FMS Broker Portal: Settlement Access and Support

Use the FMS broker portal workspace and current recovery route when mortgage fulfilment or settlement access fails.

To access the FMS broker portal, use the Applications link in your lender’s settlement instructions and sign in with your registered provider account. For a password problem, use the sign-in page’s recovery option. First Title’s mortgage fulfilment team handles access and settlement enquiries on 1300 360 757.

First Mortgage Services (FMS) manages mortgage documentation and settlement work for lenders. Keep the lender’s credit application separate from the FMS settlement matter, because each has its own reference and support team. Find other lender access routes in the broker portal directory.

FMS Role in Mortgage Fulfilment

First Mortgage Services Australia Pty Ltd provides Australian mortgage fulfilment under the First Title trading name. First Title’s website identifies that entity as the provider, as at October 2026. Its privacy policy dated 22 April 2026 describes documentation preparation, settlement and mortgage discharge services for lenders.

The originating lender remains responsible for the credit decision. An FMS matter records the fulfilment work the lender has instructed, so access to that matter doesn’t establish that every lending condition is cleared.

Read the lender’s instruction or provider correspondence for the named fulfilment provider, matter reference and access link. Match those details with the client and property before you act. If the lender hasn’t issued a fulfilment instruction, ask its application support team about that handoff.

Use the legal entity named on the specific instruction when dealing with a solicitor or conveyancer. If correspondence names First Legal, keep that name against its legal task and matter reference. Route a question about that instruction to the named representative, or use First Title’s mortgage fulfilment team to identify the responsible contact.

First Title’s current mortgage fulfilment page describes integration with Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) for electronic settlements, as at October 2026. Your solicitor or conveyancer must use the participant named for your particular settlement workspace. A portal login doesn’t identify that participant for every transaction.

Settlement Access and Account Recovery

Use your registered FMS account for settlement access, following the link supplied for the file. A lender instruction identifies the matter, while your account determines access to it. If you haven’t received account details, ask First Title’s mortgage fulfilment team to arrange the access needed for that instruction.

The FMS Applications entry redirects to apps.firstms.com and then login.firstms.com, as at October 2026. The provider’s sign-in page has a password recovery option labelled “Forgot / Change password?”. Start there instead of using an old saved reset link.

  1. Open the Applications link in the lender’s current instructions. The lender-distributed FMS login guide also names applications.firstms.com as the entry.
  2. Sign in with the email address registered to your provider account. Use the recovery option on that sign-in page if you need to change the password.
  3. If access still fails, email docuPREPSupport@firsttitle.com.au. Give your registered email address, the entry URL and the error text, plus when it occurred.
  4. After recovery, open the intended matter and match its reference to the lender instruction. If you can sign in but can’t find the file, follow the missing-record steps below.

First Title’s contact page, as at October 2026, directs technical support to docuPREPSupport@firsttitle.com.au. It directs operational and loan-status enquiries to contactcentre@firsttitle.com.au, with mortgage fulfilment phone support on 1300 360 757.

Keep passwords and verification codes out of support emails. Crop screenshots to the error and remove other clients’ details.

Settlement Progress and Missing Records

For an FMS application search, use the FMS matter reference for fulfilment progress and the originating lender’s application reference for credit assessment. A missing settlement matter and a pending lender decision require different follow-ups.

Keep these details ready for the team investigating a record.

  • The originating lender and its application reference.
  • The FMS matter reference, if already issued.
  • The property address and agreed settlement date.
  • Your registered broker email and brokerage name.
  • The date of the lender’s instruction and the latest provider correspondence.
  • The exact missing item or error, with the time it appeared.

Send only the information needed to identify the matter through the verified support channel. Attach identity documents or full financial records only when the responsible team requests them through its document process.

If you can log in but the matter is missing, compare the lender instruction with your registered email and the references you hold. Ask the lender’s application team whether it sent the instruction. Where the instruction has been sent, ask First Title’s operational team to locate the matter and resolve its visibility under your account.

For lender-owned enquiries, use the AMP broker support guide or Suncorp application support guide when that lender originated the loan.

First Title’s contact page lists an Adelaide office at Level 14, 115 Grenfell Street, as at October 2026. Use the national mortgage fulfilment contact for an Adelaide file unless your instruction names a specific local contact.

Recovery is complete when you can access the correct matter and identify its outstanding fulfilment task. For a status enquiry, record the responsible team, the reference it used and the next required action. A successful login alone doesn’t confirm settlement is ready.

Older FMS Platform Names

MyPortView remains a current First Title portal name, while docuPREP appears in older FMS access instructions. Keep each name tied to the service and instructions it describes.

As at October 2026, First Title’s broker page describes MyPortView as a portal for individual lender users and mortgage brokers. It brings those users together with First Title operators. MyPortView, sometimes written as myportview in searches, belongs to this mortgage fulfilment service.

Treat docuPREP as a historical platform name when reading older guides. The retained FMS login guide distributed by AFG Home Loans names both docuPREP and MyPortView under the Applications entry. First Title still uses docuPREPSupport@firsttitle.com.au for technical enquiries, as at October 2026.

The mailbox name doesn’t determine which application your current matter uses.

Follow the access link on the current lender instruction. If an old bookmark fails, return to the Applications entry and use its recovery option. For a file still inaccessible after sign-in, give First Title’s operational team the lender instruction and matter reference so it can resolve that file’s access.
