People's Choice Broker Portal: Access and Broker Support
Confirm the current People's Choice broker route and find brand-specific help for access, accreditation, applications and BDM enquiries.

The People’s Choice broker portal route now takes you to People First Bank’s official broker page. As at 3 October 2026, that page links to the secure broker login. Keep the brand and reference on an existing application when you ask for help.
People’s Choice Broker Access Today
Use the People First Bank broker page to reach the current portal. On 3 October 2026, the former People’s Choice broker address redirects there. Follow its portal button instead of choosing a similarly named result.
People First Bank’s official history, read on 3 October 2026, records the People’s Choice and Heritage merger in March 2023. It also dates the new website’s launch to March 2026. Those facts explain the current branding, without establishing that broker accounts or live files use one shared system.
Bank First is a separate institution. Its official website, read on 3 October 2026, identifies it as Victoria Teachers Limited. A Bank First login isn’t the People First Bank broker destination.
For other lender access routes, use the broker portal directory.
Accreditation and Account Troubleshooting
People First Bank’s secure login page, as at October 2026, is for accredited brokers and asks for a username and password. Forgotten login details go to accreditations@peopleschoice.com.au or your business development manager (BDM). The lender owns account recovery and access permissions.
Work through these checks before escalating a failed login.
- Open the portal through the official broker page. Check that your saved bookmark reaches the same destination.
- Use the username issued for this broker account. Check whether your password manager has selected a customer’s banking login or another lender’s credentials.
- If you’ve never received account details, ask the accreditation contact to confirm your accreditation and arrange account activation. Give your broker name, brokerage and registered email address.
- If the details are forgotten or rejected, use the published recovery contact. Describe the exact error and when it appeared. Keep passwords out of the enquiry.
- If login succeeds but the file is unavailable, separate the account problem from the application problem. Ask whether your account has permission to access that application reference.
A related brand name doesn’t establish that Heritage credentials work here. Use the Heritage Bank broker access guide for a Heritage-specific account.
Recovery is complete when you can sign in with your own authorised account. If you also need a live file, confirm that the expected reference is available or that support has identified its responsible team.
Application Support and Brand Checks
Route an application enquiry using the brand, reference and submission channel recorded on the file. As at October 2026, People First Bank’s public broker page lists brokers@peopleschoice.com.au for broker support. It directs brokers to the portal or their BDM for current turnaround times.
If you can’t access the portal, use that broker support contact. State whether you need an application update, help locating a submitted file or a relationship contact. For an accreditation or login issue, use the accreditation contact in the previous section.
When an application is missing, compare the submission receipt with the reference in your enquiry. Check whether the receipt confirms submission or only shows that a draft was saved. Ask support to locate the existing application before creating another one.
Keep People’s Choice, People First Bank or Heritage wording exactly as it appears on the receipt. Include the original submission channel and any prior contact. A new logo on a public website doesn’t tell you who currently owns that individual file.
For a deadline, give the actual date and the action still needed. Ask the receiving team to acknowledge who will handle the enquiry and when you’ll receive the next update.
Evidence for a Route-Change Claim
The current access route is established by the official broker page and its login link, checked on 3 October 2026. The bank’s history page establishes the merger and website milestone. Use each source for the change it actually describes.
Keep a dated note of the destination when you update your brokerage’s bookmark or access instructions. Record the official entry page and where its portal button leads. That record lets another broker distinguish an old bookmark from the current lender-provided entry.
A branch notice or customer banking change doesn’t establish a broker account migration. Keep account recovery instructions tied to the broker login page. If the official entry changes, replace the old destination in your instructions with the newly linked route.
Handoff Record for a Live File
Keep one handoff record so the next team can act on the existing application without starting a duplicate enquiry. Copy the details from the submission receipt and the latest correspondence.
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Application brand | The exact brand shown on the file |
| Reference | The application number and any separate enquiry number |
| Stage | The latest confirmed stage and outstanding action |
| Deadline | The date the action is needed and its reason |
| Prior contact | The person or team, contact date and last response |
| Next owner | The receiving person or team that accepts the enquiry |
| Next update | The agreed follow-up date or action |
For example, a hypothetical People’s Choice application has one enquiry with the original contact and another with the current broker support team. Send the second team the first enquiry’s reference and last response. Ask which team will take ownership before sending the same request again.
Record the handoff acknowledgement against both enquiry references. Tell the earlier contact which team has accepted responsibility, then keep later updates in the same file record. Follow up the accepted owner if the agreed update doesn’t arrive.
