The RedZed broker portal is Introducer Connect, reached through RedZed’s official broker website. Use it to track applications and view your loan portfolio. For registration or username recovery, RedZed directs brokers to its accreditations team through the published broker contact route.
Official RedZed Broker Workspace
Open RedZed’s Introducer Connect page to reach the broker workspace. As at October 2026, RedZed names Introducer Connect as its dedicated broker portal for personalised content, application tracking and active or closed loans.
Follow the login link from that official page each time you need to establish the destination. Its portal links point to introducer.redzed.com. RedZed’s resources page also publishes a portal login link to connectsecure.redzed.com, so use the link for the resource you need.
The broker site identifies RedZed Lending Solutions Pty Ltd in its footer. This gives you an official starting point and a named operator before entering credentials. An unexpected message containing a login link needs separate confirmation through RedZed’s published contact details.
Keep these tasks distinct when choosing a destination.
| Task | Official starting point | Expected result |
|---|---|---|
| Track a broker application or review your portfolio | Introducer Connect page | Access to your broker workspace after sign-in |
| Find application forms and submission guides | Broker resources page | The relevant form or guide for the submission |
| Get help with an existing borrower’s account | Borrower site, reached through the broker site’s Borrowers link | Customer servicing information and contact options |
| Discuss a proposed scenario | Workshop a scenario page or your business development manager (BDM) | A route to discuss the proposed file |
Portal tracking and loan lodgement are separate tasks. For other lender destinations, use the broker portal directory.
Onboarding and Login Recovery
Start new access with RedZed’s accreditation requirements, then arrange Introducer Connect registration. As at October 2026, RedZed’s accreditation page specifies brokers serving self-employed customers who hold an Australian credit licence or act under a licence holder.
The criteria also require membership of one of the aggregators listed on that page. RedZed’s broker FAQs confirm that accreditation is required to submit an application. Portal registration alone does not establish submission authority.
- Check the accreditation criteria against your brokerage and aggregator membership. If you need first access, contact RedZed and ask for the accreditations team.
- For Introducer Connect registration or a forgotten username, use the same route. RedZed explicitly assigns those requests to its accreditations team.
- For an invitation that hasn’t arrived, give that team your brokerage name and the email address you expected to receive it. Ask whether registration is complete before repeating the request.
- If credentials fail, return to the login destination through RedZed’s official page. Use any recovery option displayed there, or contact RedZed with the exact error.
- If sign-in succeeds but access is restricted, ask RedZed to confirm your account status and permitted access. For an inactive-account message, report its wording through the published broker contact route.
Call 1300 722 462 or email sales@redzed.com for that broker contact route. Those details appear on RedZed’s official broker pages. For permissions or reactivation, describe the problem and ask RedZed to direct it to the responsible team.
Use your own authorised credentials. RedZed’s security guidance says it never asks you to share a password, one-time passcode or RedZed Connect credentials. Keep those details out of support messages and screenshots.
Access is restored when your own account signs in and the required workspace opens. If the workspace opens but a file is missing, investigate the file separately.
Specialist Loan File Support
Separate a RedZed access fault from a missing application, a processing question or a proposed scenario. As at October 2026, RedZed publishes broker contact details, application submission options and a scenario discussion route.
| What you observe | Check before escalating | Route to use |
|---|---|---|
| You cannot sign in | Record the official starting page and exact login error | Published broker contact, with registration or username issues directed to accreditations |
| You can sign in but an application is absent | Compare your submission reference and confirmation with the file you expected | RedZed broker contact or your BDM, asking RedZed to locate the submission |
| A submitted file needs a processing update | Identify the application reference, latest communication and unanswered request | The RedZed contact handling your file, or broker contact for direction |
| You need to discuss a proposed specialist scenario | Prepare the proposed funding and borrower facts | BDM or the public Workshop a scenario form |
RedZed’s FAQs list email submission to applications@redzed.com and LoanApp through an aggregator platform. Its resources page also contains ApplyOnline submission guidance. Retain the confirmation from the method you used so RedZed can trace the file without a duplicate application.
For a proposed file, Workshop a scenario asks for broker and accreditation details, funding amounts and security information. It also collects borrower and credit-history details. A scenario discussion helps clarify the proposed submission.
A scenario response does not establish approval or that a product suits the client.
Prepare a short escalation record with your name, brokerage, registered email and callback number. Add the application reference if one exists, the time of the problem and the exact message shown. State the action you need, such as locating a lodged application or restoring access.
Attach a screenshot only after removing passwords, security codes and unrelated client information. For supporting documents, use the submission channel or instructions RedZed gives for the file. Finish by recording RedZed’s response and the next action, then confirm that the account or application issue is resolved before treating it as complete.
