BankSA Broker Portal: Access and Brand Support

Find BankSA's official broker entry point and route accreditation, login, application and BDM questions without using another bank's support instructions.

BankSA broker access starts on BankSA’s official broker site, which links to BrokerHub for applications, pricing requests and policy information. For login help, call BankSA’s Broker Hotline on 1300 137 532 and select option 1, then option 4.

Official BankSA Broker Entry

Open the BankSA broker homepage and follow its BrokerHub Logon link. As at October 2026, that link points to BrokerHub on a Westpac domain. The BankSA page that sends you there is the brand-specific starting point.

  1. Confirm that the public page is on banksa.com.au and describes BankSA home loans for brokers.
  2. Follow BrokerHub Logon from that page. Keep the originating BankSA page available if you need to retrace the route.
  3. After signing in, confirm that you’re working on the intended BankSA application before requesting pricing or submitting information.

Use the broker portal directory when you need a different lender’s entry point.

BankSA Internet Banking and Business Banking Online handle banking accounts. Their customer registration and password instructions don’t establish access to the broker workspace.

For a loan under another brand, use the St.George broker access guide or Bank of Melbourne broker access guide. A shared platform name doesn’t establish your accreditation or application permissions for another brand.

Accreditation, Login and Permissions

Resolve BankSA accreditation and account setup before treating a rejected login as a password problem. BankSA’s broker contact page, as at October 2026, directs home-loan queries to your aggregator or business development manager (BDM).

Work through these checks in order:

  1. Confirm your BankSA accreditation status with your aggregator or BankSA BDM, including any recent aggregator transfer. Identify the lending category you need access to.
  2. Check the account setup instructions issued for your BankSA access. If you’re waiting for activation or account details, ask BankSA to resolve that setup stage.
  3. Use the username and latest password for the BrokerHub account reached from BankSA’s site. Don’t substitute customer banking credentials.
  4. If the linked login screen has a reset password control, use it for a forgotten password. On BankSA’s linked legacy login screen, passwords are case-sensitive and three incorrect entries lock the account.
  5. If you can sign in but can’t reach the required file or function, raise a permissions enquiry. Successful sign-in alone doesn’t prove the account has access to that application.

The linked legacy screen publishes this recovery guidance as at October 2026. Apply it to that screen when BankSA directs you there, without assuming every BrokerHub screen has the same controls.

Before calling, collect your broker identifier and aggregator name, plus the email address used for registration. Record the page address, exact error and time it occurred. A screenshot can help if you remove client information, passwords and security codes.

After recovery, reopen the BankSA route and confirm that the intended application is accessible. If it remains missing, give support the application reference and lodgement acknowledgement.

BankSA File and BDM Help

Choose support by the failed task or the loan’s processing stage. As at October 2026, BankSA publishes these Broker Hotline options after you select option 1:

EnquiryNext OptionWhat to Explain
Approved loan awaiting settlement1Application reference and the settlement task needing attention
New application not yet approved2Lodgement acknowledgement and the update or missing file
Existing home loan3Loan reference and the servicing request
BrokerHub or password problem4Error text and whether sign-in or a later function fails
Credit policy or scenario5Policy question and relevant client circumstances

Call 1300 137 532 through the BankSA broker contact route.

For a processing update, compare the file’s stage with the BankSA service lead times before escalating. Those published estimates depend on correct lodgement and required supporting documents. A missing application needs a reference and ownership check, even when the portal otherwise works.

For accreditation or relationship questions, use your aggregator or BankSA BDM. BankSA directs brokers to BrokerHub for their BDM’s details. If access is blocked, use the hotline to reach the appropriate BankSA contact.

Follow a cross-brand destination when BankSA publishes it for the task you’re completing. As at October 2026, BankSA’s own pages link to BrokerHub on a Westpac domain and a legacy login on a St.George domain.

Those links explain why another bank name can appear in the address. They don’t establish interchangeable credentials or transfer ownership of your BankSA file. For Westpac-specific access, use the Westpac broker portal guide.

Before following a link in an email, return to BankSA’s public broker page and compare the destination with the link it publishes. If the task or destination differs, call the BankSA hotline before entering credentials or sending documents.

During a support handoff, retain the BankSA application reference with the original lodgement acknowledgement. Record the receiving team’s name and its support reference, then confirm that it is handling the BankSA file. Keep that acknowledgement with the next requested action so a later follow-up reaches the same case.
