Heritage Bank Broker Portal: Access and Broker Support
Find Heritage Bank broker access for existing applications, settlement and servicing, with the current route for new business after broker intake closed.

The Heritage Bank broker portal uses your individual Heritage login for broker resources. Heritage stopped accepting new broker loan applications on 1 September 2025, but retains support for existing files and existing-customer top-ups. For new business, start at People First Bank’s broker page.
Choose the route by the brand and stage of your client’s application. The move to People First Bank doesn’t mean you can use Heritage credentials in its portal.
Current Heritage Bank Broker Route
Heritage’s transition notice separates new business from retained Heritage work. As at October 2026, Heritage continues processing applications already in its pipeline and supporting settlement and post-settlement servicing. Existing Heritage customers with current lending can still apply for top-ups through their broker.
An existing customer’s top-up is different from a new Heritage broker application. Keep the current loan details with that request and use Heritage’s support route for the file.
For a new client application, use People First Bank’s broker page. As at October 2026, that page directs brokers already accredited with People First Bank to its secure broker portal. If you need accreditation or account help for that route, contact the People First Bank broker team through the page.
Access and Accreditation Checks
Use your own account on the Heritage login page, where the username is your email address. As at October 2026, Heritage’s registration page is for already-accredited brokers who haven’t created an individual account. Heritage’s transition notice says it no longer accepts new accreditations.
Work through the access problem in this order.
- Confirm the destination. Open the Heritage login for retained Heritage work. Use the People First Bank broker page for access to its separate route.
- Identify the account problem. An already-accredited Heritage broker without an individual login can use Create Account on the official login page. Creating an account doesn’t grant lender accreditation.
- Recover a forgotten password. Follow Recover Password on the Heritage login page. The reset form asks for your email address and date of birth.
- Escalate the remaining fault. For a forgotten username, contact Heritage Broker Operations, as the login page directs. Ask that team to check your accreditation or account permissions when a valid login doesn’t give the expected access.
Heritage’s Broker Operations team handles broker website and accreditation questions. For website help, the public contact is brokerenquiries@heritage.com.au, or call 1800 627 499 and choose option 5. A password reset can’t resolve an accreditation issue.
Prepare your name, broker number, aggregator and registered email for support. Add the affected page address, exact error text and the time it occurred. Keep passwords, security codes and borrower documents out of the access-fault report.
Enter the date of birth required for password recovery only in the official reset form. After recovery, verify that your own account opens the resource you need. If access still fails, give Broker Operations the result of that check.
File Help and Brand Boundaries
Contact Heritage’s published broker support channels for an existing Heritage file’s progress or a missing application. As at October 2026, the Broker Service Line is 1800 627 499, available from 8:30 am to 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. Choose the option for the file’s stage.
| Your enquiry | Published Heritage route |
|---|---|
| Application assessment progress | Broker Service Line, option 1, or assessment@heritage.com.au |
| Approved loan awaiting documentation | Broker Service Line, option 2 |
| Returned mortgage documents | Option 3 or credit.documentation@heritage.com.au |
| Settlement booking | Option 4 or credit.settlements@heritage.com.au |
| Post-settlement home loan enquiry | Contact Centre on 13 14 22, then option 2, option 2 and option 1 |
| Broker relationship or scenario question | Team Contact Details on Heritage’s contact page |
Have the application reference and last confirmed stage ready. If a file is missing, ask support to confirm who holds it and which account or lodgement route can access it. Don’t submit a duplicate application to resolve a visibility problem.
For supporting-document help on a Heritage ApplyOnline file, use Heritage’s ApplyOnline guides. Send borrower documents only through the authorised channel for that file. Heritage’s public contact page remains the fallback when you can’t access the broker site.
For People’s Choice-specific account or file questions, use the separate People’s Choice broker access guide. For another lender, use the broker portal directory.
Verify a Cross-Brand Handoff
Record the brand on the application before following a referral to another team or portal. A merger announcement doesn’t establish shared credentials, shared file visibility or one support team for every brand.
As at October 2026, the People First Bank login page requires People First Bank accreditation. It directs forgotten-login enquiries to accreditations@peopleschoice.com.au or the broker’s business development manager. That published contact is specific to People First Bank’s login route.
For a referral involving Heritage and People’s Choice, require a current official instruction before treating a workspace, account or support channel as shared. Complete the handoff in this order.
- Copy the brand and application reference from the submission or latest lender correspondence into your file note.
- Record the referring team and its instruction. Include the official destination it gives you and whether the referral concerns account access or the application itself.
- Obtain the receiving team’s confirmation that it accepts the next action for that file. Record the organisation, responsible team and any replacement reference.
- Confirm the next action and its owner. For a document request, record the authorised upload route. For a progress enquiry, record which team will provide the update.
For example, in a hypothetical Heritage settlement referral, record “Heritage Bank” as the application brand even if another branded team takes the enquiry. Add the receiving organisation’s confirmation that it will arrange the settlement update. Keep the referral open until a named team accepts responsibility and gives you the next step.
