Wave Money Broker Portal: Login and Support
Use Wave Money's official broker login, recover access and reach the mortgage solutions team without confusing similarly named finance providers.

The Wave Money broker portal starts at its official Broker Login page. Use your broker username or email address and password, or follow “Lost your password?” to recover an existing account. For account help or an application enquiry, call Wave Money on 1300 014 600.
Wave Money’s customer login is separate from its broker login. Start from the broker page so an old bookmark or a similarly named finance service doesn’t send you to the wrong account.
Verify the Wave Money Broker Login
Open Wave Money’s Broker Login page on wavemoney.com.au before entering your credentials. As at October 2026, it shows a username or email field, a password field and a “Log In” button.
- Open the official broker page from the link above. Check that the address starts with
https://wavemoney.com.au/and the page identifies Wave Money. - Check the provider identity. The footer names Wave Money Pty Ltd and Australian Credit Licence No. 513 760.
- Enter the username or email registered for your broker account, then your password. If a password manager fills the fields, check that it chose this account.
- Select “Log In”. Confirm that you reach your authorised broker content before treating access as recovered.
The Wave Money Customers page links its customer login to wavemoney.xchangeonline.com.au. That link is labelled for customers. A borrower’s customer account and your professional broker access are separate purposes, so use the route appropriate to the task.
MoneyPlace, MONEYME and other Wave-branded finance services aren’t alternative names for this Wave Money login. A search result or logo alone doesn’t establish the destination. If an old link takes you to another host, ask Wave Money through its published contact route to confirm that destination before entering credentials.
For another lender’s access route, use the Australian broker portal directory.
Recover Wave Money Access
For an existing Wave Money account with a forgotten password, select “Lost your password?” on the official broker login. As at October 2026, that link opens a WordPress password-reset page on Wave Money’s own domain.
A WordPress label on this linked reset page is consistent with the official route. Keep the address on wavemoney.com.au while starting the reset.
- Enter your registered username or email address in the reset form.
- Submit the request and look for the reset instructions in that account’s inbox. Check the junk folder too.
- Follow the reset instructions and return to the official Broker Login page.
- Sign in with the new password. Recovery is complete when the login accepts your account and you can access the broker content you need.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check that you used the account’s registered email. If you no longer control that inbox, call Wave Money to resolve the account identity and email change.
Match the Problem to the Next Action
A password reset addresses forgotten credentials. An account awaiting activation or lacking permission needs account support, even when you know the password.
| What you observe | What to check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Login rejects your credentials | The username or email belongs to this broker account, and the saved password isn’t from another service | Use the official reset route if you’ve forgotten the password |
| You’ve never accessed the broker account | Whether Wave Money has established your access and completed any required onboarding | Ask Wave Money to confirm the account status |
| Login works but access is denied to the content you need | The broker identity and business attached to the account | Ask Wave Money to check your permissions |
| Reset instructions don’t reach you | The registered inbox, junk folder and whether you still control the email address | Contact Wave Money for account help |
Wave Money’s Become Accredited page provides a separate accreditation request. If you’re joining Wave Money for the first time, use that route or speak to its broker team. Resetting a password doesn’t establish accreditation.
Before contacting support, collect your name, brokerage and business email. Add the exact error wording, when it occurred and the last time you successfully logged in. A redacted screenshot can show the error, but keep passwords and verification codes out of it.
Contact the Mortgage Solutions Team
For Wave Money lending scenarios and broker relationship questions, use its Broker Relationship Manager directory. As at October 2026, Wave Money directs brokers there for lending information and assistance.
Use the directory’s state or territory allocation to find the relevant contact. Wave Money uses the title Broker Relationship Manager on that page. Call 1300 014 600 or use the official contact form when you need help identifying the right person or resolving account access.
For a new lending enquiry, the Submit a Scenario page provides a scenario form and the relationship-manager route. State the question you need answered and the facts that affect it. A scenario discussion helps clarify the next step, but it doesn’t establish approval of a loan application.
For a file already in progress, contact the Lending Specialist handling it. Wave Money describes this specialist as responsible for the file from start to finish. If you don’t have their details, give the broker team the application reference and ask it to route your enquiry to that person.
Escalate a Wave Money Application
For a blocked Wave Money application, give its Lending Specialist the file reference and explain the action that needs attention. As at October 2026, Wave Money’s broker relationship page describes direct contact with that specialist at any stage of the lending process.
Separate the problem before you call so the enquiry reaches the person who can act.
| File issue | Evidence to provide | Action to request |
|---|---|---|
| You can’t find a lodged application | Submission acknowledgement, application reference and lodgement date | Confirm receipt and the broker account or business attached to the file |
| An outstanding document blocks progress | The document requested, when you sent it and any receipt | Confirm whether it was received and which requirement remains open |
| Processing has stalled | Current stage, last update and any unanswered request | Identify the pending action, who owns it and when you’ll receive another update |
| Settlement is at risk | Scheduled settlement date, unresolved condition and recent correspondence | Route the issue to the file’s Lending Specialist and the person handling the settlement action |
Treat a missing file as a receipt or access question first. A successful login doesn’t establish that an application was received, and a missing file doesn’t by itself establish a credit decision.
Give the specialist the application reference and current stage. Explain the missing action, list prior contact dates and state the deadline with its time zone. If settlement is close, call and follow up through the channel the specialist nominates for that file.
For example, in a hypothetical file, a valuation document was sent yesterday but is still requested today. Ask whether the document reached the file and whether it meets the outstanding request. Avoid lodging a duplicate application to solve that document question.
Record the response in your file notes, including the next action and the person responsible. The escalation has produced a useful result when you know what remains open and when the next update is due. Tell your client the confirmed status without promising approval or a settlement date Wave Money hasn’t confirmed.
