected account. Record your broker name, aggregator and whether VMG accreditation has been confirmed.
- Contact your aggregator’s support team about its ApplyOnline sign-in or permissions. Give the error message and the stage where access fails.
- Contact your VMG BDM for lender accreditation, activation or lodgement instructions. Use VMG’s published contact route if you don’t know your BDM.
- After access is restored, confirm you can select VMG and open the intended file under your own authorised account.
Use Broker Resources for VMG’s application forms and supporting documents, as at October 2026. A downloaded form doesn’t establish where a new application must be lodged. Follow the dated lodgement instructions for that submission.
Escalate a VMG Loan File
Send a VMG file question to your dedicated BDM with the file stage and the action you need. As at October 2026, VMG’s BDM directory describes support from the first conversation through approval and settlement.
For a new scenario, use Test a Scenario before lodging. For a submitted application or processing delay, give your BDM the application reference and the latest status. Where ApplyOnline shows a request for more information, respond against that application.
For a post-approval question, identify the condition or settlement issue in the lender’s correspondence and send it to your BDM. Once the loan has settled, VMG’s existing-loan contact route is 03 8600 7900 or info@vicgroup.com.au, as at October 2026.
Prepare one handoff that includes your accreditation status, broker and aggregator details, file reference, current stage, unresolved condition and deadline. State what you’ve already supplied and what answer you need next. Keep credit judgement with VMG’s credit team.
For example, a hypothetical follow-up could say, “I’m an accredited broker. For application 12345, does the requested income document clear the outstanding condition? The document was supplied on 1 October. Settlement is due on 9 October. Please confirm the next action and who owns it.”
Keep the reply with the file and check that it identifies the next action, its owner and the outstanding condition’s status. Use the Australian broker portal directory when you need the access route for another lender.
